Very very helpful. SABRINA, the specialist I saw, and BILL, the manager who worked with the both of us to solve the issue of my new iPhone being stolen by the courier driver who picked up the order from the store and immediately cancelled the delivery and stole the device. Both employees were super friendly, and communicated with me very well. Even though the stock is SUPER low, and almost impossible to find, they found one iPhone 13 pro in the inventory out back, a different color than I had originally ordered, but the gold looked better than the silver anyway. Thanks to both associates that helped me out!

Worse experience with manager Jeff and also with other managers they lack training they can’t even see other stores inventory.. seriously that’s one of the tech giant company ???, any ways Jeff said he can’t sell me the phone and it’s appointment only even if representative free up on a same day he wouldn’t, I said I came from 70 miles away and can hang around till end of the day if they have some availability…..trust me I saw many representatives just hanging around and do nothing,APPLE CORPORATE MANAGEMENT : please fix this, They need to be checked you are loosing sales due to these type of employees also give them training they can’t see other stores inventory seriously you are the tech giant man

This is just for JUSTIN, the fantastic young fellow on the floor who greeted, and who helped my son and I with our iphone 13 research and genius bar walk in appointment. He went above and beyond to check on us. This store has never been a favorite but this person changed that experience.

Three starts because staff was nice. But I waited 3hrs for a replacement phone I have Apple care. Should’ve been quick I called in and someone told me just to walk in when I can. Had I known that I was gonna have to wait 3hrs I would’ve made them make me an appointment. Don’t not be mislead phone repairs need appointments. Don’t come in here expecting them to get right on it even if there nobody ahead of you because appointments come first. I was here as soon as they open at 10am on the dot think about that. They will put you off to the side make you an appointment and then you’ll have to wait unfortunate I know …. But that’s their policy. Head my warning 😂 just make sure whoever you call makes an appointment for you. I believe this person and came in and turned out I lost money sitting around waiting for them to just give me a new iPhone 11. Not mad at staff or anything. Just feel someone need to leave a review so people can be aware to just make an appointment even if the call you’re speaking to says you don’t have to you can walk in. Lies !! lol.

We set an appointment to replace an iPad under Apple car. Gave my email and phone. They email my 8 year old that his iPad is here. We show up and they have it to someone else. On top of it, they want to to start the process all over again …. Their answer is sorry and we can’t even see you now.

They really helped me out. The night before a chat rep set an appointment for me for what was supposed to be tomorrow, then when I am at the store checking in they advise me that the appointment was made for Monday. I was bummed as my daughter had accidentally changed the password on her iPad and we couldn’t unlock it. They made me a walk in appointment and I was helped by an employee named Paul. He was great, very efficient, personable and overall everything an Apple employee should be. Thanks Apple rockingham and especially thank you Paul you made my daughters day!

Saw the first comment that everything would be done in 30 min, we planed an hour in simply buying an iPhone there on our vacation back from Maine to Boston, nah, nobody wanted to greet us, three staffs at door talking, laugh, we patiently waited, then a guy started talking to us, and told us we should make reservations, there were a line of people waiting for a day… buying an iPhone is hard like this? Is your sale limited by state? Should you hire more people if a line of customer suffering from waiting

Horrible Service! Especially to the woman who helped us today. She wouldn’t answer my questions, and was constantly grabbing the alcohol wipes. For wiping the items I touched every second like I had the corona virus. To be honest it made me very very uncomfortable. Management need to be improved to training good service to customers.

I bought a MacPro laptop that has a know defect of the screen cracking because it is so poorly made and 4 month into owning it there was a little mark in the lower left corner which I though was something on the screen. I brought it to the store because it will not show anything on the screen and now they want me to pay and addition $650. To repair it after 4 month ago paying over $2200. For what I though was new and found out today is 2 years old Laptop. Scam! Rip off artist. Crooks! I am disable retired living on a fixed income and that was a lot of money. I would have never spent had I know they were selling defective laptops.

I learned that ipad air 4 buyers get free airpod after a friend bought ipad air 4 one week after I bought one from this store. He received a cool airpod. And I did not 😔 Shouldn’t all customers be treated equal? May be the salesman forgot to remind me- but regardless I am without an airpod which I should have received!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!Called this Apple today to check availability of an iPhone and they told me they had it.I live in Boston, i drove 45 minutes to this store and when i got there an employee named James told me i needed an appointment due to covidThe website of this store DOES NOT SAY THATCalled Apple costumer service and they told me the store must help me because the website says walk in are welcomeI was still at the location and asked to speak to a manager and this guy DAVE said he was the manager and told me to come back tomorrow with an appointment, even after i told him I only needed to pay for the phone since they told me over the phone they had it and was going to be quickThis guy DAVE told me he couldn’t help me and he had turned down more people that day with the same scenario i was. He didn’t care in checking my license to see where i live or apologizing for me driving all the way from Boston after they told me they had the phone available over the phoneI had apple costumer service on the phone and they told me unfortunately they couldn’t have this store help since someone who answered the phone seemed reluctant to help me and they told the Apple costumer service person they were full to capacity that time of the day. THEY WERE NOT BUSY, there was a small line outside the store and inside the store i could see at least 6 employees doing absolutely NOTHING, including James and Dave at the front of the store. This people should be more helpful and respectful to the costumers. This was an extremely frustrating experience and im going to report this event to every place i can until something is done, this can’t happen to us costumers. If you dont like your job Just quit and let someone else do it. Im reporting this to Apple and this store for sure will never see me again.I drove back to Boston and was able to buy the phone one hour later but had to pay taxes because Ma charges it. What a disgraceful and unpleasant experience i had.I DONT RECOMMEND THIS APPLE STORE GO SOMEWHERE ELSES WHERE PEOPLE AT LEAST APRECIATE YOU FOR SPENDING 700$. Although scheduling was not convenient for me because Im not an I phone person and had to do it over the phone... When I got there the experience was great. I was taken before my appointment time and out in just a few minutes. The tech was very nice and friendly and answered all my questions. They were very careful and cleaned everything before and after I touched it.

Honestly I never write these but out of any Apple store I’ve been to this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Not only were all the staff unbelievably helpful the customer service was above and beyond the already unprecedented service apple is know for. The biggest reason I write this review however is the tech helping me Paul. He was not only extremely knowledgeable, helping me with my phone and other problems I was having, but he also took the time to find out more about me to in turn offer me services that i didn’t even know existed that are going to help build a business Im working on! As someone who’s worked in customer service and sales the majority of my life it’s the people who actually care who actually want to see you do better that make companies (even as big as Apple) as great as they can be. Great conversation, great service, and of course a great product 10/10 will be my go to store....btw to be honest after talking to Paul I might even try and work for Apple thanks again Paul 🙌🏻

Terrible customer service experience with the manager Bill. He hung up on me. I purchased an iPhone 12 Pro with two gift cards and the rest on my credit card. I decided to exchange it for the iPhone 12 Pro Max. I told them at the time of the exchange that I wanted to be sure they did it correctly and applied the gift cards to the new phone. About 500.00. They said - no problem - it will be. I then got the bill for the full amount and they had recredited the gift cards for that amount.. I called to request that they apply the gift cards to the new phone. Bill the rockingham manager, said I would have to come in physically to the store - an hour each way- and that for security reasons he wouldn’t do it over the phone. He never apologized for the trouble and in fact when I told him it was their mistake he said “ I don’t know that it was our mistake. I don’t have all the information” essentially calling me a liar. when I asked him what he needed I could give it to him he said no” He said -I have to come in and make the exchange in person - there is no other way. Pretty antiquated for a tech company. Bill needs a lesson or two in customer service and is not the example that managers should be setting. It’s pretty simple to say” I’m sorry for the inconvenience. For our mistake, I would love to help you but because of limitations with in our system we can’t”. Would have gone a long way.. to corporate I go..

I have to say this management at this store is one of the worst that I have ever seen among all the apple stores that I have visited. Store associates give very inconsistent information about whether you can pick up online orders out of the so called pickup window. There is this guy whose name tag says Dan. He is arrogant and very very rude in my opinion. When I tried to reason with him and he simply said I would not argue with you and you have to leave. He threatened to call security if I do not leave immediately. Will never visit again.

I went in the other day to replace my broken phone. The girl assured all my photos were uploaded on ICloud (7,000 photos) and she also said she couldn’t help me get the new phone started because I have sprint, which I later found out was a lie ALSO she put my old SIM card into the new phone and with sprint you need a whole new one ....Because of her I lost all my photos, messages and apps. I’m extremely mad.

Avoid this place. There are other Apple stores with better management. The “senior manager” Kevin A. is one of the worst employees of Apple at his position. I don’t know why Apple would give such an unprofessional and rude person a role of management. The sales and tech support are friendlier and easier to talk to. Kevin was very arrogant and definitely one of the rudest person that has no comprehension of customer service. I purchased 3 iPhones and had an appointment for pick up. I arrived on time and checked in and was being helped by a staff to pick up my order. I put Sonny (my nickname) for pickup as the computer auto fills most of the stuff. The staff said he could not give me my order cause of the first name was off. I asked for a manager. Here comes Arrogant and Rude Kevin A... At which point he had my ID, the credit card I used, the email that Apple sent me, and I also offered to log in to my apple account so that he can see the orders that I placed. His response: I need you to leave the store and figure out your name situation. Very rude and condescending. I asked for him to verify my credit card for pickup but no he threatens me to leave the store or else he will call security. At which point my sister and I leave the store and get in touch with Apple and they help us edit my first name in their system. Round 2: I go back in line and asked to see if they updated the profile and was being helped by another associate that told me it is and he can help me. We follow him and on the way Arrogant Kevin comes follows us. I ask him to leave me alone as he did not do his job. He just loses it and says he is cancelling the order and call security to escort us out. Definitely one of the worst experiences I have had from anyone...long story short; I went upstairs and purchased my phones directly from the carrier. I hope Apple does something to correct this...

Had an appointment before coming in. Salem, NH location in the Rockingham Mall. Have Applecare+ on all phones. Giuseppe was very helpful. Ran diagnostic and stress test on phone. Restored and had the screen replaced for $29.99. Thanks Apple!

I already brought the products to the store. Apple should re-evaluate the customer experience in the store. I placed an order online and arrived to pick up my order. Gave the information to the associate at the front door and said they could not give it to me because I am not at my selected pick up window. Asked to talk to the manager and someone named Dan said sorry we could not help you and please leave. This Dan was very rude, unprofessional, and indifferent. Felt very disappointed at this experience. I feel the management at this store is seriously inferior than other Apple store that I have visited. They just do not want to help, which is the job they are paid to do. Now they are just using COVID-19 as an excuse to make the customers feel powerless. Very frustrated with this experience.

They have couple of people on the windows but bunch of people behind the windows just hanging out and doing nothing and worst part was they have like 4 people hanging out front so called security . I came in to purchase Microsoft Office Personal for my Mac because I knew I needed a product key to download the apps. The young woman would not even work with me. She kept telling me that she couldnt help me and I should go buy Microsoft Office from the online store. When I asked if i could just buy the product there, she told me she could sell it to me but if I had any problems, she could not help me because its a Microsoft product so I was better off buying it online.I am not sitting on hold with Microsoft Office because they have not sent me a product key for my purchase.Terrible customer service. If your customer knows what they need, dont refuse to work with them because its not a huge sale.

Worst Apple experience ever, phone 40 days out of warranty with fried main board, they can’t help unless paying $550 to swap, which we agreed on, needed a single AirPod, technician Sam refused to sell us one unless we make another appointment, we explained that we have a flight the next day and asked a manager to make a little exception for a loyal apple family but he said he can’t, he is already making an exception to swap my son’s phone (which I’m paying for) .. I still bought the laptop and the phone I came for, and I’m not sure if I’m gonna stop using apple, but I know I’ll never come to this store again.

I visited apple store on 5th December, Saturday morning to buy 12 pro max, I talked to the manager standing at front door about reservation and he said we are all out. I asked him how can I get it online and the response from him was very rude. I left the place then I realized I can buy a magsafe charger at least. I went again and was stnding in the line, the same manager came and told me, There is no need to come again, as nothing has changed, at one point I felt like we are not less than beggers instead of a valued customer of such a multinational company. I would like to suggest apple higher authorities to please hire some managers who are at least professional and know how to deal the customers. It is US who made you a billion dollar company and if you cant value us, you will not be valued one day too like most other companies in the world today.

I just bought an iPhone 12 pro. I drove up to Rockingham Park Mall to buy accessories, such as a MagSafe charger and a lighting to USB cord for car, which I need before I travel this week. Associate said I can’t enter to browse. I have to make a reservation, know what I want and they’ll show me. Kind of the opposite of what a physical store is. Waste of a trip. Makes me think I should just return the iPhone and go back to my Samsung. A little overboard on precaution. I ended up going to my phone carrier store and turned in the two day old iPhone for the Samsung Note20. I should’ve done that in the first place.

Very fast and easy process of buying stuff. Walked in, was greeted, told them what I wanted, they put me in touch with a sales person. He placed my order and within 3 minutes had my product. Asked questions about family share and they pointed me to another person who took their time and helped me set things up. Flawless purchase, help and configuration.

Shopping at an Apple Store feels like eating at a French restaurant where the waiters look down on you.I went to the Apple store to buy a new $$$+ iPhone and the concierge boy at the door, condescendingly told me, that I need to be put on the list and that it will be a 35 minutes wait.Funny, I realized, there are Google and Samsung phones as good, I can buy without enduring this kind of treatment.I know, that for many Apple customers taking this kind of abuse is business as usual and they have to put up with it, but maybe they should know that there are a lot of companies out there that want our business and will treat us with respect :-)Alexandra

I am really tired of dealing with anything storefront related. They have a phone number, but Apple has decided they must be too dumb to answer the phones. So I’m done! I need a screen replacement. I’ll simply do everything myself. Screen replacements are on amazon and there are how toos online. I’ve done them before and I’ll do them again. It would be nice to call the phone number. Get the actually store and talk to someone who can walk me through the process. But nope! I have to go through the Apple call center. Whoever in corporate comes up with these dumb ideas wonders why sales are down?
