The buying experience in June was great, however the return of my leased Alfa Romeo was a nightmare and is still ongoing in October. I had to deal with lease return issues and fees for over 3 months due to errors on Stevens Creek part, and am now dealing with a delinquent DMV renewal 5 months after the car should no longer be in in my name. I am beyond disappointed and annoyed at the amount of time Im having to spend to clean up their mess. Its feels like once the sale was done, they cant be bothered with delivering on other commitments. I should never have returned my leased Giulia to this location.

Went in for an oil change and came out with a $407 bill - for an OIL CHANGE! Cant wait for my Giulia lease to complete and hand over the car. The dealership seems to finally have more parking space or I just got lucky that day!

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. Over the entire time it took to order my vehicle from the factory, I was always informed of the status and progress, with no false promises.The price I paid for the vehicle was exceptional, with no haggling or BS during the process. This is quite the unhelpful bunch. Customer support is NOT something this dealership offers to any satisfactory degree. If given the option, I would drive out of my way to another dealership for any service-related issues. AutoNation Alfa & Maserati are not looking to support customers, and they do not uphold the promise of taking care of their “valued” customers.

My wife and I had a great experience leasing a Stelvio from Alfa Stevens Creek. This is our second Stelvio after we had the first one for two years. The team at Stevens Creek was great, particularly Kyle and George. We had an idea in mind of what we wanted and they walked us through various options with no pressure. The dealerships selection is excellent. They had a lot of great vehicles in their inventory and my wife and I ultimately picked exactly what we wanted. Were very happy with our dealing with them. I brought my Alfa Romeo 4C in for an oil change. The staff was friendly. My car was ready later that day. However, the oil change was over $600! This include TWO hours of labor at $235/hr. Why do you need 2 hours to change the oil in this car? Luckily Alfa covered the cost for me due to previous issues with my car.

He was amazing, very precise and punctual he quickly introduced me to George Dieck that I believe he is a Sales Manager. People have complained about the sale staff, but they are excellent when compared to their service department.Making an appointment for an engine light check took a week because they never call back, and never answer the phone. This morning, after I had finally managed to get an appointment and drop off the car, and after waiting over an hour for a shuttle ride, they told me they did not have a driver this week to give me a ride and sent me to the Mercedes dealership next door. I can only hope they can fix the car so I do not need to call on them any time soon. The Mercedes folks were way better organized and gave me a ride after 20 minutes or so ... what a mess

My husband and I were just in test driving a 2020 Stelvio on Tuesday. Our experience was fantastic. We scheduled it ahead of time and requested that we take the car for the drive alone (due to Covid). When we arrived we were greeted immediately by Vo then by George (who we then primarily spoke with). The car was ready for us as soon as we got there. I also want to add that both gentleman were wearing masks and they said the car had been disinfected for us earlier in the day. I cant tell you how much we appreciated that during this time. After the test drive we spoke with George for a little while about the car. There was absolutely NO pressure. It was not the kind of experience Im used to from a car dealership (you know, the one we all dread). His motto was basically you have to figure out what car is right for you and were here if its the Stelvio. We loved the car but honestly having an experience like that makes us want to give them our business even more. Thanks guys for the great experience!Update: We went back for the stelvio! Seemed like good service to solve a tricky problem. Fix did not work. Then charged for a failed battery that should have been covered under warranty. Subsequently handled by Alfa directly. Very tough communication with advisors-place not managed well at all. Marin dealership is much better.

Absolutely the smoothest experience buying a used car here! Contacted the dealership on Monday after seeing the exact spec we were dreaming for posted over the weekend. Was able to quickly go in and get the car the same day!Really impressed with Mr. David Wallace who was super friendly and helpful; was more than willing to accommodate his schedule to fit the long commute of my family and I after work on Monday and make himself available in the late night hours. I ordered the car last Christmas, only took a few minutes. Then the salesguy left. Eventually 7 months later the car showed up as ordered, we negotiated price I got a decent deal and now have a nice new Guilia just the way I wanted it. Communication during the wait was pretty minimal possibly due to the change in sales staff. Others on the forums seem to know the exact build status of their order and the whereabouts of their car at all times. So the car is great, the deal I got was good, the only niggle is a little better communication during the wait might have been good

I went to an apt that my husband schedule for us to test drive special edition Alfa at this location and upon our arrival the guy that we had an apt w name sage wasnt even there. The car which was in the showroom was still inside and it was supposed to be outside ready for test drive. I told the front desk person we had an apt she kind of shrugged her shoulders said he would be in on Friday and thats all. Eventually we had to wait around for someone to finally decide they would get it out to let us drive it. We really wanted to buy the car but we never even got to properly see how the car handled. The guy that took us out of the road name Patrick was pretty unprofessional he was acting so uptight about the car as if it was his own and he didnt want us even go over like 4000 rpm without freaking out and saying the engine might break. It was a sports car edition w Ferrari engine like 90k sports car and hes trying to sell us on the eco save gas mode. We were saying we dont want to buy it for that its a fast sports car were not buying it to save gas. Hes like pull over and gets all unprofessional and rude and it honestly was the most weird rude car sales experiences I ever had. I would not recommend this location at all. Not the first time Ive stopped in to see an Alfa at this location and no one there is knowledgeable on those vehicles. What a shame.

One of the worst service provided in the bay area1. They mentioned they put in correct air pressure on the car. Right now my car has 31/36 35/36 PSI on each of the tyres2. Show up for an appointment that I had made and Im told it would be about 2 and a half hours for an oil change. At time I made the appointment I was told 1 to 1 and a half tops. Even after I tell the advisor I do not have time to wait he doesnt even ask to help with rescheduling and seems more upset because I turned down his 2 and 3 year service he was upselling. Most unprofessional experience I have dealt with in a while.

Zero stars communication and customer service is sorely lacking. Hanna threw her service rep under the bus after I said at least he is responsive. She did not review my repairs with me just gave me my keys and handed me my invoice. My car was not washed, it was on the service order, but never got done. I have been here a couple times, and every single visit has been an utter disappointment in terms of service, results, and management. I am stressing that this was not a one off bad visit - they consistently provide sub par service and zero results. I held off on posting this because I was supposed to speak with the GM, Mr. Tam. He has unfortunately not returned any of my calls or voicemails, so it looks like no resolution is coming. Below are some of the many frustrating experiences I had here.The Results: The first time I came because the transmission was jumpy and the passenger side window button wasnt working. They claimed to fix the window issue but couldnt figure out the transmission. In fact, they didnt fix the window at all and when reassembling the interior, messed up such that I have pieces of plastic sticking out. The only way to get it fixed is to go back and trust them to disassemble then reassemble it properly this time. I came with two problems, and left with three. Brilliant.The Service: I dropped off my Alfa, and they rented me a Hyundai. This is clearly a downgrade. Another time I dropped my car off, I didnt even get a rental. They supposedly have a shuttle service that will pick you up and drop you off if your car is in their shop. This shuttle service is extremely unreliable, and Ive had to uber back and forth multiple times because they just dont follow through on their promises to set up a pick up time. On pretty much every single occasion, I was told that my car would be ready same day only to have it held overnight.The Manager: Ive also sat in their lobby waiting for Mr. Tam, who would be out any minute now to speak to me. Mr. Tam unfortunately never showed up, and further hasnt returned any of my calls yet. Its been about a week.

My wife and I just leased an Alfa Stelvio with these guys. We had some initial issues finding the car and the deal we wanted, and we had to go home empty handed and a bit irritated by the experience. However, a great team recognizes its mistakes and fixes them. The following day they asked us to go back; as it turns out, they had found exactly what we wanted and gave us a great deal on it. Sage was very knowledgeable about Alfas and took great care of us, Mark worked hard to get us a good deal, and Brendon went above and beyond to have our lease approved. 1. Loaner car is the cheapest car(Kia Soul) from Enterprise Rant-A Car and loaner car insurance/gas is not provided.2. The service advisor is very unprofessional and lazy.She is very rude person and had no customer service experience and dont even know how to talk to the customer. I asked the service details and the only thing she did was give me a paper and let me read by myself.3. The service advisor only gave me 10% off for parts and 10% off for labor when I showed them the 15% off coupon, then she claims she give me 20% off the total price.4. when I tell the service advisor that 10% off for parts and 10% off for labor is the same thing for 10% off of total price, she flipped out on me and being very unprofessional and rude.5. My car lost 25% gas when I picked it up with no explanation.6. The dealer did wash the car but they did not wipe the car at all, my car has hard water spots everywhere and the car rims is very dirty.7.Super hard to get a live person on the phone. It just routes you through an automated phone number.8.No service update was provided, I had to call them to ask the service status.

The sales staff here is probably the worst. Ive been looking at Alfa Romeo for a couple of months and sent them email for a quote but NEVER heard back from them. When I finally decided to lease a car, I gave them a call to book test drive and the Salesperson (Cathy) asked me what other cars am I looking at? Then she told me to check other cars first and come in ONLY when I really want Alfa Romeo cuz these cars are not cheap. She decided herself that the car is expensive for me. Is this a joke for you?I have left multiple voicemails to the GM by calling the number that you provided but I have no response from him. I have tried reaching him on phone during 4 different times of the day and the receptionist says he is busy in meetings. If he is so busy then why do you ask me to talk to the GM? When you respond to any of customers bad experience please make sure that it is something valid and real, in this case it was talking to GM; but I have had zero success in it.So now what do you want me to do?Original Post:Biggest cheaters on Stevens creek boulevard.Cheating and cheap mentality is in their DNA, and it runs through their every sales/service teams.They sold me a Giulia Ti sport with a faulty engine in July 2018 which has start/stop feature unavailable and check engine light turned on for forever. I have taken the car 6 times to their service and they are not able to figure out what’s wrong with the engine/car. Every time they just reset the errors codes and return the car back to me after service only for the issue to appear again after a week. That’s what they did when they sold the car to me in July, they had just cleared the error codes and sold. Shame on Autonation of Stevens creek to cheat your customers like this. To worsen this is they keep my car for 4-5 days for every service and provide me with a 50k mike used old Toyota Corolla/ Nissan Versa or similar as a substitute car for the service duration. So I pay the monthly installment fee for a high end luxury car and the replacement car is such an ordinary one. And they make you wait for an hour telling someone will pick you up and drop you at the nearby enterprise rental shop only to realize yourself after waiting so long that you need to walk yourself to the rental shop. To add to this, after I call for a service appointment every time, the next available date is 20 days later.At this point I feel helpless, cheated, and regretting for choosing Alfa Romeo, even though I loved the car like crazy just because of these cheaters in the neighborhood.The Alfa Romeo premium customer care are just sweet speakers and eye washers. It’s like you can call them and vent out your frustration and all they say is they will take care of it. There is no follow up until now on any of my complaints.They begged me to provide 5 star rating after they sold the car to me on social media. I didn’t and that time and now I laugh at these cheap *******. God save their customers and their future.

Took over 3 weeks, but they stuck with it and solved my stereo issues. Guess thats part of a owning a first year model, Service advisor kept me up to date n communication is key, especially when it takes longer than a couple days.

Small Alfa service center, mainly Maserati - it is TRUE they never answer the phone but eventually called back to schedule service 1-week wait. Arrived on time for scheduled service, not much room to park. Had to leave car there overnight because only 1 of their 2 Alfa techs was in. Decided to leave car for 2nd night because they close early and didnt want to mess with traffic. Good thing I have a 2nd car, did not know it would take an overnight at shop. Picked up car and the software reset didnt fix it as the oil light came back on about 10 miles down the road. This time they didnt return my phone calls about their non-fix. I figure because they dont want the hassle of a major warranty fix - NO $$$ for them..

I had to call multiple times to schedule a service appointment and now after service my auto start stop does not work called like 15 times no one picks up. Very bad service.

Does this dealer really want to sell cars? When you call the main number, nobody picks up. We drove to the dealer because we could not get through to make an appointment multiple times. We are ready to buy and there is no/Zero follow up or follow through from the sales or management team. Really disappointed.

I took my 2016 Giulia in for warranty work. They shop drove me to my office and promised to pick me up in a couple of hours when my car was ready. At 5 PM I called to see if they were on their way and the service rep had gone home for the day, left me stranded at my office which is 45 minutes away from my home and failed to tell me that my car would not be ready that day. Someone from another department tried to get me a rental car but the car company was sold out for the night.
