Valley Hi Optical saw my son within two hours of me calling, he was in and out including choosing his new glasses within 30 minutes!! And his glasses will be ready by the end of the day! Insurance accepted as well. The guys were super sweet and helpful and so polite. I called several places in the area and couldn’t find an appt same day. It’s a small little place that’s not in the neighborhood but we’ll be back for their great service. 😊

This is my third time calling they never answer calls i need my glasses to be repair I was supposed to receive a call back since last Friday is now Wednesday and have not heard from any of the staff members

Brought my children in to get glasses and everybody was so nice! This was my children’s first time getting glasses and the staff was really informative and even explained to the kids about glasses in a children’s point of view . I will recommend this optical to anyone looking into needing one. Over all our experience was really great !

They go through an amount of useful information about different AR coding and Transition lenses as well as explaining Blue filters with you and give you the best option of eyewear can find from Stylish Ray bans to Durable NX frame and many more options to choose from so if youre in need of new glasses or just starting your kids out with a pair I recommend checking this place out.

Called and made an appointment. Over the phone I provided all the necessary insurance information for an eye exam. Went to check in to see the optometrist, and apparently if you cant verify your insurance provider by name you cant check in? I didnt have the card on me at the time. Lady checking people in needs an attitude adjustment or needs to retire! She acted like I should know what random optometry plan my PPO uses. Anyways, Ill go somewhere else where the office actually resembles a professional optometrist.

It says y’all are open on here at 10am and your website says 11:30am can y’all fix the “10am” part to the actual time here on google. It’s misleading for myself and others that look for your hours of business.

Walked in there today and they were really helpful in showing me so many different frames I liked. Was in and out in under 30 minutes. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back in the future.

Horrible service hrs are not stated correctly people who work here are never opening on time everytime I get here they are always closed. Get better services or change the hrs on your door and answering services

They are the best optical in town fast and efficient and very friendly. They were absolutely wonderful with my kids and even when my insurance wouldnt pay they gave me the glasses for my kids I would recommend them to everyone

Worst service ever. They lose your prescription and say one thing and then do another. They said my glasses would be ready in 2 days and a week later I hadnt heard anything from them and when I called about it they said that they couldnt process my prescription because there was an issue with payment but never once was I notified. Absolutely terrible!!!! I DO NOT recommend this place. Worst place I have ever been to.

Went to my kids appointment last friday, my appointment was 4:30 it was 5:15 and the lady at the desk told me there’s 3 clients in front of you and we close at 5:30 umm excuse me, she had the worst attitude, the place is really small, not clean at all and well I canceled my appointment and made a new one at a different place.

Been going here for years, love the service, they are so friendly and very patient! If ypu.need glasses come here because they help you out in which ever they can!!!!

If youve had your prescription here before theyll lose it force you to get another eye test, if you order contacts they wont have them ready when they say they will, they never answer the phone and close early on days theyre supposed to be open until 5:30pm. If you choose to come here expect to be frustrated constantly.

Were lucky enough that the lenses for my moms prescription were in stock and she had glasses within an hr of walking in.

Worst service ever. Not only did they take forever to prepare the glasses but they changed the date two times. While all the while taking my money but now my son has no glasses to see out of.
