Great sales person
Shelves are half empty. The associate was unhelpful, not knowledgeable and slightly rude. I’m used to great customer service at Sephora and this was the opposite of that. After visiting, I literally ordered what I needed from my car online because they had nothing in stock that I was planning to buy. Very disappointed.
Purchased some Jack Black lip balm for my SO and didn’t know what I was looking for. Staff was diverse, youthful, helpful, and impersonal without feeling rude (which I prefer), and checkout was fast and easy but a little stressful. I must have been there at one of their busier times of day. Staff is a little too trendy for my taste, but it fits for what it is, so that’s good. I did feel a little out of place here, but again thats fine for what it is.
I called at 11am (which is not a busy time) to ask if they had a specific product in stock. The employee that i spoke with told me that they carried that line,but could not check because she had another customer and said she could put me on hold and I would have to wait until she was done with the other customer. I have been in customer service for 20 years and would not answer a phone in the middle of helping another customer to tell the person on the phone to wait on the line until I was finished with another customer. If you are helping someone then youre there 100%. By the way, where were the other employees that were free to help me...does only one person work there?
Perfumes are very good.
