Woodburn penske good but a little slow. No pads and we didnt have time to wait. Return at Salem penske couldnt find the lock box and we had to call. Gas mileage on the truck amazingly good. 16 foot truck.
This is the second time I have rented a truth WITH a car trailor and the trailor got a flat rire. When I had their roadside service come out, they loaded my Mercedes causing lots of front end damage. They did NOT give ME the option ofoading my own trailor. Too much hassle and fear of red tape to pursue damages. So thats why they suck.
I have used this company for our truck rentals a handful of times for our moving needs in the last year. Seamless, simple, and quick every single time.
