Dennis helped me and my fiancee Karen out last night during a tough situation after cricket was treating me bad I really appreciate how he helped us and went out of his way even when he didnt have to I definitely recommend Metro more bang for your buck free Amazon, and Google one. I also love my nord 5G phone. Walked out of there with $900 worth of free phones❤️

Denis is awesome at his job. He works hard for this company and it truly shows. I had all my needs taken care of in a timely, professional manner. Great job metro pcs for making me a happy customer time and time again. Highly reccomend this location in the Willamette Town center. Once again excellent customer service it goes along way. Absolutely amazing experience all around. Kelsi and Monique have great customer service skills and were more than willing to help us completely. Autom the young lady that helped me was VERY knowledgeable and offered me a solution to my problem that made her a sale and also an option that did not create a sale and didnt pressure me either way. She was very nice and I will go back to her the next time I need something. FYI I bought the phone and my father loves it.

I would not even give this store a star if I could. The manger there Kelsi is the WORST I have been with metro long standing customer for some time now, this was by far the worst experience ever, I will not refer anyone to this store. I am closing my account. I guess its true, you get what you pay for. Cheap service, cheap phone. Equals terrible customer service from both manger and staff, with a dash of Racism. Metro needs to hire quality people with real customer service experience.

Kelsi was fantastic, she quickly resolved my issue, was very friendly and made sure I got the best deal for what I was wanting. Very, very helpful and knowledgeable and the other staff members were very friendly and helpful too

Dont use this location. The manager will mess up your phone if her ever gets ahold of it. Have issues with my cell, he made it far worse. Then tried to sell me a new one.Go to the location further south on Lancaster. They actually hell you.

Ive been a metro memeber for about 4 years now. Ive gone through 4 phones due to the charger ports going out went in today to get a replacement and the guy told me to troubleshoot my phone.What does my setting? And system have Anything to do with my phone not charging🙆💁They wanted me to out right by a phone.The lady told me my password was incorrect when I use it on my app.Worst service ever. Went to T-Mobile paid 25 bucks down for 1 line and a new phone with a warranty and insurance. Metro Pcs has lost my money for good.

This place is THE worst metro pcs store in Oregon...probably in the world! We switched over to them and within two hours my phone stopped working. I was told by the awesome store manager in Eugene that I could exchange my phone but had to go back to where I got the phone from. Thats when it all got ugly. We were told we not only could NOT exchange the phone because they just dont do that but we had to eat the cost of accessories we couldnt use now. This is very interesting since the receipt says you can return both the phone and accessories within 7 days. It was less than 24 hours. They said the receipt would not be honored since it is from the corporate end and only the yellow paper would be honored because its from the store. Not only that, but some guy named Frank was called for approval who lied to me on the phone saying he owns all the authorized dealer shops...he doesnt. He was horrible. I found out later he is the wherehouse manager. Oh brother! I was told at the Eugene shop that my phone exchange was already approved by another manager as a DOA. The jackasses at this store called tgeir manager and security in. The store manager, Silvino, was ridiculously rude and couldnt even spell his own name. I told him everything had already been approved. He refused to honor anything. He told me DOA was not a term they used. I was was forced to return my phone or get out of the store. Then I was handed a white slip to sign and guess whats on it? The term DOA....which he said doesnt exist. This place is ridiculously horrible. Ive had bad service in my life but this takes the cake. I suggest to the consumer to stay far away from this store. Go to corporate stores or call customer care. They are the only ones who will help you get what you need. If you are in Eugene, I would recommend the one at Payday Express. The manager is amaaaazing. She really went to bat for me and I finally got what I was promised. By the way, these people at the salem store/lancaster mall...they get into your account. I was made to leave my receipt and paperwork behind and told to take a picture of it if I wanted a copy. They have been in our account ever since. My advice is to call customer care and set a high security password they dony have there. Things got better since we did that. By the way if you are anything but hispanic, I would stear clear of this store. Us white people were treated like scum. I hope metro pcs yanks their general managers job out from under him and the license for that place to exist. Stay away!!

The marketing Manager John is a very unprofessional employee to be have representing this company. Had me come in THREE seperate times to fill out paperwork and EACH time I came in after talking to him the SAME day, he had an excuse on why the paperwork couldnt be filled out. The last time I went in I asked him if I can go to another store to fill out the paperwork and he became enraged and yelled in an unprofessional manner. Very poor service.

This place is rediculous. They hire incompetent people and dont even train them how to run a phone store. Make sure to clear your schedule if youre planning a visit, both times Ive been there I had to wait for almost an hour...
