After we left the commercial location, we came here. Total time it took to get from south to Lancaster, to purchase and walk out the door was 28 minutes. It took 16 minutes to get there.Miles was awesome and knowledgeable. He is a major asset to T-Mobile and should be treated accordingly. We will definitely be back here.
Corey, the customer service representative whom we met with, was a very courteous, personable, and professional young man whos been with T-Mobile for the last seven years. His knowledge with regard to T-Mobile products and services is unsurpassed. My spouse needed a new phone, and he was able to get her the best phone that fit her needs at a very reasonable price. Corey was able to migrate everything from her old phone to her new phone with no loss of data (esp. photos) whatsoever. We were very pleased to have met with Corey, and to have had him take care of our phone needs today. Hopefully well have the pleasure of meeting with him again, should the need ever arise. Thank you, Corey, for all that you did for us today!
This location is my favorite T-Mobile store in all of Salem. I always have a pleasant experience. Each employee is both friendly and professional. I would like to give a special shout-out to Miles. He helped me get into a new phone as well as open a new line with great offers that ultimately saved me a lot of money. He was kind, patient and knowledgeable. What a great asset to T-Mobile! Yesterday I had a not less than great experience at a different location so we left to go shop at this location instead, on the way I called over to see if what I was wanting to do to was possible and Juan was so helpful on the phone and then when I got there Corey helped me get new phones for myself and my fiance with zero hassle and in a fraction of the time I was expecting it to take. We were asked to wait, thats fine. There were only 2 people working when we arrived. We were told we were next, and then someone who came in after us was helped before we were. We walked out without being helped.

Everyone here is always super helpful. Great selection of Bluetooth speakers and headphones, iPads, tablets, mobile phones, you name it. This location is very convenient because of its location and proximity to other shopping destinations. One of the associate managers, Jason, is a pretty rad guy all around, and always very helpful.

Ive been with spent since 2010. I was pretty shocked when I found out about the merger but Im overall satisfied with my service. They handle themselves very similar so Im still a happy customer. Only bad thing is the long run isnt as explained as well as Id hoped but not that terrible of a thing over all

Wendy T. has gone above and beyond helping us in our transition to T-Mobile. It has definitely been a process switching, at no fault of Wendy, but of their tele-sales dept(the 1-800 #). She has made sure to fix all the issues weve had, and has personally followed through with us making sure we are on track for receiving all the promotions that T-Mobile offers for new customers. If it wasnt for her, I would have been really annoyed and probably would have went with a different company. She has personally dealt with all the run around, and I appreciate that because she didnt have to do that, and I certainly didnt want to do it either. So, if you need an awesome person to deal with, find her!

Not good, went in to make a payment was told there was going to be a 30 minute wait for a 2 minute transaction and I said ok. They took my name and # to text/call ....45 minutes later no text or call.
We loved our experience at this Lancaster location! Our associate, Alex, was amazing and helped us for most of the afternoon. We switched up our phones to the S10 and the data transfers took a while. Thank you for being patient with us and your amazing service!

The information that the store had wasnt complete for my issue. I paid the payment part that was very late. I made armaments for the rest of the bill.
Brittany was a great help. She got our plan changed so it starts at our next billing cycle. It was so simple with her help. She was very knowledgeable about the products and gave us information we can use to help us decide on our next purchase.

This is the worst teen mobile I have ever been to. For one whenever I walked in nobody had masks on for covit 19 protection. The lady that helped me was very rude. The only good thing that came out of going to that T-Mobile was the gentleman that greeted me at the door. The manager at the t-mobile on Lancaster in Salem Oregon really needs to have a conversation with Their employees, About the protection they need to use for covit 19 and about customer service.I will never come back To this teen mobile store I had to give them a one star but if it was possible I would have given them a negative.

Call and make an appointment if you dont have time to sit around like me. Was told it was gonna be about 15min and when that was close to being up was told it was gonna be another 20min or so. Ended up having them book me an appointment for the next day. Hopefully they are punctual about being on time with appointments.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of plans and products. I came in with a cracked screen protector. It was covered under a protection plan, thankfully. They removed the old screen protector and replaced it with a new one, no problems.The place was busy. Each employee was busy helping a customer when I walked in.
The current crew they have there is on point! Courteous and professional. My only issue is that staffing is limited. Ive waited 15 mins for help but its not like they were just standing around. They were helping somebody else. This is definitely my spot to go to for all my T-Mobile needs.
Came in to buy some accessories but no one greeted me once to see if I needed help. Could of been an easy $150 - $199 accessory sale while I was waiting for someone to unlock lg headphones. I guess if youre not dressed like you have a wallet on you then no service for that guy.

Staff and manger Jasons priority is to set up new accounts and they do not disclose waiting periods on reimbursements or credits refuse to walk you through the process. I do not recommend this location at all. I wish everyone will post their reviews and they will get shut down for their terrible customer service. Your staff needs additional training!!!

Worse customer service ever the Sales Associate Caylen is super rude and short. Not to mention how he threw a receipt at me and told me he had voided a transaction when he hadnt, I had to come back and have a manager do it. I have a been a T-mobile customer for 14 years, I will be switching carriers as soon as they refund for an order that was supposed to be cancelled and was not !!!! Dont recommend T-mobile to anyone not worth the headache !

Been a customer with T-Mobile and this store for a few years now and never had any problems... that is until this summer. My husband and I decided to update our phones and tablets because of the promotions they were offering. Big mistake. First, went from LG stylo 3 to the V30. Its an OK phone but it has a glass back....still dont understand why LG thinks this is a good idea. Second we got the Alcatel A30. Other than not much internal storage its not bad.My issue is, we were there wewell over an hour and asked every question I could think of but Anthony the guy who helped us was a very fast talker kinda pushy and in the end said everything was taken care of and was ready to move on I got so frustrated dealing with him I went to the car while my husband finished. Before I left I asked if my contacts and whatever else was done and told yes... NOT! No contacts when I got home. Also found out he had not put the insurance I asked 3 times to add had not been added and found this out a couple of weeks later when my glass backed phone fell from about 6inchs and all but shattered the back... looks like its been in a gun fight and I pick glass out of my hand daily even with a case.Went back, fixed insurance then find out it would cost over $200 to either fix or replace. Really wanted to tell the kid off but before I could they took him in the back talked to him then sent him on break which happens ever time I go now and hes working.Dont really have a problem with anything or one else but have been considering changing carriers but cant till Ive paid for everything theyve sold us including the 2 Bluetooth speakers they talked my husband into ($300 each) that we didnt need or can afford. Hes not allowed to go here alone because they will say anything to make a sale.
I went to this location because I knew one of the employees and I had a good experience with him.Today I call the store to ask them to help me figure out what screen protector I got because it cracked and its a lifetime one.The girl who answered said Id have to come it to verify who I was or I can call 611.This is ridiculous, Im not asking to change my phone plan just tell me the name of the company who makes the damn screen protector.
