Every part of this experience was fantastic! Delores was prompt and professional in getting our questions answered and everything set up. The guys who did the heavy lifting were hilarious, efficient, and creative when some larger items didnt fit. Ever see a large couch lifted up on to a deck? Aside from having everything moved by magic, this couldnt have gone better. Highly recommend Two Men and a Truck, even if it was really Five Men and Two Trucks.

From your responsiveness and customer service to the actual move - the process was seamless. We’ve moved several times, with different companies, and our experience with TM&AT of Salem was by far the easiest.Shelton Braggs, Sydney Houston, Michael Chapman, and Christian Woodruff were professional, skilled, and careful with our furniture. A difficult piece, that every other crew struggled with, was moved with relative ease despite tight turns and a small landing at the midpoint of our staircase. Everything about working with the four guys on crew was fantastic.Finally, the price was excellent. Thanks for everything. We know who we are calling if we move again.

This company cant even pay there own workers. They brake things and your stuff will be stolen and they dont give any care what so ever. Highly recommend you stay away from this company I now have to take them to court because they refuse to pay employees. Even tho they make under minimum wage. Extremely dishonest and I have seen the owner tell us to MILK the customers. Why u think its so cheep. Because u paying for a hood service.

I recently moved and used Two Men and a truck. The entire process was easy and handled very professionally from setting up the move date to getting the last piece in the new house. This is my third move in the last several years and the crew from Two Men and a Truck were by far the best. The crew was punctual, professional, respectful and overall great to work with. They were very careful with everything and nothing was broken, chipped or damaged in any way. This was the best moving experience that I have ever had and exceeded my expectations in every way. I will definitely be using Two Men and a Truck for any future moves and would recommend them to everyone.

Super happy with the moving services I received from this company!! They went above and beyond to do everything I needed with the move including disassembling furniture, taking down a shelf from the wall, reassembling furniture, and helping me sort where boxes and furniture items were to be placed to make my unpacking easier. They were exactly on time with a truck that was more than big enough for all of my stuff. They were able to handle getting my couch out by taking it over my 2nd floor balcony. Two Men and a Truck successfully helped me move very last minute! They were booked over a month out but it just so happened that their afternoon was free and they arranged it so I could use their services despite being last minute. The young lady (Dixie) I spoke to over the phone was very polite and helpful answering all of my questions. There ended up being three young guys (Rob, Clay, and Brandon) that helped me and my family. They were all kind and careful with our personal belongings—they especially did a great job doing this with my four kiddos around and even included them with the kids wanted to help. The guys had good camaraderie and communication amongst each other as well which made the whole experience pleasant.

I hired two men and a truck for a short range move from Radford to Blacksburg. Initially I thought their estimate was a bit high, but they completed the move in under half of the original estimate. The guys were professional, friendly, and a joy to work with. I would 100% recommend two men and a truck to anyone looking for great movers.

These guys are fantastic. Nicki in the office is just great - honestly, I had another estimate within one dollar but went with Two Men and a Truck because Nicki was so great to work with. The movers were on time and worked like crazy. I felt so blessed to have this service - it would have taken me a month to do this on my own. They packed everything with care and I felt confident my belongings would be safe during the move. Excellent.

They were spot on.Having been trained by and worked for Mayflower many years ago, I was pleased to see that courteous and professional people are still involved in the moving trade. The two guys were clean and neat, as was their truck. They worked hard and steadily to complete the project in good time and were very careful with everything they handled. They were also very nice to the ladies working and knew more than a little about diplomacy.Great folks and much appreciated. Id use them again in a minute.

We had such an amazing crew of 4 men to move us from Salem, va. They were extremely fast, careful, wrapped everything, secured to the 2 trucks and were very fast and detail oriented. They even moved some furniture from our home to storage. I could not have asked for a better, less stressful move and highly recommend this company and their employees for your moving needs! All I can say is Thank you for being so wonderful!!!

This was my first professional move, and the team I worked with—Dixie, Nate, and Sydney—made the experience such a positive and easy one.Dixie was caring and thorough, calling me on moving day just to see how things were going. Nate and Sydney were amazing in every way: They worked harder than just about anyone Ive ever seen and finished the move earlier than we had hoped. (Not to mention they completed my move in a truck with no A/C -- in July!) On top of that, Nate and Sydney were funny and personable, making my couple of days with them a pleasure.I am so, so, so thankful to have worked with these people; during such a stressful move full of issues and problems, the Two Men and a Truck team were one of the few rays of light.

They were effecient with estimate and call.backs... Better than the other five movers I called. They have not moved furniture yet but at least they were straightforward with pricing and time.So they completed the move. Arrived on time and started work after reviewing paperwork. Again efficient and diligent with moving items that were fragile/breakable. No issues at delivery site either.Overall a little pricey to move a few items about 1.5 hrs away but definitely took the stress out of moving my items when the other movers up and cancelled on me.Would recommend them for local moves.

Would not ever recommend this company!! I hired them to move my mother from her house in southwest va to Roanoke. I sent pictures of her belongings to get an accurate quote. Unfortunately, when movers arrived there, we were told belongings in garage would not go into truck and were left behind. We had to get separate storage unit there and my brother had to move those items!. Many of my moms beautiful furniture was damaged because they were not covered or wrapped and boxes were piled on top. Pictures were broken, crystal bowels as well. Its been over a month and after numerous phone calls I was told no price adjustment and Im still waiting for a return call regarding my damaged property!!

Total confusion. No floor protection no shrink wrapped mattresses had two wheel dolly inside of hone with finished pine flooring. Had to have antique bed reassembled after they removed post from head and foot boards.Left a pickup full of my possessions because it would not fit on truck with an empty second truck sitting in front of the house.Will not recommend or ever use again.

Just awful. They dragged their feet the whole time presumably because they were charging by the hour. Spent lots of time on their phones. Broke a dresser drawer, how does that even..???? Never again. Run away.

Very poor price for college students 340$ for just under five items to move . And it’s less than a 6mile drive .

Overcharged (had to call to correct) and didnt complete the move. Would not recommend.

If they will not take care of employees why would the employees take care of you. This is just base off of the Salem store.
