They contacted me the next morning to update me on the status of my car. It was ready to go before 12 that afternoon with a new alternator and freshly charged battery. Thankful to have had this efficient & trustworthy shop nearby!

Found the 14 Honda Crosstour EX-L (NAV) of my dreams on the Carfax Android app at noon, got a call back from Dan Jones by 1, and was test driving the car by 2pm that same day! Dan made the process as easy and friendly as youd like for a grey, mid-winter Sunday afternoon. Took the car our alone for a spin around downtown Salem and some highway exits and was sold, Dan hardly had to talk me into it. Aleksa is a solid business with a full service shop and financing options, but I paid cash and added the extended warranty. Prices were just a few hundred above Bluebook and ext. warranty coverage comprehensive esp. for a two year production run and out of production by five years (obv. these would be Honda factory-only parts). Very satisfied so far! Hope the Aleksa bros give that poor Dan a fat commission for working that dreary Sunday shift alone.

When I purchased my car I thought my salesman Ralph was nice and personable which is why I gave two stars. However, I was sold a car with the air bag light on and the light was on in the pictures that were online. Which had to be replaced before I could get inspection. I was told that Massachusetts will let it pass inspection because they allowed it in New Hampshire. I then had noticed the system warnings telling me check tire pressure monitoring system. I brought the car in three plus times to be fixed and was told that there’s nothing wrong, they checked it, and it’s supposed to say that. After further research I brought it in again telling them to get it fixed properly as that’s not supposed to tell me that message. Within less than an hour I got a call back stating to come get the car, they looked at it and it was fine. Long story short I took the car to get looked at by another mechanic and there was something wrong the TPM system. I had three faulty TPM. If the technicians actually did what they were supposed to then they would’ve know that. Sadly, due to this incident I wouldn’t buy another car from Aleksa. I don’t feel their tech’s follow through on their repair process and I don’t think management follows through with looking at what the techs have “repaired”.

Jake was excellent to work with. Very relaxed, no pressure. I love my new Jaguar!! Highly recommend.

Went in this past Sunday...Feb 23rd at 2pm. At 3pm I had a new car. It was the absolute fastest car buying experience in my life! Dan, the salesman was great. Buying a good used car is like finding a usable sharp needle in a haystack. I have car ADHD and I am constantly buying a different car. Dealing with Aleksa was my best used car buying experience in 30 years.I had Mike as a salesman and he was always happy, pleasant, helpful and quick to return my calls. I met with Jake and came to an agreed upon price that made me very happy within 3 minutes of sitting down at the table.I did have a problem with the my Chrysler 300s AC after I brought the car home. This is what made this a different experience... They bent over backwards helping me out. They gave me a loaner. Then they even drove my car back to my place of work (over 50 miles away) to swap the loaner with my own car. They repaired everything for free and made everything perfect.This was a truly different experience. Even though I live on the RI border I will always keep an eye on the Aleksa inventory to see what car to buy next from them. I have also recommended them to my friends.

Mike and the whole crew at Aleksa Auto were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to sell me a Promaster 3500. In ordinary times I would never buy a car I hadn’t test driven, but because I could not visit the dealership, living seven hours away, Mike sent videos of the van, did walk arounds over FaceTime, and was so patient with all of the overnight shipments of paperwork and payment. If I ever need to buy another vehicle during a pandemic, I would consider Aleksa Auto first. If you live in New Hampshire you definitely should.

Dan is the man, he looks out for the customer best interest and very easy to talk to. I got my 2016 Nissan maxima platinum there. Ill be going to get my second vehicle.

I actually got a call a week later to see how things were going....who does that? Check them out and do your research first- they have their cars competitively priced.

Although I didnt buy a car from them. Rob made me felt like I mattered. I was looking for a car for my 17 year old in a certain price range. Most of the car they have were more than what we can afford. Even after telling Rob that. He still took the time to see what we are looking for and how he can help! He didnt turn us away like our money didnt matter to him. Thats my friend is great customer service!!!! He said he would call me if something came in around our price range. And he did. I honestly wished I waited a couple more days. I would of love to give him my business. For future car purchase for myself. I will be coming to see Rob. I really wanted to like this shop, but after $250 worth of diagnostics they sent me home with my same problem. Thats after I spent $380 to have my personally warrantied parts from another company put in the area that I now have a correct diagnosis on. 3 days wasted and lots of money for nothing, I wont be back.

My wife and I needed a minivan for our growing family. Lou took care of our sale and Dan handled our trade-in and financing. The trade-in value was slightly better than expected and they came pretty close to the monthly payment we were looking for. Now, as for the service, it was out of this world. I highly recommend Aleksa Auto! They stayed an hour and a half past closing time just so my wife and I could test drive a couple minivans and nail down all the financing. When we returned the next day to sign the paperwork, they had purchased new (brand name) floor mats. Im probably missing something, but their service is untouchable. I will be giving them my future business for vehicle needs and plan to use them for maintenance on our cars (if needed) as well. The service department is well set-up and immaculate. All their service techs are certified and they can do any work you need done (frame work, body work, brakes, exhaust, engine issues, etc.) Thank you Lou and Dan for making this the best car buying experience Ive ever had.

I had a great experience. I had to sell my car quickly, and they offered me a fair value for my car with next to no hassle. If the selling a car was this easy, I can only imagine the service is bar none on the buy side. Will recommend them first for friends looking to get fair value on vehicles.

I brought in a 2007 Toyota RAV4 to sell. I was treated respectfully andreceived more than I had hoped I would get. I feel I was treated fairly.The environment was clean and the people working there friendly. Mybest realization was that my car would be fixed up and the next ownerwould have a good looking safe car. Also, I got a ride home which was sohelpful.

One of the best used car buying experiences Ive ever had. They had the exact car I was looking for, better price than the dealership offered, without all the extra fees the dealerships add on in addition to the price of the car. The sales (Lou and Dan), and service staff were great, everyone there was.

These guys dont know how to sell. They have an Audi S5 2014 convertible that is for sale for $36995 about 2 month ago. I asked for $500 discount to make the deal the sales guy (or accountant bold head) at the counter said not even a dollar off. Ended buying from someone else. Now after looking at their web again I see it not sold and it is reduced to $34995. These guys will not stay in business for long.

Michael, my salesman was very pleasant and took the time to give me a brief tour of the location including the service area, the wall of Aleksa where happy purchasers are added in front of their new vehicle. He then asked me in advance what type of vehicle I was looking for (because they have a great assortment on the lot), from Luxury to beautiful everyday cars and pickup trucks. I left there extremely happy with my Range Rover Evoque which had very low miles at a more than fair price. My experience was so great there, I now have to pick up my deposit from the other dealer with the Big name who took my money and couldnt produce the vehicle like Aleksa did (the same day). We purchased two vehicles. Both were nice. One vehicle we purchased we found out later had body work done as evidenced by different paint pattern and run marks. We spent about 48000 between the two cars. Over all happy with the experience and feel our cars are nice for the money. I feel a tad let down as we have purchased cars from these guys in the past and they never seem to be honest about the damage that they have fixed or attempted to fix on cars you are buying. Would love to find an honest dealer out there. They all wonder why no one trsts them. Word of advice to the dealership is honesty goes a long way and will help you make a deal easier than b-sing.

I was so frustrated with another dealership and was worried Id get taken in again. Boy was I wrong! This place was worth the long drive it took to get there! I bought a car here in 2011 and it has been a nightmare ever since. The money I have put into this car for repairs I could of bought a new one. I bought it and there was nothing wrong with it. On its first inspection the whole under part of the car was rusted away. We found out that the dealership sprayed painted the whole underpart to cover the rust. We think it was sitting in a flood and no one ever told us about it. They were nice people but they screwed me and my family over big time for what they did.

We are new to Salem and brought my Mother in Laws Jeep Cherokee to Steve in a pinch, she overheated driving up and had some ongoing problems. They got it in in a timely manner and got the repairs done quickly and efficiently we were back on the road two days later.
