Little Sonny and John did a great job cleaning up our new vehicle. They had less than 2 hours but made it shine! We saw the vehicle before and how we got it after they finished was such a difference. Sonny and Victoria were a big help in getting us in the vehicle.

She quickly spoke with one of the managers Xavier and had me bring the car in to have it looked at. Well Bob quickly took the car back and checked everything out and all is great and working. So from a “2 star I’ll rate this a 5 star” at this point. Thank you for taking the time.Previous post:We purchased a car from Damien who was totally on point in finding exactly what my son was looking for. It was late and we took the car that night. Not realizing the car was on empty and all the fluids were empty as well. The car was clean but not exactly “detailed”. I supposedly spoke with the owner who said he’d top everything off and get the car detailed. I dropped off the car at 10 am left my number and I even spoke with Steve who said he’d call when it’s ready. Finally 6pm I call to ask if the car was ready - had I not called it probably would have stayed there overnight. We get there to find only an oil change was done. Victoria was on her way out but took time to see what was going on. She saw the windshield fluid was empty, coolant was empty and stated to “come back at 10 am and I’ll do this myself.”Later that evening Mike calls to tell tell me he wants to make it right and to bring in the car. Well I didn’t want to go in for nothing so I called Xnation to find out Victoria isn’t even in. They did great in finding what we wanted but the customer service in make ready is a disappointment. We were not missed this morning as nobody has called me to see why we haven’t been in - ridiculous

Worst place ever they lied when we bought our vehicle said they did a full service tune up and nothing was wrong with it and two months later my vehicle caught fire with my family and myself in it and when I called them they said oh well not our problem.Transmission was cracked which was the cause of the fire also they gave us four different size tires when I took it in to get truck sensor fixed I left it there all day and came back to get it just to find out they never did anything to my vehicle because apparently the guy didn’t bring his tools to work ... they took advantage of us we were desperate and needed a vehicle and because of them lying we were put in a very dangerous and deadly situation... months have passed and they still are not reaching out to help us at all with repairing the damages their mechanic bob said oh well we don’t fix it til it is broken when I first mention the issues we immediately found .... DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE

This group of individuals are beyond awesome! I have talked to 4 other dealerships this week, that swore up and down they would get me into a car with my credit situation. All of them had some kind of excuse as to why they couldnt. Then I come across Mr. John Ramos........ we spoke brieflly on the phone and he swore up and down he could make it happen..... HE DID MAKE IT HAPPEN! After being turned down at 4 other dealerships, this guy and the whole team of individuals at this dealership did what they said they would. They worked with me on my situation, and had zero excuses! I showed up 5 minutes before closing, and not once did anybody fuzz about it! It took less than 2 hours from the time I got there, to the time I was in my new vehicle heading home!!It is not easy to impress me, but was I impressed! I even offered to come back in the morning, and not only did they refuse my offer, but insisted on staying for me! It wasnt just one individual, it was 4 or 5 employees all working together, for me, to get me driving home! With everything going on they still managed to go and put some gas in the truck so I wouldnt have to stop on the way home!!Again, it is not easy to impress me, but I will say WOW! Don’t buy a car if it has issues they “promise” to fix after purchase. Bought a 2016 Dodge Challenger with a key problem they said they’d be able to fix. The car was in a wreck a couple days after, and ever since I’ve gotten the car back out of the shop it’s been a run around of “talk to this guy” “talk to that guy” “I’m busy right now” “I’m waiting on my mechanic”. Showed up recently to find out the man who should be helping me is on vacation. The car is locking me out at random times and won’t start without me physically pushing the ignition button with the key, which I shouldn’t have to do with this being a newer car. Hopefully they can soon resolve this issue and I can rate the business more than 1 star.
