I brought my laptop because it suddenly stopped working. They did all they could to repair it but at the end it wasnt possible. When I brought a new one, they not only helped me to pass all my info from the old one but they made sure the new one was totally upgraded and in great conditions to run at its best. The rate was very fair. They were very easy to communicate, helpful, and fast. They were also very accommodating for the pick up. Now I know for sure that if I have another problem with my laptop I can count on them and get the best help. Im very happy with their services and I highly recommend them.

Went to them today for a simple laptop tuneup. Having worked at places that do this, I fully expected a 3-4 day waiting time. The big box places like Best Buy or Staples are trained to tell you that and not over promise. We all know how important our computers have become, so I was expecting a bit of a wait.Derek at Geeks in Minutes immediately estimated a 24 hour turn around time, barring anything major! Wow, I was surprised. That made me feel a lot better immediately. Then, after only 3 HOURS(!!!) he called me to say everything was set and I could come by and get it? That was fantastic news!I know it didn’t need anything by a simple cleanup, but most places drag it out anyway mostly because they are backed up with other people’s machines. This was great service! Derek was very professional and took care of things from start to finish. I high recommend Geek in Minutes and will definitely use them again!

First of all we dropped off our apple computer because it had a pop up that wouldnt stop. It was working, they call us to pick up & state it was 480.!! They said they had to replace motherboard, that was a crock! THEN, They literally stole our apple computer during a horrible time for our family; my daughter was VERY sick and forgot to pick up computer, I let them know I would come within a month. Yes, it was there a longtime, but with communication of why we didnt come yet. I went to pick up & he said we used it for parts, we thought it was abandoned WHAT!! I was SO upset. No one dumps an apple off to be just given away. They would not return it and are full of lies. They use to call us with a quote before fixing, the didnt, they fixed and tried to add unneccessary things, they stole this item during COVID & I will report to Better Business Bureau!

I have erased & rescinded my Not so Good Review.These guys heard my complaint, reached out to me, and worked with me to correct what was wronged.These guys are Awesome.There are not to many business like this anymore who are willing to work with the customer.Im talking about real people, who are understanding, and willing to work any issue out.I definitely will revisit the GEEKS with my electronic issue.

Replaced a battery and reinstalled an OS on a MacBook Pro that I thought was toast. Very quick and reasonable compared to Apple who called it Vintage...

Went to this place a month ago I went to get new components ram, graphics card etc or if they couldn’t do it let me know so I can order the parts and install them myself. They charge a 60 dollar fee for looking at your PC so I paid that had them take it in. 2 days later I get a call saying my computer is ready for pickup. All they did was update the drivers and windows. Felt completely scammed. Not what I asked for the PC STILL DOESNT HAVE THE SPECS I NEED TO RUN THE GAME I WANTED AFTER I WAS TOLD IT WOULD. Definitely just going to have my friend work on a new pc I’m currently building. Short story: I was lied too and paid for services that I didn’t even ask for.

Fixed my Macbook pro 2017 like brand new. Had a broken LCD screen and it was fixed within a week and was updated/sterilized before i got it back. Great price and awesome customer service.

Was trying to troubleshoot some issues on my own and needed a single jumper cap for my motherboard. I could only order them online in sets of 50 or more and didnt want to wait a week for shipping. He let me just grab one from the shop and ask a few questions. I ended up having to return some defective parts, but still much appreciated!

I was very satisfied with my service with Geeks in Minutes. I dropped my laptop off to them on Saturday and I had a diagnosis on Monday. Unfortunately the cost to fix it was more than I even bought the laptop for (still not a bad price for the damage there was). This business is extremely quick and very professional, and I would go back if I have any other issues.

Always my first stop when I have any hardware issue. Ive gotten nearly 6 years out of my PC because I go there when I have a problem. New video cards to handle my ever changing monitor upgrades to new power supplies, Ive gone to them for everything and they deliver every time. Ive saved so much money on not having to constantly upgrade my machine by just going there for minimal fixes. Had I taken it to Best Buy, I surely would have walked out of there with a new PC and $500 less in my bank account. If you like getting the most mileage out of your machine, take it here when you have a problem.

Dont go to this place. These technicians dont know how to fix iPhone. They are lack of technical skills and poor work ethics. I came to replace the iPhone battery for iPhone SE. The technician said yes, 20 minutes after, they said you may need to come back next Monday because I thought I can use battery iPhone 5s for iPhone SE, But it is not right, I need to order more baterry iPhone SE..WHAT ?!? FIRST, if you dont have it, dont do it, be honest, it is not your phone to mess arouNd. SECOND, when he tried to open it, he snapped one chip inside iPhone connection. When I found out, I came back to complaint about that. His answer is These wasnt any chip there, I did not break anything WRONG, again these technicians dont even have basic knowledge. He damaged my phone, refused to acknowledge his mistakes. WORST TECHNICIANS, GO BACK TO SCHOOL OR CLOSE OUT BUSINESS!!!

They do decent work but their communication was limited and what is promised in the name (minutes) took almost two weeks. They did compensate for that with reducing the price of the work they did, but I didnt think it would take five days just to even hear from them after dropping it off.

I had brought my iphone in just for the home and power button to be repaired, fixed the problem, but created others which made up for a follow up repair on the vibrate settings, then after finally getting my iphone back again, found out the proximity sensor wasnt functioning, then they wanted to charge me to fix there error.Need less to say i wont be returning, and im sticking with the apple storewhich when i brought my phone to the apple store, they said my iphone was missing screws, and have heard that they(GIM) dont put every screw back in.
