I got chipped on my car that I bought from them. The salesmen were crooked and when they called me to congratulate me on having my car for 3 years, i told them Im getting rid of it bc they sold me a lemon and knew it! Also, told them that Im not doing business with them and i urge everyone not to shop with them! If you do, good luck

Had my Mazda 6 serviced, and they did a great job as always. Brought it in fornam pionchange and tire rotation, and they saw I needed new front brakes. I thought they needed to be replaced about 6 months ago, but they said it could wait- good to have service dept that isnt just trying to make a quick sale for an unneeded repair. Even got me a loaner, as i had somthing I needed to go to. Johnny and the crew always did a great job.

Parts department is horrible called on a Monday berglund had the part said it would be delivered on the next day Tuesday the part never showed called Wednesday the part guy said he didn’t have 15 minutes to track it down without the vin number that he was to busy so I called back at 5:27 Wednesday with the vin number and the parts guy then told me they close in 3 minutes and didn’t want to talk after I took a minute to vent about my experience he told me I was wasting time come to find out the parts guy from Monday hadn’t done anything and never even billed the part. Horrible customer service from the parts department I went elsewhere for my part and don’t plan on going back.
Salesman from Williamson Road location was one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered in automotive sales. Would not listen to what I was looking for. Tried to get me inside the office to talk about what I wanted. Did not pay attention. He said a couple times that he wasn’t very smart, but work his hardest. If I am spending thousands, I want the smartest person the company has. This salesperson took what I wanted and said he would email me what he found. None of them were what I described I wanted. Called me a couple times and left messages. Then called a couple more times from an unlisted number thinking I would answer. I know this to be true because the salesperson left another message when using the unlisted number. Also tried to change my words of what I wanted. Told him I want something that was $25K. He repeated back’ “so you are looking for a vehicle between 25-35k. Very disappointed with the whole experience. Bought my vehicle elsewhere.

Nice people, service is good but, will NEVER buy a Ford car/truck again! Transmission going out on our fairly new car, still under warranty & Ford refuses to replace it, NOT HAPPY!

I originally came here to get our Mazda serviced for a recall. Everybody in service was right on target, very knowledgeable and courteous. They gave us a loner, a 2018 CX-5, myself and my wife immediately noticed the tremendous amount of improvements Upon Our CX-7 which was a couple years older. After driving this vehicle for even a couple of days we were both thinking this was our next vehicle purchase. A very sporty feel, enough room, and all wheel drive if you get in the pinch with weather. Insulation I feel that Mazda has made some pretty good advances in the past few years, and if you are in the market for a Mazda in this area give these guys a try, they are a very professional outfit.
Went to Berglund Ford just to take a look at a truck I had seen online. I didnt really plan on buying, but Randy Bivens and the others took such care of me and gave me a deal I couldnt drive away from, at least not without being in the truck I had came to look at.
