After failing with a phone call to boost I picked a number in Salem. I called your location to make sure they could help me before I headed to Salem. The individual I spoke with was kind and energetic, answered all my question and I told them I would see them Saturday! Showed up Saturday and walked right in to Mario. I asked him if he was ready for my list of needs and he got right to work. I think I was there for 10 minutes and I was out the door with everything I needed. Charlie kept me busy with conversation about my phone while Mario searched for what I needed in the back. These guys are a great team and Im super thankful they were the ones to help me today! I will definitely visit this location in the future for all my cell needs!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at this location. The gentleman that helped us was funny, pleasant, patient and just an overall joy!! Everyone there was so helpful and so nice! Thank you all for wonderful experience

Astounding customer service . Very helpful and knowledgeable in there products. Centrally located off of Lancaster drive . Store was very clean and easy to find . There was plenty of informational flyers to read about the services boost mobile provides . Plenty of various stock to choose from in cell phone accessories and cell phones. Friendly atmosphere made my visit a trip to remember and boast about . Definatley recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a cell phone or upgrade with Boost mobile cellular service and there products .

They did not properly check for sim upgrade on my phone, and ruined it. It will no longer read any some card. Tried to get me to buy a really cheap phone for 250 to replace the one they ruined.

I switched to Verizon when I came in to get my note 10 plus serviced to boost and they didnt even have the right Sim card to make it work. I tried every other Boost in town, so I switched to Verizon for the same price.I also didnt feel important when they were answering their phones while assisting me.

Great customer service, I just switch to Boost. I’m glad we went to this location. They had all the phones me and my family were looking for, including the iPhone 8 for my wife, store looks great too. They were busy with a lot of clients, I didn’t mind the wait. They have setting available and made us feel like we were at home. I’ll be sending my friend and family here.

Truly I was amazed of their customer service, now and days that is extremely hard to find. I loved how the attention to detail was the main priority. They got me the right plan and phone that best met my demands. They were very knowledgeable of their products and knew exactly what I needed. Also at a very good price. It was not an overwhelming experience but a very pleasant one. I am so happy I found the perfect store for me! I will for sure come back next time my family or me needs a phone or any accessory! 1000% recomendad!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I got a LG X tried to return the phone because the internet was really slow and she kept saying it works, I woukd not be returning the phone if it was working fine. Representative had to get approval from manager to take the phone back because apparently she could feel a scratch on it. I said can you just exchange the service to the old one then, and we will keep the phone. The representative said I still need an approval to do that. The representative kept helping other clients while I was trying to do this I have been here for fore then 30 min just to get the service back on my old phone. That is not good customer service. At the end she said we will take it back but charge you $25 not the $15 because I can feel a scratch on it AND WAIT the activation fee is not refundable minus $30. I think its time to switch companys. They need to help one customer at a time not everyone at the same time or get more representatives to help.

Representative couldnt help me with my problem, but I am satisfied with Boost the company itself

If I could give a zero star I would. I didnt even go in store, just called to ask questions. The lady who awnsered said boost Mobile really fast and couldnt understand her she was extreamly rude and sarcastic!!! That awnsered all my questions an decided not to switch.

They suck! Supposed to be Verizon. Bought and they did NOT work. Then they said Why are you calling me. Wal-Mart finally helped me.
