After getting my vehicle checked out before a cross country drive at the dealership and being quoted $579 for a new battery, this place was a breath of fresh air! Not only was the cost extremely lower, but the service was top notch. No upsell on the battery, installed for free and very quickly. They even checked the alternator and starter for me. I always have my batteries serviced bi yearly. Interstate would remove battery, test cca, check acid concentration, clean terminals, and reinstall for $5. Batteries NW only sprayed cleaner on terminals and visually inspected acid level, and applied anti corrosion gel around terminals without removing. No tests. $10.

Stopped by to recycle some old iPhone batteries. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly lady at the front desk. She’s very personable & professional. I then remembered I had an old car battery in my trunk and I asked if I could recycle that too? She told me to bring it in and she would give me $7.00 for it!!! WOOT WOOT!!! Wasn’t expecting to get some dinero for it. I will definitely be back and will recommend all my business clients, friends and family to this location!

Look guys...dont go in there cause their batteries are simply junk..ive bought batteries from there for 20 years and only because they re cheap but i gave upeverytime you re there for warraty its a struggle with them, they tell you theyre the only ones that know about batteries... ive been there for a second time this year for the same batteries...but this time i give up..PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THERE.GO TO NAPA...
