Great place to keep your stuff if youre looking for a place to have all of your important and valuable belongings destroyed in a fire.Theyll give you a refund (well, only half of what they owe you) and ignore you when you want to come gather whats left after their negligence (no fire suppression system and a complete denial of any responsibility to save face).Great group of people. 🙄

Good experience at Airport Self Storage. Had a unit there for over a year. Everything stayed safe and dry. Staff was always helpful. They quickly solved a billing problem early on. Would absolutely use again.

Professional and friendly. I love that I get my receipts emailed (no paper!) and the sign up was fast and easy. Reasonably priced and a nice secure place.

Was able to rent online and was all ready when I arrived. Units are what you would expect. Office is clean and manager friendly.

The host of the storage facility is always super sweet. He can be a great conversationalist or have you on your way if you need. The prices are decent and the place is very secure.

I have stuff here and live in Vancouver, WA, but soon will have to move it all closer as I need to downsize to donate and get a smaller unit!

The customer service was excellent. Rates were very reasonable and they have a new locking system which is much more secure. But really want to emphasize that the girl at front desk was awesome!

The staff is always so helpful and kind. The prices are the best in town.

Staff is rude and unhelpful. If you are late paying,the first month you are charged $50.00 plus $20.00. No lights in units or plug one to use a light of your own. Temperature is supposedly controlled but during the summer months temp. So high all of my perfumes completely evaporated and when temp.dropped low during winter months,all of my nail polish and other things separated and are ruined.
