I just can’t say how much I appreciate the experiences I have had with P&M. They are fantastic. Travis has come to our families rescue several times and is always helpful and makes you feel like you are their most important client.Recently I had an experience with a different towing company - ugh. Our car had been in an accident and I thought P&M had towed it. I was relieved and thought, this is good everything will be okay. I stopped in to pay the bill and was told they hadn’t towed our car. Yikes, where’s our car? They looked it up and told mewhere to go 😛. Let’s just say, “I WILL ONLY USE P&M AUTOMOTIVE in the future”.We have also used them to install running board step thingies on our sons big truck. They did a wonderful job, and when my husband told me what he paid I actually asked him how much more money did he need to pay them in full?!!Thank you P&M. Everything really will be okay.

I was recommended here.I brought my car in because I noticed a coolant leak and to replace an ignition coil since something was stripped and I couldnt remove the bolt myself.On a Saturday around noon I got a call saying it would be around $1,200 for everything they found. I said go ahead.First thing in the morning Monday morning I called the shop(they are closed Sundays) and asked if they could stop what theyre doing and that I would pay for any repairs they have done already and parts if need be.Instead the technician was insistent that I let them do the work and even dropped the price to $1,050 so I reluctantly said go ahead.A few days later I picked up my car after work and that drive back home I started having temperature issues. I looked at the paperwork they gave me. I was charged for a coolant flush and refill with Motorcraft Specialty Green coolant (my car takes Specialty Orange). So I look at my coolant reservoir and theres a mix of orangish/greenish coolant in it. (pictures provided)So I drop my car back off the next day after work(Friday) and get a call Saturday saying its a thermostat not opening all the way and its $250 to fix. I told them no and left my car there over there over the weekend. (I replaced my cars thermostat at a different shop in March 2021)Monday morning I call and talk to a man who wasnt there Saturday, so I explain him the story. He calls me back after noon saying hell do it for half price, but will refund me if theres still a temperature problem.I get my car back a few days later than expected (got it Thursday of that week) and it seems to be running okay.After a couple days of driving I start having spikes in temperature again, so I bring it back in after work on a Monday evening.I didnt hear anything from the shop until Thursday morning just to say my car was ready to be picked up. When I picked it up the technician said they got the temperature to stabilize again and they think its a faulty degas kit. I was told if Im still having temperature issues Ill need to replace it and Ill be charged for it.Let me say this.I Wasnt Having Temperature Issues Until P&M Mixed Coolants In My Car!I still havent seen or heard about the refund for having to take it back and now my car runs with the radiator fan audible when it wasnt so before taking it in and spending $1000.

David and Travis were wonderful! David quickly analyzed and identified our battery problem. Travis arrived very soon to tow our car to the dealership for a new alternator. I couldn’t speak more highly of the service they both provided.

This morning we woke up to a flat tire. After calling for assistance, they showed up quickly (within about 30 minutes of calling) and the driver Travis was fantastic. Super friendly and very helpful. I was extremely happy with everything and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Travis did an excellent job while responding to my AAA call in his P&M truck. Got there much earlier than AAA estimated. Friendly, professional, helpful trying to get me going after being stalled out at an Auto Zone at close at 10p. It was close, he did everything he could, but my car didnt respond. Got me loaded up, asked for car keys and took my car to P&M. My family & I have been going there for years. Matt there, called, next day, at 7:30a, to find out the details. He was here in 15minutes(I initially it was going to be 2 hour wait)!DAVID 647 gets a triple 5 star!!! He was kind, efficient, and professional. You are most fortunate to have him as a go to for rescue such as ours.So grateful to how well this lock out became to a perfect outcome!

PEACE OF MIND, PURCHASED HERE.Last year, I bought a very specifically chosen car that I later found out, had been poorly and infrequently maintained. I then chose the WRONG shop to try and address an oil leak that I had discovered. That shop then admittedly broke and messed things up on my car (too many things to name here) in the four times they had it. Each time they put it back together with bubble gum and good wishes and sent me down the road, telling me the original problem, as well as what they had broken, were fixed and good to go. After four, yes FOUR, unsuccessful attempts and an extended warranty claim later, the original oil leak was still present, as well as a few new issues.In frustrated desperation to FINALLY have a reliable car, I reached out to P&M. I told them my sob story, asking for a professional diagnosis of my current situation.P&M was thorough, honest, explained everything that they found and then also explained WHY they were suggesting an ENGINE REPLACEMENT.I am so grateful that I found P&M, so that I DONT have to worry about getting excellent and thorough service that is RELIABLE and trustworthy, as well as being performed within a reasonable amount of time.

P&M was the tow company called out by AAA when my tire exploded on I-5 last week and I was driving a dealership loaner that was missing the lock nut to change the tire. Travis was our tow truck driver and not only was he extremely quick (AAA said it would be 3 hours, he got there in 14 minutes) but he was so friendly and so helpful. My wife and I were super frustrated because of the missing lock nut but his kindness, patience, and calming demeanor made the whole interaction really positive.He was the best tow truck driver I’ve ever worked with, give this man a well deserved raise!

Good experiences here so far. I do like how the people that staff the front desk know about vehicles and are able to explain things. Took my car here to get an alignment and they were better prices than Les Schwab.

I was ecstatic he had a battery for my car and could install on the spot. He swiftly installed new battery and showed me it tested at 810 cranking amps! Yeah! Excellent service- My van broke down in a grocery store lot with serveral kids inside on a hot, Sunday afternoon of a 3-day weekend. Called many, many tow trucks through my insurance and they were either working or not available to tow me. Called Omar through AAA. He was at the lot within 30 mins and was wonderful to work with. Very highly recommend.

They have always treated me fairly and done excellent work on my truck.

After hearing many good things within the local Mini society, I brought mine in for a regular oil change/ code reading, found the mechanics to be helpful and they addressed all my concerns. Upon looking at my engine compartment after the service, I noticed there was still tons of sand all over it from me going to the desert about a month before, probably none got into my engine when the service was done but a blowout would have been nice. The price seemed to be relative in comparison to the Mini dealership but they back their parts/ service for 3 years so its worth it for the most part and saves a longer drive.

These guys rock! I’ve never had car troubles before so going into this I was unsure what to do. Omar saved the day, towed my car and Matt handled the rest! This shop has always given the best service at a fair price. Highly recommend these folks.The repair was actually done on my friends Durango. They did a full overhaul of his air conditioning system. He now has a ride with air conditioning as we go into a full 3 days of over 100 degrees here in Oregon.

Have used P&M a few times in the last few years. They have always been friendly, explain things in great detail, call with what the technician has inspected and what they think should be done, have never tried to pressure a repair, will sometimes even recommend waiting on something until a few service intervals later! Seem to charge a bit less than the local dealership for similar repairs, from numbers Ive gathered. But the real selling point has been the professional and knowledgeable staff Ive interacted with. I hope they continue treating everyone with the honesty, respect, and integrity I feel Ive experienced. We have enough places that try to upsell, overcharge, recommend unnecessary procedures, etc. Continue being a business with integrity and honesty! And thanks for todays service!

Called AAA for a blowout on the hottest day of the summer. car was so low my jack couldnt fit under it. Travis showed up an hour earlier than AAA told me he would arrive, got my donut inflated correctly, helped me get all the camping gear back into the car along with the blown tire. My service with Cody at P&M auto repair was far and above a previous experience with another company. He is knowledgeable, thorough, patient and friendly. He quickly came out on a call for my dead battery. This was my second call in three months for this car. Cody checked the health of my battery and educated me on it’s condition. SO much more info than the previous company. Based on what I learned, I decided to buy a new battery. He had a battery in his truck and installed it on the spot! Prior to agreeing to the new battery I did call and price check and his price was the best.

Son took it there and they dont try to say you need a new this or thats not working to make an extra buck. Its there now and Im even going to come down and see as I am a mechanic and am looking forward to seeing them.

First thing in the morning a week ago, I tried to take my son to school and my car wouldnt start. My Car was stolen and then recovered across town at the thiefs property. I called my AAA insurance and they sent out TRAVIS from P&M Automotive with a flat bed tow truck. He was very quick and helpful and arrived at my house(where I had the car towed) in a very short time after loading it at the other location. He set it down perfectly where I needed it and he gave me several references for possible mechanics or autobody repair shops that deal with my older Acura. My car did get damaged by the thief and is missing its hood now. Again, TRAVIS was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and competent in all his duties towing my car from point A to B. I would recommend TRAVIS and P&M Automotive for your towing needs in the future.
