Awesome price for the work. Had 4 new tires installed way cheaper and extremely faster than the big stores.

Went there to get a aliment done and thay said come back in 40min and thay would get to me went back then he said he wouldnt be able to do it cause there needed to be two people to do it. Said come back tomorrow. So i came back the next day he said the othe guy didnt show up. when he ask the other gentleman to see if he would help him he literally ran to his truck and drove off and made up more excuse. He could of just said the first day he didnt want to do it.... I figured it would be easy i gotta 85 chevy coprice..... Never going back.. The older guys that use to work there would take care of u rite away....

I had my alignment done there a couple of months ago. I had no problems. They were helpful and did a quick and a good job. I went back for a cambering kit because I trust theyll do a great job!

It was literally 10 minutes to closing but Mr. Maestro went ahead and helped me with checking my flat tire and was kind enough to put the brand new tire that we eventually had to buy in the end. They went above and beyond to help me out. I am so grateful for him and his crew that they were willing to work a little more after hours. He surely deserved a very gracious tip because of their gracious hard work to get me back on the road. Thank you so much!

My family and I trust the mechanics here. The mechanics mostly speak Spanish, but at the front desk usually there is a bilingual employee. They do good work at a reasonable timetable, Id say the results are worth the wait.

There are no certified mechanics at this shop, if you value your money and your vehicle go somewhere else. I went to Firestone and they have repaired all the damage Cordova has done to t my car.No, no, no, you broke my new strut, which you replaced. And Firestone had to tighten bothe front struts behind your repair. And your mechanics striped the plug on the oil pan which Firestone had to replace for 795 dollars. You are not there to over see the work being done, so how can you comment on anything I say, after you refused to here what I had to say. I have proof, and if the courts will allow me, I will take you to court for my due cash.

Took my truck in for service they broke a part that shouldve been easy to fix then I drove all over San Antonio to find the part and couldnt find it. Worse headache ever! Make sure you are watching them at all times while they work on your vehicle.

Worst place in the south, to take your vehicle for repairs. Had my car realigned and car still was pulling to the right brought it tree times and car still not fix. Stay way from this place if you want your car fix correctly.

The owner was very helpful. But because of one employee, who came acting all concerned and asked me what was the problem, then told me well, go look in the back and see if you find it yourself, I give it three stars.

Went to have my AC checked, was given a price but not a break down of the fees and was more when I picked my car. 2 days later AC went out again and they wanted to charge me more. Was told it needed few new parts that were hard to find . Took elsewhere and was totally something else and only one part and a lot less there and has been working awesome.I will not back nor recommend to anyone

They fix my car and it didnt work. Be careful. They lure you in to an ma credit then get you qualified finance they did a $800.00 job car didnt work I dont have a car now Im stuck with a bill for nothing I take the bus now. But still have my faith in God

They managed to extract a head-light bulb that broke off inside in just a few minutes without even disassembling the front of my car. Another place was going to charge me $145. They asked for $25 and even fix another displaced light that I hadnt noticed was out of its housing! All of this at 7 PM at night when everyone else was turning me away. True life savers!

It was horrible. The owner who calls in to get authorization was on vacation and no one else would call for authorization. The person answering the phone only spoke Spanish and wouldnt get anyone else to come to the phone. I had to get carmax to contact them. I wouldnt recommend them.

Highly recommend affordable and great service. They helped me piece my car back together. Bandera Automotive on Bandera road wanted to rip me off because i was a female. They wanted to charge me over $800 for lower control and tie rods even if i supplied my own part. Had my car towed to these guys and they only charged me $55 with the parts I supplied. There tires are way overpriced. One guy tels me one price and another guy charges me more. I told them I wanted my old tires. And by the time I got my truck back they kept Al four to sell as spare tires. I went back overthere a day or two later and no one would give me the time of day. Basically I paid 900$ for an alignment with the steering wheel still offset and 4 new tires.and I have a Chevy s10

The service is poor and the communication between the client and the mechanic is even worse.I’ve had two experiences with them and the first time was not nearly as bad as this past time.im currently still waiting to get my car back since I took it to them more than a week ago. I call daily and they always just give me the run around and continue saying that it’ll be ready the next day and 10 days later still nothing. They couldn’t even decide what to do with it until after several days they had it.will not be coming back after I finally get my car from them

Came early 1 hour and 20 mins early for two tires swap . Im now late a over a hour to work. I was the only tire job on the lot.

I was told to wait for 20 minutes for an alignment, but was waiting more than 50 minutes but I left no good service no one came by to say hey sorry for the wait.

They have bad customer services. One tells you one thing and other tells you something else.. and the owner don’t like to help you out for nothing.
