I have been a Cricket customer for over 15 years and Im very satisfied with my service

Came in to help my mom get her new phone set up with Cricket. The employee kindly explained he couldnt do anything but upload her contacts to the new phone and she would have to do the rest. Not sure what my 60 year old mother would have done if I hadnt been in town that week... there is no way she would have been able to figure out how to transfer all that data, remove the SIM card to the new phone and set it all up on her own. Not understanding what kind of policy Cricket has where they cant help more than that especially when theyve helped my father in the past with the exact same issue. But we werent impressed.

Stopped in to ask a couple questions and see if they had any good holiday specials going on. Friendly service and very helpful. :-)

I asked to remove a line so i could afford a phone. They said no we cannot help u remove phones u need a phone for that .. Then proceeded to want to charge a full bill before i could get a phone then i asked if there were any good phone deals said no tried to charge me 300 for phone without paying my. Bill all in all wanted to charge me almost 400 ....went to another cricket ...paid phone and got phone line removed. And got a new phone 250..thank u to the other cricket .. 1

Blanca Adame at the Lancaster and Devonshire store in Salem, OR was superb! She took all the time needed to change over our cell phone service from Verizon. And it was not easy. She was professional and pleasant through the entire process. Thank you very much Blanca. Ray VanTassel

Sandra was very professional and friendly. She quickly helped us with our bill and set up a new phone in record time. I highly reccomend this location to anyone looking for cell phone related things.

We were there before closing(8pm) and we could see the employees in there but the door was locked! My husband knocked to be let in to pay our bill and a woman let him in but then locked the door behind him! When he asked what it was about she said she wanted to avoid last minute customers!! That is a fire hazard and just horrible customer service.
