My very first experience at this shop wasnt pleasant, but I decided to go in one more time. That was a mistake. I walked in and up to the counter. There were 3 employees there, and not a single one even acknowledged my presence. And it wasnt as if they were hard at work. One was in their phone, one was pretending to clean some sort of electrical device, and the other was aimlessly wondering the store. I had plenty of gold to pawn, but after 15 mins of not even having my presence acknowledged, I took off and went to a different place. A place where, what do you know! I was welcomed by 3 employees at once, and asked how they could help me. Alamo Pawn really needs a lesson in customer service, and after reading through these other comments, Im definitely not the only one who feels that way. Terrible, go somewhere else. Theres FAR too many pawn shops in this city to settle for THIS level of customer service.
