I gave my wife money to put a down payment on her vehicle of choice hoping the dealership wouldnt take advantage of the lack of knowledge of an inexperienced young beautiful lady. Fortunately, she has a husband whos highly knowledgeable in automotive and mechanically inclined. She will be driving back to Salem from grants pass again to figure out a solution. If they really pride on their reputation, than they will suggest a better vehicle, than a 2004 jeep grand Cherokee thats over $7000 with issues that is predicted to cause problems and malfunctions in emissions and fuel economy. Im a businessman and so far I can vouch this company of good business. I will give an update on the review for this company depending on the outcome unfair contract that they believed to be a reasonable deal. I also visited their website and found much better deals they shouldve offered for that same price. I would call you Dan but I dont believe thats necessary. This is an issue with a simple solution that deserves a better review and rating than what we are currently giving.

Sold me a 99 for 2200, told me a/c was good and will last me years because parts are easy to find. Well parts are scarce. So called them up and asked to speak with owner and received the usual well have the owner call you response. Owner never called. Didnt last a day before it overheated and took strong arm style steering to turn. Found out it had zero fluids. Now have spent over 2600 on repairs to get it running only to have to sell it for scrap due to it not running, over heats within 3 miles, all tubing leaks and stutters at any speed over 25 mph. Also be aware they have told me that oregon has no lemon law by any employee spoken too. Forgot to mention this trevor I spoke with said he would let the owner know yet reading reviews trevor is the owner and just a real jerk.

GAVE ALL MY DETAILS FILLED OUT CREDIT APP FOR A 4K OR SO CAR SINCE THEY CLAIM TO WORK WITH REBUILDING CREDIT BUYERS WITH LOW OR 0 DOWNPAYMENT. DIDNT EVEN RECEIVE A REPLY BACK. THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE CALL ORIGINALLY DIDNT SOUND VERY INTERESTED IN HELPING TO BEGIN WITH.

I purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot here back in June of 2020, they were great about help with financing and the sale, but when going over the vehicle we found that the rear window had the defrosters detached and no hydraulic arms, they agreed to take care of it but it wasn’t in the actual sale agreement so I just had to take them at face value. After emailing back and forth over a few weeks and trying to get them to schedule a time to get it done they eventually just stopped responding to my emails altogether, guess that was easier for them....now being the middle of wonder I am paying for this, and it’s no fun opening that rear glass without arm assist. Otherwise would have been a 5 star review.

I recently bought a 5 series bmw from this dealership. I have worked in sales before and do not just automatically trust that people are telling the truth. I recommend this dealership though because throughout the process of buying the vehicle they proved themselves to be trustworthy. There were some mechanical concerns I brought to their attention, and everything was resolved satisfactorily, and I was treated with respect. Their own mechanic did an awesome job taking care of issues I had brought up and they gave me a loaner car while my car was in their shop. Im really happy with the car.

I feel as though this is one of these dealerships that actually provide us with the exact reasons we dislikes “used car salesmen!” Simple task as far as calling back in 10 mins for over the course of weeks seem to be the norm, and a simple lack of keeping your word is something and communication seems to be strongly lacking from this dealership I strongly recommend trying 1 or the 100’s of dealerships in the state of Oregon because this particular one lacks integrity

I bought my 2012 Chevy Traverse almost a year ago I wanted to wait to write a review to give it some time to make an honest opinion since buying a used vehicle is always a gamble. I absolutely love my Traverse no problems still to this day it runs perfect like cutting butter with a hot knife down the road it’s a perfect vehicle I actually live in Medford Oregon so the sale was mostly over the phone and Trevor was fantastic very helpful and professional even the owner Ty who had to call me a few times was fantastic and professional I can honestly give a full review and say I would buy another vehicle from this place I trust there business and they care about your business. I had a mechanic go look at my traverse before I bought it there was something wrong with it however, Creative Credit fixed the issue right away with no hassle and within a week I had my vehicle delivered to my home. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle and although I’m sure all their salesman or woman are amazing I worked with Trevor so I recommend talking with him he will work with you answering all your questions with kindness and professionalism. Absolutely horrible. We bought a vehicle here and had problems from the get go with the check engine light. They couldnt get it fixed. Now the engine is dead. WILL never recommend this place unless you want to buy a LEMON that will break down.

Bought an SUV here last year. Had a great buying experience then. So I came back when I was interested in financing. Unfortunately they didnt want my trade in because I had too much negative equity still owing on it. Which is more than fair and I understand. However, they were able to still get me approved with a lower payment that I can work with. I greatly appreciated Trevors knowledge when I was test driving the different cars. Dan is really great as well. I definitely recommend these guys. They will work with you to get you in the car you want at a great price.

Bought a car in 2018, very next day found out the transmission was completely toast. tried to bring vehicle back and they said nope. these crooks are in the pockets of united finance who gladly gave me the money to buy this lemon. i tried talking to united finance. but the manager is pals with the owner of creative and he said sorry. now they want 10,000 for a car i drove for 12 hrs. all of these good reviews they have on here all fake. complete crooks.

Had a great experience at this dealership. I stopped by just to look at a Jeep Ive always wanted and a couple hours later, I drove home a Jeep Grand Cherokee Hemi. All this was thanks to Trevor and his exceptional customer service he provided me with. I always like to shop around and get the best deal I can possibly find but Trevor got me the car I wanted for a price I liked with a great finance terms. Therefore he saved me time and money. Your reply to my first review is a nicely painted picture......but the facts are.....i was informed it was only a solenoid that needed to be replaced....when really it was the entire transmission. And if your company is all about there customers.....then why when i came back the very next day did you not help me......i wanted a car that actually worked but instead your partner over there at united finance told me too bad that the deal was done....and it wasnt even 24 hrs yet....now im being sued for a car that never drove but 2 days....if you cared about your customers then you would of made it right....bottom line....either way you would of made the sale just would of been nice to actually of gotten something that worked.

Great customer service and all. Good selection and great quality cars for sell. Even when my car had issues they offered me a loaner car and paid for the issue my warranty did not cover. And it was not a cheap bill but they care about there customers. And will definitely not leave you with a LEMON 🍋. I definitely recommend them if you are in need of a car. If we are in need or another car we will go back to Creative Credit and Auto Sales with no hesitation.

Smaller dealership with one salesperson so please be patient. But the experience was good, lower overhead means better service and prices. We got a great deal and Trevor worked his butt off to make it happen.

I bought my 2008 Honda Odyssey from this place I brought it home 2 days later a started leaking Power fluid I called them they told me to take it to their shop i did but they told me a will cost me 800 to fix. I had to fix it my self and on top of that the automatic door were not working. It was not worth it. Their warranty never worked. I felt like I wasted my money.

I bought a truck from them and the process was easy and painless, got a great deal on the truck too! But, there were issues with it a few days after which made the truck un-drivable. To my surprise, Dan and Tyrone stood by the sale and had the vehicle towed to their shop to look at. They offered to take care of the repairs for me and even worked with me to do some additional work while the engine was open to prevent future issues. They really turned what could have been a terrible situation into a great one!
