I have a newer HD Chevy. The trailer hitch is difficult to get the safety chains hooked so I thought Id try some shackles. Went in the guy at the counter grabbed some shackles and tried a few then put the best fit on. They are load rated and legal for use and cheaper than non load rated ones at big box stores.

Started working on building a replacement cable for my lift gate in September it required parts they did not have, took multiple phone calls to keep it moving and I just picked it up 2nd week of December.So dont be in hurry for specialty part and keep calling to keep it moving.
