Was looking for a lift for the back of our vehicle and was hoping to find a place where we could not only get the lift but also a mobility scooter.R & J Mobility was the place ... it was a real One Stop store for most anything related to handicap mobility.Not only were they able to outfit us with everything we needed/wanted, they were extremely knowledgeable about everything.From Chantal who answered the phone (and did the paperwork) to Robert, our salesman and even Bryon who did the installation, everything was done with a smile.The facility, even the installation garage, was clean ... and I got the impression it would have been so even without this stupid virus thing.They all were awesome and, if you need anything ... even a handicap van, this folks have it all.

My grandfather has purchased three Wheelchairs and three vans from this company. He has had a few problems but every time there has been an issue the company has responded quickly, efficiently, and with great professionalism. I feel satisfied and content knowing that R&J Mobility service is taking care of my grandfather when Im not around. My grandmother has enjoyed all her power wheelchairs and the vans have done a great job being her chariot. I recommend this business.

They allowed an untrained person install my Qstraint system, then to get it fixed I had to pay for fuel and an entire day of my time to get it repaired where he wanted it repaired, not locally and convenient for me. It was all his way or they would not fix. DONT USE THEM, they are not safe and endangered my daughters life

R & J worked hand in hand with the VA to convert our Toyota Sienna with a Braun ability ramp. They also installed a drivers chair for him so he can be completely independent on his scooter. They were wonderful and kept us apprised of it’s progress. It needed to be sent to Indiana for the ramp and they arranged the shipping and everything. They were able to install the chair there at the shop! They were truly wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them to service your mobility needs! Thank you Robert and Tanya and the whole R&J staff!

Customer service very poor dont stand behind their stuff or warranty the only polite person in there is logan

Logan completely let me down. He had me apply for a vehicle I couldnt even use on my own then left me by the wayside after looking for some good options for me, he also told me I was approved when I wasnt.

Great service! They helped me on an issue with my mobility scooter which I didnt even purchase through them.

Good customer service, helped a customer of ours update her van for a new wheel chair. As I was running slightly behind, they stayed a little after closing to help with getting van back to customer!

Needed hand controls on my car. Very efficient. Have me time lines for receipt of parts, and for how long installation would be. Very pleasant

Long waits, asked a couple of questions. They seemed to not really know. We were wanting to rent a scooter for my uncle. 2 options available, neither were good options.I appreciated the follow-up and geniune concern of how they could improve.

Took my 3 wheeled Go-Go to R&J for a Beeping problem after installing the battery. Turned out to be an operator Problem. They serviced my Go-Go an bill was No Charge. How is that for customer relations? The people there were great.

If you ever find yourself in need of a vehicle that can accommodate a power wheelchair either for short term rental or for purchase, well this is the place to go. Fair pricing and friendly service for good condition safe vehicles.

We had a problem with it after only five months. It turned out to be the seat positioning switch. Be aware that although there is a warranty for parts, the service call costs $150.00. Also, the men do have a communication problem so you may want to repeat back to them what you are understanding. Also, shop around. Bearson gives service completely free for the first six months.
