My boyfriend, and I started taking our cars for cleaning service here due to their exceptional work. It wasn’t until last weekend, I noticed my AirPod’s went missing after service. As usual- I know NOBODY will own up and admit it. Therefore this business will NO LONGER be taking any of my service.The person who was working on my vehicle happened to be a Hispanic woman standing around 4’11-5ft tall.

They do a good job but its a bit pricey & their system for the cleaning of the inside of cars... well, there seems to be none. I asked how long the wait & employee didnt know but said 3 cars at a time & 2 cars waiting. I wait half an hour & 3 new cars replace the 3 that were already there, the 3rd not being mine! Had to get $20 back & leave - organization goes a long way...

Fast and quick is what you pay for.Had to rewipe back inside doors and dash board still had spray drips running down doors.Wish he cleaned out cup and chain compartments.Also tipped for both cars he pocketed the money it did not go into tip box so the girls who did my other car was out a tip.In thr future I will put it in tip box myself.

Excellent location! The tunnel wash is $24 and it does a fantastic job! The brand new Touch Free “Tsunami” system is $20 but you can add additional services on for a few extra bucks. It also does a great job. Highly recommend! Best car wash in Salem MA, by far!

Went to vaccuum the car, the fist machine shut off after i swiped my card. The second machine barely had any suction even after spending extra money on turbo suction, it wouldnt pick up small dirt or sand. Now i have to go to another place. Disappointed and now have to spend more money and time. And no one to really help. Needed a wash but going somewhere else.

The machine did not work with 5 bills at that moment, I used my debit card, when I checked my balance they took 10 dollars from my account, do not use your card ...

Fast courteous service

The only self serve car wash in the area. Although I wish there were more so this car wash isnt so crowded but I get there early every week to wash my car. I find only 2 cons to this car wash. The foaming gun has very low pressure and spitters. You spend much of your time at the self serve station trying to foam your car. The second is that the vacuums are before you enter the self serve bay, so slot of the time there is an empty bay for 15 minutes while someone is vacuuming their car. Other than that, everything is clean and kept up very nicely!

Quick service great wash

I like the Salem car wash better because they do hand drying for the no touch car wash. Trinton only does hand drying for regular touch tunnel service.

This guy is so nice and helpful!! They did an amazing job getting tar off my car and wheel wells.

What a great experience. Extremely friendly and helpful employees. The last time I came here my car was so dirty because I live in an area that has a lot of sap that drops on the trees and he really went the extra mile to make sure it was clean when I left. I highly recommend this car wash.

$35 quick detail is worth the money when the nearest Carwash (Sonnys on the Lynnway) charges $60 for basically the same service ( they call it Super Clean) but its really not. Its the same service you get here for $25 less.

They let me go through twice and really scrubbed my hood each time due to a baked on bird mess (ew). The hand towel dry is a nice touch. I will definitely be signing up for their free membership which allows for a free re-wash after 72 or 96 hours depending on the wash. Your eleventh car wash is free and it includes a free birthday wash. Great customer service!

This morning was my 1st experience at this auto wash, and I must say it was wonderful from the start to the finish.

Great place for a wash, drive through and self-service are available. Has options for vacuum as well. Nice folks and they have some decent deals once in a while.

Price is good for a simple detail. It all depends who you get to clean the car. The latin lady is the best. She really clean the car thoroughly.

Great car wash. Busy place

Ive called this location in the past looking to make an appointment for my car to get detailed. The manager told me there is no need for an appointment, just drop the car off and the staff will take care of it. So I did exactly as he said and took my vehicle here to get detailed (interior vacuum and shampooed). I had the day off on a Friday so I went in to drop off the car - the manager then tells me that he is busy and short staffed any may not be able to get to it today because there was other cars ahead of mine. I told him there isnt a rush, I can pick the car at the end of the day so they can take all the time they need for it to get done. Mind you, my car isnt terribly dirty, just a few stains in the seats that I couldnt get out. He then agreed that he would take care of it, it would just take awhile to get done because he had low staff and extremely busy. I said ok and left him the key. I get a call about 3 hours later saying that the vehicle is ready to be picked up. In my head Im saying wow, much quicker than I thought. I pick up the car and checked it out - I notice some stains were removed from the seats but a couple still left over. I also noticed some crumbs and dirt in hidden spots that were missed with the vacuum. Last but not least, my car brakes squeak. I figured they were making loud noises because of the cleaning and it would be ok after a couple rides, but no! Two weeks later, and the squealing sounds horrible that I am stuck with. This is a problem i didnt have before dropping off the car to get detailed. I am disappointed because I paid money for service and I feel as though the job was poorly done, and rushed. I wish I would have taken my car elsewhere for detailing. I will not be returning back to Triton Car Wash in Salem.

This place is reasonable and does a great job I go there all the time too quality they clean inside and out try them youll be converted.

I have been a Triton member for over 10 years. I get the King Tritons plus package and do a thorough wiping down myself.

I usually pay hundreds for a professional detail and I take my car to these guys its $25 for small cars and $30 for midsize and $35 for full size and the results are just as good as the pros they vacuum clean the windows and trims and dash, windshield etc. and the best part is they clean your floor mats with a carpet cleaning machine!!!!! Wax, tire shine, drying, and much more is all included in the price. I can go days talking about these guys but overall they are the BEST!!!!! I recommended this to any person even luxury and sports cars.

Very convenient location if you live either in Salem or near Swampscott, Marblehead, Peabody and Lynn. Only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is that the prices are a little bit higher than most places but nonetheless its a good place to wash and detail your car. They also have a rewards program for whoever is a frequent visitor as well which is always good to see.

Got a 15 dollar car wash and my car still had bird droppings on it. Pretty disappointed. Manager did agree to fix it but i hadnt the tine to go back

They did good, Im a happy customer.A few things to remember when using their service:You have to request a trunk vaccum if youre paying for the full-service.When they vaccum your cars floorboards and under the seats they will throw anything they find onto the pavement next to your car. This includes easypass transponders, important document information, childrens mittens, etc. So make sure you scan the pavement around your car before you leave, you might miss something important.

Do not go to this car wash. They are horrible, rude to their customers, and overpriced for what they provide. The person in front of me complained of scratches on his car and the manager was insufferable and treating the customer so rudely I was shocked. In addition, they dont care if some customers terrorize and intimidate others in their self service bays by allowing them to blast profanity which disturbs everyone within a half mile, including anyone else who might want to use their facilities. These same customers set up shop for hours and shut out other customers, eyeing them and making everyone uncomfortable. Go anywhere else but here.

The self service bays have the vaccums prior to the wash bays. People do thier interior all the while the wash bay remains empty. Last time I waited a half hour, went in today and the wash bays are empty with people cleaning inside of car. Never, never again will I go back.
