Hands down best customer service experience in San Antonio, they will remember your name as soon as you walk in the door. I got a new pioneer receiver for my 2016 Toyota Tundra installed. They are super quick and have lots of stock availability. To me, the fact that they have stock was the first sign that they know how to do business, especially when these things are so hard to find right now. Installation was great and clean. They will even walk you through everything installed upon pickup! You can’t go wrong here and even if they don’t have what your looking for they will give you suggestions and things to consider as alternatives! I will be back! Brothers recently installed a new sound system in my wifes Nissan Murano. They are very reasonably priced and did a fantastic job with the installation and the design of the sound system. I trusted their knowledge and expertise to select components and I couldnt be happier. DB Drive all the way with a Kenwood head unit; sounds great. This is the second car Ive had them do for me (the first was ~15 years ago) and I highly recommend their service!

This place is amazing. The employees treat you nicely, they are all very knowledgeable and don’t sell you the most expensive things; they help you get the right thing you need. I had installed a audio system on myself but it was not working properly, took it to them and they helped me get the audio system I wanted, and fixed all the wiring mess I had. I also got a viper remote start alarm installed with them, works beautifully. They are always busy, be ready a small wait, but they certainly will satisfy your needs at an affordable price.

I’ve been here twice so far, first time to get a indash radio installed in my daughters car and then to get a secondary battery in my truck and both times I got quality work and very fair pricing but the thing that stood out from any other place I’ve been was how nice everyone was and the knowledge they had and how much stock they have on hand for just about any car audio install you may need. Called for viper alarm system they wanted $980 out the door installed. I called a1 car stereo same exact product authorized dealer for $450 with installation... Yeah brothers be taxin but if you got the extra $ why not

I am way beyond satisfied with the level of service and value I received. I brought in an after-market touchscreen to mount into a Ford Explorer to upgrade our system from Sync 2 to Sync 3. Although they hadnt ever completed an installation of this specific component, they took the time to review the parts I brought in and confirm that the installation would be successful. The job was completed within the timeframe promised and when I showed up to pay they reduced the bill by 50%, saying honestly, the installation was easier than we anticipated and we wouldnt feel right charging you the amount quoted. There are few people left in this world who would do something like this. Additionally, they took time to review the features of the new screen with me even though I hadnt purchased the component from them. I am a fellow business owner with more than 20 years of experience and this was easily one of the greatest customer service experiences I have ever been a part of. Dont change a thing.

Seriously- best choice. I had been to two other places to get estimates and they all wanted to charge more than double than Brother’s was charging. They tended to my vehicle quickly and did not try and overcharge me like the place I had gone to a three years ago for the same thing. Shopped around to improve the sound in my 2018 Ford F-150. Different places recommended different setups. However, brothers explained the “why” that I was looking for. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. They take the time to explain the process. I explained what kind of sound I was looking for and they accomplished their task. The sound is amazing. Love it. I rarely leave bad reviews but I just was not happy. I returned an amp and their policy was store credit only. Problem the amp he sold was not enough to push my subs to their full potential after I told him the specs. Store credit is fine but all the products were more expensive then any place on the market. If i got the right amp in the first place everything would be good. During while I was at the store it took about 15 mins to help me. So thats money I will never get back.

Im giving them 5 stars because of there customer service great knowledge of there line of work very friendly and patient with you went in with questions about a used car I recently bought that had a screen and alarm already installed from previous owner and they answered all my questions unlike the a-1 electronic shop down the street where I felt unwanted and rushed out of there hair with my questions I will be coming back here with any future business i have

So I just left this place. I walked in and the entire staff was eating and appeared less than enthused to help me. I did stop by at 10:10am and they weren’t opened but opened later. Very unprofessional environment. Told me to bring it back because they were too busy. Well, if you were open according to your store hours I wouldn’t have come later. I should’ve never had them install my alarm and sound system.

Professional install all around from customer service to the quality of the install. Purchased a dash cam/rear camera online and they completely blew my expectations with the final look and a free warranty if any issues arise. Highly recommended. Easy to find location as well plenty of parking.

I Brought my jeep here after have been referred by a couple of places that did not do stereo installations. I was not sure what to expect so I thought I would see what they had to offer. I told them that I needed something loud to hear over my jeeps wheels and tires and that I would be driving with my top and doors off . They went over several ways to put together a good sound system. They came up with a sound system that would do exactly that. They also took into consideration that I would be in wet weather and exposed to mud and rain. They installed 4 marine speakers and a amp and subwoofer system to back these speakers up. I have a 12 subwoofer that is heavy and designed to stay in place when going off road and through the trails. My stereo system is loud, crisp and clear and can definitely hear my tunes over any road noise. I am glad I came to this business and I would trust them to do again another stereo installation. Thank you!

Dua worked the floor and behind the counter and I guess I under estimated her because her product knowledge isn’t in question. She was even nice enough to allow me to listen to her sound system for reference point. I didn’t feel she was pushy or in sale mode she was more interested in the sound I was looking for making sure my budget was realistic and not going over my budget. Gihad is a work horse. It seems to be a family business and he doesn’t mind putting the family on his back. He had a obvious genuine love for the business and would work all night if they didn’t stop him. Everyone was happy and I got EVERYTHING I was looking for. I returned because something didn’t sound right and they had no problem upholding their lifetime install warranty was overtly apologetic. This team is professional, humble, hungry and excited to serve. I honestly wouldn’t dare take my car to another shop.

First of all I want to start off with I trust no one handling my vehicle. I just bought a 2017 BMW 430i Gran Coupe, and wanted my subwoofer & amplifier installed to it. Not many places know how to wire these type of vehicles and if they do, they try to poke your eyes really bad just for having a BMW. Well, not this place. This place took me by surprise. Their pricing is absolutely affordable and reasonable. I got 3 quotes from different places, and all of them were above $450 just for labor and wiring needed. This place was below that using quality material that they personally showed me, and walked through the procedure of how they were going to do the job. The staff is super friendly as well, and very very helpful in answering all questions that you may have. I TOTALLY recommend this place to anyone looking to install a sound system to their car. Brothers hooked my Tundra up with a sweet auto start viper Alarm. I went to several stores before I came here - this should have been my first stop. Although they don’t give military discount they still have best prices in town. Service was great.I didn’t have to reschedule for my alarm install, they got me squared away on the same day. The tech went through all the remote controls for me and even fixed my backseat tv bracket that was loose due to my crazy kids. I am planning to come back to have the alarm put on my wife’s FJ. Great shop. Went here looking for a remote for my Viper alarm system since Customs Sounds is to stupid to have them on hand or want to order one for me. Brothers didnt have the one for my alarm, but he (forgot to get his name) took the time to try a remote from a newer version to see if it worked. Charged the remote a bit, and then went out and programmed it in under a minute and it worked perfectly. Charged me for it and I was out the door in less than 10 mins total time being there. Boyfriend and I took his car to get his amp installed. After we get it back, we quickly realized it was not installed the way we had discussed with them. Brought it back to be fixed and installed correctly and were turned away because they were too busy even though they screwed up and you would think theyd be more than willing to fix it. Brought it back a few days later and had to leave it overnight to be corrected. Install was correct..or so we thought. The car battery started dying all the time. Brand new car. Than we realize it was still installed incorrectly and the amp was staying powered on and killing the battery! When we called today to inform them, we were told they were too busy and itd have to wait till Monday. We brought it anyway since this was now the SECOND mistake they made. No apologies were made, refunds offered, nothing. All he got was attitude. Even though we had to make 4 total trips to get this installed correctly. And 2 trips to the car shop to get new batteries. Awful. Stay away.

Do not go here. They ripped me off. I paid to have my Viper alarm taken out of my car I was selling and they gave it to me in a box. After buying a new car and they were too busy to install the same alarm, I went somewhere else. I showed them the box and they explained every part but explained the gps auto start was missing. This part costs like $300.00. I called Brothers to ask where is my part but they were rude and refused to help me. BEWARE OF THIEVES HERE LURKING IN DARK SHADOWS WAITING FOR YOU THE PREY.

They set my clients truck on fire. One week after the alarm was installed his 5 year old toyotas dash caught fire. The fire department traced it down to quick connect temporary use only wire splices under the steering column. I would not trust this place to rewire a toaster.

Thank you Isra! I brought my boat to them because my bass speaker wasn’t working. I thought it was the amp or possibly a short somewhere in this 10 year old system, and my only hope was to get it back to “normal” without spending a ton of money. Within a few hours, Isra knew more about my system than I learned in the last 10 years. She matched a new amp and a new bass subwoofer that would double my performance and not cost an arm and leg. Once we agreed on the work, they had it up and running in less than an hour. When I went to pick it up, I checked it out to make sure it met my expectations. Let me tell ya....my boat sounds better than it ever has! I am completely satisfied and even more impressed with Isra’s attention to detail and excellent customer service.
