Great storage facility and very convenient location! Secure, clean units and the lady in the office, Kelsey was very kind and helpful to get me a unit the same day as I called. Fair price for a larger 10 x 15 ft unit. Much appreciated and highly recommend!

Customer service at the office they are wonderful also fun to talk to. Their knowledgeable of their job they give me respect also.

I feel like every time I go to my storage. The workers are outside smoking cigarettes. I understand being able to smoke one every break. Which is what 15 minutes every two hours? But no. The workers, especially the male, is always outside smoking. If I need help inside. They have to put out a cigarette just to help me. Let alone the nasty smell that follows them inside. They can do much better about Their smoking policy at work. They might actually get more stuff done instead of killing their bodies!! The male is also very rude if you interrupt a smoke break. Dont do it!

Public Storage on Liberty road South is an excellent place. Very clean and tidy office. The staff, Kelsey, was very friendly and efficient. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone.

Local staff are amazing, but avoid the corporate call center at all costs- they are uninformed and horrible to deal with. The onsite staff, are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! We have had a unit here for a few years with no issues at all. No rodents, insects, or moisture issues and everything has always been very clean and secure!

Having always paid my months bill while using Public storage multiple different times throughout the years w/ varies size units including one or two parking spots on occasion;Yet theyre extremely strick when it comes to how often youre allowed to access your stuff. They dont clean the property to well or do much landscaping etc. The place is run down nowadays. I never even knew some units included..timed lights. (Never once ever worked.) There onsite manager always seems to be taking a break or on lunch..even running late a time or two when it comes to their return time? (Not professional just my opinion.)They dont or wont prorate or adjust your bill according if you do decide to switch units or for my case moved out early..once they have your money its theirs. Simply stated glad to have moved on. Theyre much better options elsewhere.

The site was clean, well-maintained, and protected by a security gate and cameras. The service from Kelsey was prompt, professional, and courteous. Procedures and pricing were explained in a clear and understandable way. The unit was clean and dry. It included a small overhead storage area, which I thought was convenient.

Always super nice staff and needed to upgrade the size of my storage unit and the guy was awesome even after dealing with a full blown karen who was the customer ahead of me.

This a great place!! The office gals Susie and Kelsey are wonderful. They really helped me through their process and have been so good with follow up questions and assisting with whatever I have needed. It is in a good location, not far off of the I-5 freeway and close to grocery stores and gas stations. I would absolutely recommend them!

I am very impressed with the staff here at this facility. Kelsey and Dale. Kelsey was extremely helpful in our getting a space at the facility during a severe cold snap with massive damage to huge trees that damaged her own living space. Kelsey stayed positive and professional even though she was having to deal with broken windows and freezing conditions in her home.

On my first visit, Kelsey jumped at the opportunity to walk me to my unit, verify the lock worked properly, and proactively changed a light bulb before I moved anything in. She went above and beyond by giving me suggestions around town since we recently relocated here. She is happy to help in any way.

Its a clean facility, the people that work in the office are very friendly. It seems to be very secure. Plenty of security cameras. You have to have a code to enter and exit. I would recommend it to anyone.

This is a great place to rent a storage unit. The staff are friendly and easy to contact. They recently updated their code boxes and they keep the property very clean. Reasonable rates. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a spot in south Salem.

Kelsey & Susie were excellent to work with and very accommodating. I chose the climate control building and glad I did! It is cooler on the ground floor and made my move easier with the carts that are in there. The property is kept clean and secure!

I had a wonderful experience with Kelsey! She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and professional. Extra steps and precautions had to be taken with the COVID situation, and I felt like she cared about my safety and health. The hours of operation are adequate and the location is super convenient. I love that I can buy moving supplies right on location. One drawback was having to pay $20 for a cylinder lock that is non-refundable and unlikely to work in many other companies units. The other drawback is not being able to pick your own gate code and the ones assigned are 8 digits long. Also, watch advertised rates as they tend to fluctuate frequently. However, overall I had a good experience and would recommend Public Storage to others... ask for Kelsey!

Had a great experience signing up for storage with Kelsey. She was super kind, patient, and helpful. The unit I was given was perfect for me, clean and climate controlled. My only concern is the elevator seems to be old and there is a sign that warns about what to do if we get stuck between floors. So far so good though! Id recommend this place to anyone needing storage.

I Would definitely recommend Public Storage. This location is top notch as Susie helped me and recommended a size that worked perfect and my stuff was kept safe while I was deployed. The facility is clean and the customer service is excellent!

Me and my boyfriend were both first time renters and they made it so easy and pain free. Booked our unit online and within seconds got a call confirming our unit, price quote, etc. Went in close to their closing time in the office about 5:30 but they were so sweet and didnt hurry us along at all. Made sure we understood everything and didnt have any questions. Our little 5x5 unit is perfect for what we need comfortably fits our 6 large home Depot boxes and some shelves with room to spare.

Susie was very helpful during our preparations by phone. On the site, Kelsey was very professional, accommodating, and friendly. We arrived one minute before closing time and she took care of us anyway — staying with us until we were completely comfortable with the entire process. If we ever need storage in Salem in the future, this is where we will go.

I stopped in to this facility to see if it would be a good place to store my things while I am in the process of relocating. I was helped by Susie and I believe the other ladys name was Kelsey . I have never been into a place and found employees to be more helpful and friendly in all my years! I was very impressed with how clean and neat everything was. I would definitely recommend others to come here. I will be coming by next week to open a storage unit.

I had to use Public Storage at the Liberty Road location again in 2018 and I was very happy to know Kelsey is still there. She keeps the facilty clean and is very professional. I met Kelsey on a Saturday morning to visit the storage area in south Salem and get checked in. She was very personable and answered my questions about the area I needed to rent and another potential site. Kelsey nicely followed the Covid requirements for wearing a mask, and keeping the appropriate separation distances while we toured the site. Kelsey explained the cost to rent the area, how to get into and out of the secured storage area using the keycode touchpad. Very easy to understand and follow. I would suggest that anyone looking for a cost effective and handy location to store a vehicle should consideer Public Storage in south Salem, Oregon.

The folks in here is some nice folk the storage climate controlled which kept my stuff clean I wasn’t mad it was a coo experience preciate y’all thx

Consumer Beware!!!! College Students and Parents Beware!!!! Drove quite a distance to pick up a truck that was reserved well in advance. We were informed there wasnt a truck available. You think a simple call could have been made to inform us. After talking to a customer service agent then a supervisor named Andrew we were informed, a reservation with a confirmation number doesnt guarantee a truck will be available. They were very nice to offer us the same size moving truck for $150.00 more. Shady business practice!! We simply asked for them to honor our original price and we would change our date. I was told by their competition who earned our business that this is a common business practice with Budget. They knew who I originally booked the moving truck with without asking.

Added another space to store a trailer and, as usual, Kelsey was great to deal with.

Recently moved my belongings from a previous storage location (which I was not pleased with) to Public Storage on Liberty street. The location area is very appealing, the condition on the property is up to date and well kept. The one site property manager Kelsey was a very helpful lady and enjoyable to converse with! Feel very comfortable having my belongings in temporary storage there!

We were very happy with our experience at this storage facility. I especially want to praise the two staff members, Kelsey and Kayelahni. They were very professional, courteous, kind and helpful always. They always returned my calls immediately.My only complaint is having to buy $11 a month insurance and a $20 padlock and key. They both seem too expensive--insurance on my apartment is cheaper than $11 a month.But back to the positive--my things were kept safe and secure and it was very easy to get in and out of the facility and to get to my storage space.

Really great support staff at this location on Liberty, especially Alysson. No problems at all the 2 years I used them. Checked out yesterday and I lost my keys while to the unit while movers arriving. Alysson helped me coordinate last minute changes while I called a locksmith. Great customer service during a stressful time, I am grateful!

Rat infested. Cleaned out our unit, at least 4 dead rats and rat feces all over. I didnt find the great customer service others mentioned. Found a lack of specific details and finally got all the information after the third conversation. I feel ripped off by these folks and am sure we need to replace the furniture that was stored there.

Been using this location for business storage for at least a few years now, very happy with the service! There are a few minor issues which could use improvement, but considering the state of other storage locations weve used in the past, this one is excellent!

Christy is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating person. I have had used other storage facilities in the past. The liberty public storage is by far the most clean, well maintained, along with awesome helpful staff !!! U cant beat that. Prices are very reasonable and fair. they also have moving boxes and supplies that helped me with all my storage needs. I would highly recommend Liberty public storage
