I could ask for more.I was there Saturday because Commonwealth Motors neglected and refused to get me a tire unlockService temporarily handled the problem, ordered the parts.I came in today and they had all the parts, promptly replaced them. As before, service was fantastic.I visited the show room and their staff was equally kind and great tempermanent.Fantastic operation.My opinion stands as does my recommendation.Go there!

My Husband and I have worked with Paul in service a few times, he is fantastic. He is always polite, patient and goes above and beyond to help me understand what’s going on with my car. He took the time to tell and show me how to prevent further issues with my air filter etc (case of mice in there!) he is always a joy to work with and is extremely knowledgeable. I also don’t feel like he is scamming me which is a plus. If you haven’t promoted Paul it might be time to! He is a valuable person to your service Department and deserves some bonuses and extras! Worst Experience EVER. Made an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Specifically asked if the vehicle was there, which they told me it was. Went to said appointment, no vehicle. To top it off, it took over 15 minutes just to be acknowledged. Then stood around another 10 minutes waiting, only to go to sales office to ask if the vehicle was there, and was told it was not. No apologies, no nothing. I would not recommend this dealership if it was the last one around. Extremely disappointed.

This dealership is the worst! When i bought my sons car it took HOURS to do the paperwork even though i had done most of it over the phone. When i got there they had added a $3000 extended warranty which they insisted i had to have . Few months later car was totalled which i called that day and told them. They legally are supposed to refund a portion of that warranty..9 months later i am still trying to get them to refund it. Their customer service is HORRIBLE and i would NEVER deal with them again.

I have bought 5 cars from this dealership-so my experience has been good to say the least. My last experience however wasnt so good. I purchased a pre-owned Nissan with very little miles, it is basically brand new. I noticed no floor mats were in the car and emailed my sales person about this. He told me that I would have to purchase them. I just purchased the car....and I consider floor mats to be a standard thing that comes with a car-whether previously owned or not. I feel like after purchasing multiple cars from this dealer I could have been extended the courtesy of floor mats. I am not going to purchase them (through the dealer no less) in order to have them.I also wasnt impressed with the financing as I was told one monthly payment and once there to sign the paperwork the payment was higher. I was clear on my credit application about who was buying the car; they were quick to blame the lender about this and I had to negotiate a bit to be where I wanted for the payment.Overall; being a single woman and purchasing a car alone-I wouldnt recommend this dealer; they will take you for a ride.

UPDATEI received a contact shortly after the original review stating I would hear back after checking on my issue. I have not heard back. Customer satisfaction is not a priority here. Find another Nissan dealer. Do not go here.I bought a Certified Leaf in March. When I arrived it had just been plugged in to charge on a trickle charger. After hours of waiting for the charge my son and I headed home and stopped at three charging stations on the way. We arrived home after 9 PM from our noon appointment for the purchase.I included $1000 in the financing to install a level 2 charger at my home. I am still waiting for the check six months later. I wouldnt send anyone to this dealership.

This is my 3rd car I purchased thru Patriot Nissan (2 prior were Salem Nissan). Pat has sold me all of my cars and always goes above and beyond to help me. The process was easy, and I was in and out in an hour and a half. Their new finance guy is amazing and got me rates i never thought I could get.

Service dept. was great. The issues appears to be a design issue/flaw on the 2020 Altima. The windshield washer spray nozzle on the drivers side is aimed too low and there isnt any adjustment. They checked the spray on a brand new 2021 Altima --same thing.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Drove over an hour (one way) in a snowstorm for a prearranged, confirmed appointment to look at a vehicle. After checking in I watched the salesman walk the entire lot and come back without the car. After watching a stressful conversation among salespeople and managers he came out, flanked by a man in jeans who told me the car was not on the lot because the owner took it to Attleboro, MA. He appeared to find this funny, but I found it extremely disrespectful of me as a potential customer. Additionally, the several sales staff were dressed in jean/hoodies and were gobbling down snacks in public areas and not wearing masks. Needless to say I will NOT be giving them my business.

Mr. Paul Hickey, splendid experience, took car of 3 factory recalls on my vehicle, multipoint inspection, repair and state inspection sticker. With 38 years of customer service Ive gotten rather good at the read where people are concerned, most of the time Im spot on. I at no point got the trying to pull a fast one vibe from Mr. Hickey, unlike several mechanics along Rt 28. for that Im extremely thankful. Paul keep doing what you do the way your doing it, what the other shops in town arent getting is entirely to your benefit, Ill continue getting repairs at this location.

Recently purchased my 2021 Altima, trading my 2012 Altima. I received far market value plus the 2k rebate off the Altima, all while getting 0.9% financing. Brianna was great to work with, she made me feel at ease and no pressure. I love my new Altima so far.

Tony was great. Felt like he cared about my best interests. Completely different than what Ive experienced elsewhere where it seemed there was always something to add onto my bill. I felt i was part of the process and wasnt being pressured.

When I went in to shop I was greeted by Tony, who checked me in asked if I would be waiting when I advised him I would be waiting he brought me in to waiting area showed me the selection of snacks coffee an ladies room advised me how long I should expect the car it was completed promptly. What more could any body want?
