We were helped by Verizon Agent Kurt. He did everything he said he was going to do. He gave us a great plan, we traded our phones for new phones for way higher price then others. He explained everything to me perfectly. He even took the time to help transfer my info from old phone and set up the apps that came with our new plan. He was very professional and friendly. I am so happy I switched to Verizon and had Kurt help us out. Thank you agent Kurt!!
Kurt handled changing/upgrading and transferring from my “7” iPhone to the “13”. I was very nervous about learning a new phone again but Kurt was aMAZing. All my data transferred quickly to the new phone. He explained and showed me everything I needed to know. Told me he was there if I had questions. I’m here from Texas visiting family, and if I lived here Kurt would be who’d I go to for future purchases or iPhone issues. I highly recommend this store and Kurt! You won’t be disappointed.
Kurt gave us his undivided attention for over an hour when we came in for new phones. He answered all of our questions, found the best deals for our needs and made the visit fun. I had a great experience at this store this morning 😊I walked in thinking I would get turned away for not having an appointmentbut that wasn’t the case. Never been to this location until last week when my phone got stolen. Sean, Jay and I never got the third guys name who assisted me, but I know he was in training... their customer service was amazing, and they were very patient and helped me get a new phone and went beyond what they truly needed to do to make me happy and to try and locate my stolen phone.Thanks for all the help guys!

This store goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Helping exchange a phone at the very end of the alloted time. The manager should teach others how to manage. He came in on his day off to take care of the exchange. Giving up hours of his time figuring out issues with my account. Never making me feel like I was putting him out in any way. Sean was extremely competent and personable. I will be doing all my business here in the future!

My experience at this location was extremely positive. I was greeted by Alex Segal who greeted me with a pleasant and welcoming smile. I was extremely frustrated with a replacement phone and after visiting three other verizon locations, one of which I had been a loyal customer for over ten years. None of these locations had an ounce of customer service. Alex Segal immediately put me at ease with my questions, and was helpful with several settings. I left not feeling rushed and with a weight off my shoulders. I also had questions regarding an I phone which he was very also helpful with. Alex is professional, personable, and I will purchase my next phone from him, no question about it!! Thank you again Alex!!
The manager right off the bat was extremely judgemental and rude. I was sitting in my car in front of the store while on the phone with Budget Rental clarifying some things with a previous arrangement I had with them when this man from the Verizon store came out and rudely asked if I was going to be coming into the store to which I answered yes I was just on the phone with my budget. Well then the card that I was going to use to pay for my phone to be fixed was declined and all of a sudden this man was telling me that if I left with my phone he would call the cops on me for what I have no idea. I then got my credit card issue fixed and was able to pay for what I needed but I would never return to this Verizon store again
Its been a few years since Ive been to this store but it was still spotless and the staff were all very helpful. I worked with Carlos and he was a rockstar. Got my mom all set up and was very patient with her while setting everything up.
Carlos and Kelly have the best customer service. I love the way that they helped me understand my phone. Im loving my phone and the upgrade was as painless as I couldve ever imagine.

I went in to add a new phone line today, and it was the best experience Ive ever had in a phone store. Tony Halter was super kind and helpful, not to mention very personable, so it wasnt stressful at all. I will gladly come back for his help if I ever need to upgrade/ change anything.
Stayton store couldnt/wouldnt help us with transferring my things onto my new phone and they told us to go to a Salem location so I called the Lancaster location and spoke with Jameson House and he said he would help us no matter what. He went above and beyond for us. He was kind, friendly, personable and we really appreciated it. We recommend his service.
I stopped here because I had trouble transferring and setting up my iPhone, and Marcos was very helpful. He was quick to greet me, and help me diagnose the problem, and friendly. If you need help I highly recommend this store and Marco for help.
I’m utterly impressed with the service at this place! Especially Tyler Hatton who helped sort out an online order that took an outstanding amount of patience to tackle & Tony who was helpful in changing out a SIM card & activating a different phone. I have gone to 3 different direct Verizon dealers & had zero luck. I’ve gone to this cellular sales Verizon dealer 3 times & had excellent above & beyond service every time, making sure I have all the info to save money w/o expectation of sales. They’re all about customer service first. It is this kind of customer service that is lost elsewhere. Thanks for taking care of us EVERY time!

Bought two phones in Sept. from Verizon and Tyler H. helped with our purchase, made sure I knew what to do when I got home, how to get my rebates, etc. Spent a good amount of time with me to make sure everything was done. Fast forward to a week ago (first part of December) and my phone buttons were sticking so I got a replacement and took it to Tyler and he helped set it up for me. Within a week this phone started shadowing on the screen and flashing half white, etc. So another employee helped me get another replacement. I got it, took it to Tyler and again he set it up for me. Hopefully no problems this time! Im not too happy that I had to get two replacements, but everyone has been super great about it! Tyler went above and beyond to make sure my screen protector was put on and that I was happy. The customer service in this store is fantastic and I would definitely suggest you go here to get a phone if you are in need!
I have to say that Jameson House was so helpful and patient with me and my phone. He was very friendly and walked me through the process of moving photos from one phone to the other so I would be able to do it myself later. Then he took care of it. I just wanted let you all know how well he took care of me.

I had the experience with your store this morning on 9/5/2020. I was welcome and greeted very nicely.I needed a 10ft charger for Note-plus. The 2 employees that helped me were very courteous, helpful, and just Damb nice.After just leaving Best Buys frustrated and annoyed, because I felt like I was bothering them, and they told Id have a hard time finding one. Sheesh, they didnt even bother even try to find me one.I travel alot with my business, so I knew there had to be a Verizon store close by. So I Googled it, and BAM, 5 minutes later I was being helped out by Mr. Andrew, and Mr. Eden Wilkes.I tell ya what, best buy can take less from those 2. Although they couldnt find the one I was looking for, Eden offered to go in the back and see if there was one there. As shes doing that, Andrew offered me some water, which actually was very refreshing.Eden comes out and has what I needed in her hands. Talk about great Customer Service.I left there a happy guy. My husband and I really enjoyed getting to work with Jaymeson and Sterling for upgrading upgrading our phones today. I came in and needed to change my plan and add lines to my account. Not only did Andrew help me in a efficient and friendly manner, he also advised me on the dos and donts of each plan. I liked it. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had a lot of hand sanitizer on every desk for customers to use which I liked. I thought that they had a nice system where they would have you write your phone number down on a list and then people can wait outside or in their cars until it is their turn so that there was not a long line of people waiting inside and we did not have to stand around in line for a long time. It was clean and efficient.

Traded in phones for a promotion to get new iPhone 12. Sales representative Tyler did initial transaction which did not go through with Verizon. I did not get my promo price and did not get my iPhone xr trade in back. Tyler was unresponsive when trying to contact over the span of 3 months. I had to call the Verizon trade in department to solve issue myself which took 2.5 hours. Terrible service. Will not go back.

Im MOST impressed with this location. Something got hosed up with my Pin for my cell phone today. Not even Tier 2 Support online could get it resolved. Evan Relf was so very persistent to find a means of resolving the problem. Also involved was another employee. After about 1-1/2 hours, my phone was back to working and all was well with the world. I spent over one hour on Chat with Support this afternoon and they couldnt get close to fixing things. THIS is a place Ill be going back to, without a doubt!
A associate named tyler at Verizon on Lancaster and sunnyview was super helpful and gave me the best service Ive ever gotten from Verizon. He worked with me for about a hour or two trying to help me sort out a major google and phone issue and somehow help fixed it all! Thank you Tyler!!!!

Dont waste your money on there insurance. If your phone is damaged it doesnt cover it. Or they replace it with a refurbished phone, after you pay a deductible, you dont get a new one. Our phone is only about 5 months old. Not even paid for yet. When its paid for, we will be changing companies. And all this after being with them for years.
Chrissy of Verizon Wireless/Cellular Sales did a fantastic job with an elderly relative. Normally, the only time I/we experience this level of customer service nowadays is with a few choice people, within a few choice Canadian companies. Although Verizon yearly costs are still insane -- Chrissys efforts were outstanding! Verizon dont lose Chrissy. Thank you Chrissy!

Went into two different stores near/off Lancaster in Salem and although the employees were talking with customers, in both locations know one even bothered to acknowledge us, we walked around for about 10 minutes and just decided to leave..after leaving the 2nd store & getting into my vehicle a man did go up to the lady that entered the store 5 minutes after our arrival. I thought about changing my cell service to Verizon but will stay with Tmobile their employee customer service is so much better.
