These guys don’t play around! I made a call to them to ask a few questions.. they were so helpful! When I pulled in, the gentleman on the phone told another guy what I needed and (NO KIDDING) he was outside within 30 seconds installing the battery.. not to mention it was 30 degrees with the wind blowing! Awesome service... definitely will be back! Didn’t even take him 5 minutes to remove the old one and put in the new one!

BUYER BEWARE!!My dad purchased a battery for me less than a year ago that recently stopped working. We tested the battery and tried to charge it but after 24 hours still had no charge. We took it to a local auto supply store and had them test it which also tested bad. We took the the battery to the Interstate Battery location it was purchased from but they said it was purchased in January of 2000 which is incorect yet they keep no record of purchases on file. He stated that the stickers dhowed thay date. I explained to him thst I didnt even get back in town until February thst that couldnt be correct. He said even if it was purchased in February it would be out of warranty. The point is thst the stickers dont mean anything and regardless a battery should last longer than a year.

Ive used this Interstate Battery location for years. All the employees working there are super friendly and very knowledgeable about everything that has to do with batteries. They have their typical Interstate brand battery that is top notch and then they have a $50 refurbished battery they can sell you. I purchased a $50 refurbished battery for an old TR6 I was restoring. It lasted 4 years. Today I had to buy 4 large batteries for a floor scrubber. They came right out and tested the batteries. The batteries I had tested were 5 years old so I really didnt have much hope for them. They loaded up 4 more in the truck and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Going here is much better than going to Advance Auto, Oreillys or Autozone for your battery needs.

If it was possible to give this place no stars I would! My brother went in to have his battery changed and came out to an AWD error display on the vehicle. The vehicle had no issues prior to having the battery replaced. He took the vehicle to the Nissan dealership where it goes for regular service. Had it diagnosed by several Nissan technicians and they all stated that changing the battery caused the issue with the AWD system and now Interstate Battery is not helping to resolve the issue! Wouldn’t recommend.

My family and I prefer Interstate batteries. I Googled and found this location. The staff is friendly, polite, fast, and great pricing! I am so thankful and will continue coming here whenever a battery is needed!

Horrible, as soon as I left my AWD light came on and willnt go off they sparked battery and frid AWD sensor cost me 1700.00 to get fixed at Nissan dealership and they wouldnt pay for the damage they did, even with proof from dealership.

Absolute rip-off. But Recon battery was told good as new Dustin come anywhere near the battery replaced. Then they ripped me off on the core charge of $25 and only gave me 15 and return dont deal with this company its a rip-off

Bought a 900 CCA to power my 78 bronco big block.amazing price on the econo line and top notch battery that no one can compete with.but I had trouble with a failing alternator and they once again helped diagnose it.replaced alternator but battery was dead and wouldnt charge off the alternator (not suppose too).you are suppose to recharge the battery completely after its dead because the alternator can not recharge it all the way and it was always dying..thought it was a bad a battery or cell, and the battery was perfect.needless to say, they tested my new alternator and gave me a brand new battery with no questions asked.these guys go above and beyond and its just amazing because you cant find that in todays world.get you an interstate battery and join the family,you will not be disappointed with their customer first policy and even the owner works and deals with customers in the same way! If they did autowork also,Id take my car in everytime! More than satisfied and I have to give credit to Greg,dealt with him numerous times and its awesome to greeted the same way with a smile happy to help.if its not family owned, than Im def surprised!
