I saw a craigslist ad for a van I liked and called. I spoke with Mike on the phone, and he was nice and professional. When I came in I dealt with John, who really took the time to answer all my questions and he was just generally very nice and didnt feel like a salesman. He even took the time to fix a few little details on the van like the missing lens on the rear taillights. Then, as I was going to leave, the battery died. Not only did he jump start it, but then he sent me down the road to Northwest Battery and had them install a brand new battery for me. I cant say enough good things about these guys. If they have something you want, buy It from them. Dont even bother looking around.

We recently bought a camp trailer from Dorn Bros (Mike Dorn). Having bought numerous cars, trucks, camp trailers over the years, this experience was as enjoyable as possible. They were very fair. There was no hassling or arm twisting. Would not hesitate to do business with them again.

I had some unique requirements for my truck. Mike and John actually spent a good deal of time finding exactly what I needed, and once they found it, they gave me plenty of time to mull it over. Id shopped around Portland quite a bit, and Dorn Bros. price was at the lower end of what Id researched. I think they can deal with you because they own the business. There were two minor things which they took care of right away. Im really satisfied and have sent two co-workers their direction. Nice little company. Sj in Tigard.
