BiMart is often an overlooked store that should get more credit in my eyes. They have many ordinary items but sometimes some really cool unique things for a lot less expensive than traditional Walmart or whatever. Go check them out

The bimart needs more selection of electronics but other than that good service.

I love Bi-Mart. 💚 They almost always have a great selection of canning supplies. I also think their prices are usually really good. Picked up some Mountain House freeze dried meals the other day & got $2.00 off each, which is a great price for them.

The pharmacy is amazing!!!! I just moved here from Idaho and I was in a time crunch before my insurance expired. She jumped on it and helped me. She is so polite and helpful. Im so happy I found this pharmacy.

It was great! I found some nice hunting shirts at a quarter of the original price! Originally there for potting soil and to check out the pots. A great selection of planting pots, supplies, cute decor got the garden and even grow lights. It looked pretty awesome.

I grew up Grants Pass with a family where Bi Mart was our main store and have always appreciated their reason prices on outdoor gear as an avid hunter and fisherman. But I am hugely disappointed and will not be shopping any longer at any of them because they have continued to give into the communist edicts of our governor and are still requiring masks when I can go many other places in Salem including Fred Meyer, Home Depot, Lowes, Sportsman’s Warehouse and even Costco without a mask. Bi Mart you have lost s long time members weekly business and I will not encourage any more people to shop at your stores! You have given into these unfounded, unscientific mandates for far too long. Don’t shop at Bi Mart they are mask Nazis!!!!!

They were great. Walked in without a mask. Fell out of my pocket. They politely stopped me, told me I needed one. Then asked me if I had one? I said no. Asked them if they had an extra one sitting around somewhere? They pulled one out and fixed me up. On way out I asked for manager.When he arrived, told him how professional the ladies at entrance were stopping me and then fixing me up with a brand new mask. Thank you Bi-Mart. Rick

I went on Tuesday and the last number on my member card won me new toothbrushes. Even though I won the smallest prize, every week there are a lot of very nice prizes. Its a lot cheaper than the lottery. 😂👍

Needed a battery for my lawn TRACTOR. The Lancaster store had exactly the one I needed.Also the price was less than I had expected to pay. Very satisfied with the experience.

I have gone to bimart since I was a kid but now the women in there are just very judgmental and rude. Bias against those they perceive to be lower in socioeconomic status.

Horrible service and horrible staff who really dont care. They have electronics locked behind a case but never sell them because theres nobody in the electronics department and when there was when I tried to get a Bluetooth speaker, I was ignored. Never before have I experienced what I did at this Bi Mart. I am shocked, horrified, and disappointed. I am never supporting this location again

This place is awesome. A little bit of everything. Every time i come here i find something else i didnt know i needed. A new favorite of mine.

Bimart is such a great store to shop in and employee owned. The store is well laid out and they dont have a constant turn over in their staff. If you cant find something just ask one of the associates and they will help you out and do it with a smile. Prices are fantastic and Lucky number Tuesday is always worth checking out.

I just went there the other day and I saw a nice bookshelf that wasnt wobbly and the shelves were secured and not sitting on location pins like most cheaply made bookshelves these days...

Purchasing your ODFW licenses and tags at Bi-Mart are quick, efficient, and accurate. The staff there know what they are doing, are friendly, pleased you are there, and provide great customer service.

I absolutely love it there! Oh, and so does my dog😇. They treat him so well, first thing he does after we enter, is go around and say hello to the employees, then hes back to being a service animal. Thank you to the ever so kind people at bi-mart who remember animals need a smile also

Some of the older ladies who work here were rude to me. None of them were helpful to me when I asked questions on their own products.

Good selection. Good pricing on certain items and sales. Staff ok.Parking, plenty of. Its a strip mall, handicapped parking still puts you out 60ft. And good forbid you hobble with a cane or drag your carcass in a tortuous discourse. Because the entrance and exit are 100ft apart. So it doesnt matter where you park or what section of the store you access. Exquisite pain will shroud you for a minimum of 250 without veering off to shop an aisle.Good Luck

Just like many other stores there are empty spaces on shelves. Sometimes right where you expect something to be. That cant be helped at the moment. Bi-Mart usually has fair prices, its organized, and has decent customer service. Such was the case today. They have such a wide selection of things sometimes you just dont know what youre going to find. Today I found that to be very true.

So I went here to get a few things, and I just have to say that the people who work there are super friendly. One of the things I purchased was locked up, and the guy who helped me his name was Ryan. He got what I needed, and brought it to the register before I was there. He stopped what he was doing to help me. I was impressed by how attentive and how fast I got out of there.

Ive been shopping at this Bi-Mart for many many years, the reason I go there is, not only the good prices, but the customer service. The associates are always friendly and engaging and of course very helpful. Great place to shop and in a great location, with plenty of parking.

One of the great hardware stores that still exists. They stock a little bit of everything so you can usual find what you need. A little bit of the home town feel when you walk in. Helpful friendly staff.

Love the hardware selection. My dog loves the treats I buy her from there. And most importantly I love the fishing section. I bought my license there and the guy behing the counter is super nice and helpful. Also their crabbing supplies is the best in the local area all my crab pots were bought from bi mart. I accidentally wrote this for the bi mart in keizer but it was meant for this one.

I was an avid Bi Mart shopper but after today I will definitely never go and spend another dollar there. As soon as my family and I walked in the lady working front did not say a single word to us. Not even a friendly smile. While walking around the store I noticed the same male employee around us that was so obviously pretending to organize the aisles. I definitely brushed it off and continued shopping since I usually end up buying more than what I go in for. At the time of my check out, that same male employee looked like he was being security for the exit door and kept staring at my family and I. At this point I was sure he was following the only Latino family in the store. Now i thought it would be the end of it there, but as soon as we walked out the store with PAID merchandise, that same male employee watched us get into our car. I made an obvious gesture towards him that I knew he was watching us, and he ran back inside out of view. I’m not sure what values are being taught at Bi Mart but I suggest that employees are trained in cultural competency and to have the decent to at least say ‘welcome in’.

Where to start! Ok only 1 cash resister open. The cashier has two people helping her bag, 3 ladies up front by the entrance talking. Manager walking around not doing anything. 7 other employees wondering around the store not doing anything. And a line of 15 people waiting to be checked out and only 1 cashier. There’s at least 12 employees in this small store and zero help. Won’t be back to this location it’s starting to remind me of Walmart and lazy workers doing the minimal amount of work

Great sale on canned goods and certain other things we needed. Store personal very helpful. Check out was quick. Good selection of products at fair prices.Plus this is an Oregon based business and as Oregonians we should support our own when at all possible

We stopped in at the north Salem Bimart to look for a charging cord for my label maker. Sure enough, they had it! Bimart is one of our favorite stores for several reasons. They carry a pretty wide variety of just about anything. The prices are very reasonable and it is employee owned so the folks working there are just generally happier and more helpful than corporate owned stores.This store was doing very well with handling all the covic 19 rules and regulations - and gracefully too! It is very well organized and if you cant find what you are looking for Ive yet to find an employee that doesnt know where it is and is happy to stop stocking and see that you do find it. Best consistent customer service we have experienced - which is why we keep going back.

Bad car batteries, had to exchange after 6 weeks, then the 2nd battery was the same, only this time the girl with long dark hair and a few extra pounds did not know how to properly set the resistance for the battery. I pointed out that it should have been 850amps at 36° c the 700 amps was for when the temperature was below 0°c.She said ya it read 69°f. preceded to set the tester to 700 amps. Now seems that is above 32°c which calls for the 850 amps.Then tells me to feel free to buy my batteries elsewhere. As if it came out her pocket to honor the warranty = 1 year.Signed by stranded patrons

Great, every time I shop there. The disabled parking is close for both doors. Clerks are so helpful and respectful when I fail to understand some things. I dont always hear well. Guess theyre used to someone like me.
