Ive been storing here for 2.5 years. I had a positive experience with the previous staff, especially Ronnie who always went the extra mile to help me out. I have found the new staff since the buyout to also be professional, courteous and helpful to me. If I had a special request or concern about rates they have tried their best to accommodate me. Its not a blast that some of the unit rates have gone up since the buyout, but I imagine they are still more or less on par with other complexes in the area. I have appreciated the cosmetic improvements made to the facility over the past couple years. Overall it has been a great help to have such positive and helpful employees in the on-site office as I havent been residing locally for the past year and have had to conduct all my business re: my unit by phone or online. While I have one criticism in that I wish the corporate office would raise the unit rates less often and would not mandate an insurance charge, as the facility is quite secure and units are very sturdy and the need just in my personal opinion really isnt there; I have nothing but praise for the current office staff and am glad I chose Cherry Ave when I did in 2019.

Cherry Avenue Storage is an excellent and well secured storage facility. The management are customer-oriented, flexible, understanding, accommodating, friendly, helpful and competent. The facility property including my 5 X 10 unit was clean and the cost was very reasonable.I appreciate the easily accessible, covered and lighted passageway that protects me from inclement weather conditions. Having a light in my own unit is a wonderful blessing. I greatly appreciate the positive communication I had, when I was on the phone with the owner. The gate hours are reasonable too !

New ownership bad policies. Such as less open hrs. Increase two times this year and less staff Plus already have insurance and they charge 9 dollars a month so this year for 1 unit rent has went up 49 dollars a month . At that rate might as well build as shed and save money in the long run. I had direct payments set up and they put in for it before the beginningof month. Plus my light never worked in unit and yes tried new bulb.

Pretty bad experience with Cherry Ave. Probably wont ever use their renting services again, moving equipment or storage. Pretty poor customer service in terms of answering questions, dealing with complaints, etc. Incompetent when it came to knowing company policies (had to speak with supervisor multiple times). I love supporting small businesses and family run businesses, but having such a bad experience here, maybe just use another place like public storage or something.

I called several times in a somewhat emergent situation (thought I accidentally left my spare oxygen tanks in a bin I put in my unit) and no one picked up. I left multiple messages, and eventually had to drive 20 minutes to get there just to see a new lady I havent seen in my 4 years storing here sitting by the phone. I hate to think she intentionally missed phone calls, because I like to think the best of people. Hopefully this doesnt happen again.

The service here is Great. The whole place is clean. My unit I rented last week was just the right size with the help of the office. Eazy in, eazy out.

It is a very quiet place and I have been renting here for 1 month and days and I like everything, it looks in order, the people who understood me in the office are very kind, even though I speak Spanish, we were able to understand each other.
