The workers here set this vape shop from the rest. Apart from the speciality vape liquid that they get designed just for the store, the workers also give you exceptional care. My husband needed a nicotine fix after quitting for many years, and the worker that helped me cared enough to ask me more questions rather than just selling me a product. He really seemed to care for my husbands health rather than just selling me something like any other place would do. I really appreciate the attention to care and will definately keep coming back. Every experience Ive had here has been top notch and I really value the personal care. Not mention, the product he recommended was fantastic and did the trick well. I would highly recommend this shop.

They have a great selection of vaporizers and e-juice ans accessories. The staff are friendly and helpful. You must be 21+ to buy there so be prepared to show your state identification. The staff are knowledgeable and will offer suggestions if needed. Eli is my go to guy at the store.

The young man who works in there, sorry I dont have his name, is very nice and helpful to me Everytime I go there. No matter how busy he may be he has never rushed me or anyone else. It has helped me very much that he is knowledgeable about every product sold in the store. Also let me know of their reward program. I wouldnt think of going to a different Vape Shop.

Clerk was not interested in serving me. More interested in friends in the store. I came in to buy a high end vape kit. When I asked him if it had good reviews he was like whatever. Their loss. I bought it at liberty tree.

THIS STORE IS RIPPING YOU OFF AND PREYS ON THE UNIFORMED! I went in looking for the Voopoo Drag Mini kit, which they didnt have, so I asked for the price of the Voopoo Drag 2 Kit..... $125!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me?! thats almost 200% MSRP (about $65-$75). You can walk to any other vape shop in salem and get it for AT MOST $90 or just go online and get it for $65. Seriously, I thought that the kid was upselling so he could pocket some of the sales. He tried telling me Oh yeah this is a new one so its going to be expensive. Nah son get out of here that isnt how it works, this store just has highway robbery prices. Their cheapest juice is about $20 for a 60ml bottle of garbage brands. I have visited this shop about 15 times and out of those 15 times I have bought 3 items because twice I was desperate for a particular juice and the other time I got a new employee who didnt know the store price but actually sold it to me for normal price (Vandyvape BF squonk kit for $30). They sell tanks without selling replacement coils take for example 4 months ago I was looking for fireluke mesh replacement coils, they sold the tank but not the coils. To the best of my ability I try to support local vape shops as they are constantly under attack by federal/state regulations and online retailer competition. Ill pay the mark up to do this however I am not going to tolerate these kinds of money grabbing mark ups. I will never, and I mean it, ever go to this shop again in the future. Id rather go back to buy packs of cigs after giving them up almost 4 years ago then support this store.

Every time I go there it is one thing or another. Ive gotten a five pack of coils that were opened and one missing, and most recently I purchased a pack of three Virginal brand pre-filled d-atomizers that were expired on 17/06/2015 (4mo. past). Not only that, but one of the three were cracked and one of the three was completely broken open. Certainly not the best image for your business.
