Manny was so so helpful and patient with me during my process in a new phone. I lost my phone during my move.Whatever you do NEVER NEVER NEVER let this gentleman leave your employment. Hes a gem. Knowledgeable dedicated and extremely excellent people skills.

The worst store ever with irresponsible sales associates. I dont recommend anyone to do business with this store. On June, 2021 I came to this store to upgrade my phone and was told by the sale person by the name of Manny that theres a promotion going on and that I can get $800 for my Samsung Note 8 plus treading toward a new Samsung S21 so I traded, until now its been 4 months the $800 was never credited into my account and Im still paying full price for the new phone. I went back to the store couple times they couldnt help me solve this issues why they never apply the $800 toward my trade in phone and I called the customer service several times no one can help me with this matter. If you dont want to throw your money away and dealing with loosing time and headache, dont come to this store.

Absolutely zero help. Went to the store for assistance to activate my new phones. Three employees huddled together (only indication they were employees were their T-Mobile shirts) in deep conversation. They treated my fiancé and I as an inconvenience and told us we should be able to do it ourselves. If that were the case we wouldn’t have gone to the store. Sorry to expect service at a place of a business from employees who are being compensated to work instead of sitting around conversing. One star is too high of a rating. If you need any help at all with your phone I’d strongly urge you to look elsewhere. (Rockingham mall just down the street). Unprofessional, ignorant, and lazy are just a few words to describe their staff!
Went to Sprint for a new sim card for a new phone I bought for my daughter and was told they didnt have any. Sent me up the street to T-mobile. I was greeted by a friendly staff that informed me that the Sprint store had been turning people away.
Sprint is not only the worst cell provider in the country, they are one of the most dishonest businesses. The services are horrible, the devices are the worst, and the customer service agents will lie constantly. Dont make the mistake of entering this store. What an incredible waste of time and money. They should be shut down.
Dishonest associate. Went in for a new ipad, told me it was 13/month. Look at my updated account and its actually 18. Also told me he was Giving me a screen protector for it, and snuck it into the finance with the otterbox case.Just disappointing. Would have preferred honesty. Leaves a sour taste in your mouth.

Knowledgeable, friendly and most of all that they LISTEN to my issue and that they were truthful in resolving the problem. Most important to me is that the associates not try to BS me, or try to impress me by how much they know. These guys were very good at that. I would recommend them to anyone involved with SPRINT

They are always friendly at this location and they even had little nerf football for my son to play with so he didnt get fussy. They are very professional and very knowledgeable. They tell you the latest and greatest everything from phones to accessories. They answer all your questions and never try to force you to purchase something you wont use! Definitely tell my friends to go to this particular location.
Several poor experiences going to this store and not professional whatsoever. The last straw was that I have been running around for over a week trying to find a SIM card for a Galaxy. I was told by the employee at this sprint store the incorrect SIM card number which has compounded the issue all together. It seems they have probably had the SIM card that I needed the whole time and simply did not want to spend the time to find it. The number he gave me to search for is not even a SIM card number. Unfortunately you need to go to this type of store to get specific things done, but if you are not making them a sale you will get little attention to handle your issue.

Its not often these days that you can say you got exceptional service but you will if you shop here. All the staff here are not just professional but true service with a smile. Nicole who is the store manager, spent a tremendous about of time time on the phone with Sprint customer service working out some issues with my account. This allowed me convert all of my phones on my plan to another plan that better benefits me. The best part was I didnt have to get on the phone with customer service at all Nicole handled it with ease. The service she provide was truly exceptional! It was well worth going here vs. standing in line waiting for mediocre service at a large electronics store.
Guys were great at helping us out. We both got a new Galaxy S9 and lowered our bill in the process. Store is attractively set up and its easy to peruse phones, accessories and plans if you need to wait. We lucked and got an amazing special on our phones and also a Harmon Kardon Onyx Studio 4 Bluetooth speaker. Originally $400 for only $140!!!
Amazing. Sprint CSR is hit or miss but if you want to speak to professionals, definitely come here. Ill be returning for all of my Sprint related stuff in the future

Worst experience ever! Ive been with Sprint for years never strayed!! This place has awful customer service!! Manager is very rude, not helpful and seems incompetent or just doesnt care! Save your time and go to the sprint store in Nashua its a drive but have always left there satisfied and the service is top notch!
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD. They sold me a phone and told me I was going to get 50% off of the lease rate. The store manager Brandon Fox even told me he guaranteed that this was a plan for my phone.When I questioned why I never saw a change on my bill I was told it takes a few billing cycles to happen. After 5 months of waiting for this to happen I went to the store and they told that oops that plan never did exist and maybe I should call sprint and see if they would give me a credit. HAHA amazing the worst store and customer service that ever was

Most definitely giving this a star is saying the service was ehh(ok) but in all actuality the representatives(the assistant manager and the trainees were the only ones to put forth their best service due to being inconvenienced multiple times) they have working at this location were were better than a single star.As for the other employee with a scully hat(mind you he wears all the time) and the Manager Mike were nothing close to what a representative should act like, which is exactly why i had the worst experience! The scully rep wouldnt listen to the manager, got in my husbands face after giving criticism with the service when we came in the night before and dealt with him and another individual (scully must have woken up on the ballzy side that morning-hadnt had his coffee? I dont know and personally dont care-leave it at the door!), manager sent him away scully troll came back and once again continued to want confrontation. Finally after 20 times of the manager telling him to go in the back, troll left and when we made it clear to change one number to another(they said we could-mind you we went there 3 previous times). They moved a line NON-contract to another contracted agreement and added the line! At the end of everything i was still left with not being helped respectfully and left with not doing what they said they could do the first 3 times we came.The Manager is running a store under disrespectful and childish behavior. He allows it and it will continue. Trust me there will be additional calls to the correct departments to ensure new training is in place or just point blank get rid of the Manager because hes being a buddy instead of a respectable individual in the workplace.Im mentioning only Mike by name because in my professional career the Manager of the store should always be held accountable for the behavior you allow your employees to express in front of customers.

Sprint has been ok, but this so called Sprint store is an affiliate store. They make everything more complicated than it needs to be, theyre rude, and theyre very pushy. They seem much more concerned about short term hard sales than maintaining ongoing customers. Do yourself a favor and go to your nearest corporate Sprint store instead.
