The store has completely changed. Mostly carrying food now. Never going again. Very disappointed. No stars

This is by far my Girlfriends favorite store. They have a alot of rustic decor. The prices are good and the selection is usually great.

Sounds lots of things for my home that were inexpensive although I did feel that there could have been a better selection with curtains that was what I had gone for I was able to get the rods that were definitely priced Right but ended up getting curtains elsewhere.

Going to the Christmas Tree Shop in Salem, NH in the summer is always a treat for me as we do not have this store in Florida. The store is run very well and the associates are very friendly. Love, love, love this store.

Nice and clean. Bathroom stall doors dont shut in the womens bathroom. But its a nice place to shop. Very handicap friendly.

Judith B. is the sweetest customer service person I have probably ever come into contact with. Came in for an exchange and she was so kind and energetic. On top of having great deals it is nice to see that there are fantastic employees as well.

Great place to shop. I went in to get items for a customer event, and they had everything I needed. And it all coordinated well! The cashier was friendly, and a young lady on the floor got a ladder to reach an item for me.

The Sales Rep. Was super kind and supportive, and quickly processed our order.

Some good deals, but generally this place is full of junk. Anything weve ever bought that has any electronic feature to it would be dead within about 3 weeks (not battery related). If you want to find cheap stuff that actually works, better off shopping online.

We got a ton of stuff we didnt know we needed

I have been shopping at Christmas Tree Shop for many years, last week I had to do an exchange & was informed they no longer have a customer service counter that I could go to any one of the registers and do my return so I proceeded to the register I waited in line to do a return for 25 minutes because I was in the same line with people checking out I got to the register my return was slightly complicated I spent another 20 minutes doing the return while a whole line of people waiting behind me it was humiliating it was frustrating and I can’t believe Christmas tree is making their employees go through this type of stress why on earth they did away with the customer service counter is way beyond me everybody in line was complaining. I felt very bad for the cashiers doing double work now it once was taken care of by Customer Service ever. Evidently Christmas tree cares more about the bottom line then they do about customer service and employees please bring back your customer service desk because the way your store is being run right now is not conducive to shopping I will take my business elsewhere there are plenty of other stores around that offer the same types of merchandise at the same prices

The prices are not as low as they use to be. Before they were a huge chain store they had great deals that were different at each store. Now that deals are very few and far between and nothing really unique anymore. The store is quickly losing its appeal and charm sorry to say.

Such a fun store to shop in. There are so many different things at such great prices. One of the greatest things about the Christmas Tree Shops is that their inventory is always changing, so you can go in today and then you can go in a month from today and they will be Longview items. A lot of there a Day decorations are so cute. This store is under construction on the outside but the inside is just fine. Its not hard to access the front door of the parking lot.

This used to be a great store. The prices have risen, and the quality of the product sold has tanked. All cheap Chinese dollar store stuff for three times the price. You may get an occasional good deal... But I have often gotten things that either didnt work, or was just too cheap to work.

Clean bright and easy to navigate, Bed Bath and Beyond did a great job making this store NOTHING like the Christmas Tree Shops we used to love. Prices are higher and there are less employees. I dont go here more than once every other year.

I must say this is a must stop when I need to decorate my house. Great prices, helpful people and I always find what Im looking for.

This location has always been a favorite. Well organized and neat.. though prices have gone up. Youve got to know your prices to really find the deals.

All I can say is my wife loves this place. Dont have anything bad to say but not my type of store 😁.

The Christmas tree shop is kind of a mixed bag. Weird mix of stuff for sale. Some is a good deal, while some is kinda overpriced and could be found somewhere else at a better price. And theres really no consistency to which youll find. Some people really love this place, but I dont generally recommend it to most people.

You would be surprised at what they carry.Great prices.So much stuff that it is sometimes hard to get down an aisle.Helpful staff.

I love coming here for cheap but good stuff. This year though they didnt have very many good things. I wish they did but I cant say they did this time. I plan to go back next year see if I can get some better stuff but still a good store to go to for One Stop Shop. They have makeup, decoration, Tea, coffee, jewelry and so much more. Oh and lets not forget all the winter stuff they have. Well thats all I have to say hope this helps you out for the next time you do last minute shopping

Tourists are curious but locals know: Christmas Tree isnt about Christmas, its about bargains - all yearround. They have the best cheap goods on the market. Gift items, home decor, foods, pet pampering items, baby gates, dishes, cookware, gadgets of every description, wrapping paper - you name it. If you want made in the USA, youre out of luck. But if you indulge the occasional guilty urge to buy ridiculously low-priced, mostly-Chinese-made items, get one of the BIG shopping carts. Youre going to have a good time even if you dont buy anything. As if!

Tons of stuff that you probably dont need but will buy anyway.

Crowded store, there are always long lines during busy hours due to few cashiers being open, and theyve been cutting down the food selection. You can still find some of the fancy/rare foods there for cheap, but they stock less than half of what they used to.

Awesome prices and stuff here to find and the people that work there were super nice to me definitely going back

I can wander around this store for hours. Lots of interesting items for a low price. From holiday decorations, household items, crafting supplies, toys and food. Theyve got a little bit of everything.

Best pizza ever. Never goes wrong. Is so delicious I just buy pizza once at year and it have to be from here.

Its clean and very open. U can take ur time there. Theres so much to look at but if u only need certain items is week organized into different departments. The people are nice there too

They have the best selection of printed vinyl tablecloths with the flannel backing for a cheap price. We use 3 of these for the outside tables at camp, and I like changing them between summer and fall. The low price makes me not feel guilty when I throw the old ones away.

Found everything I wanted but no one on the floor to help. Took me 20 minutes when it should have taken 10. People will pay a slight bit more if they can get the help when they need it.

This reminds me of Santas Woodshop & its always clean & I myself from Massachusetts & my wife is from the State of Delaware & shes never walked in a store like this... Lets just say that she couldve stayed there all evening & sprinkle fairly dust just to keep the stores theme looking like Christmas Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, Decades & even for a Century & thats totally true 😱 & I know on what your thinking too......
