Bought a BMW from you .You said you did a complete inspection of the car. 2 days after I had the car check Engine Light on !!! And I call the dealer . The dealer said ASIS that means they do not have responsible to the car sold even 1 day. I have to fix by myself . I take my car to repair shop . They said the car have a lot of issue about Engine . Dealer just simple to remove the light to looks like no issues. I have to spend $3700 to fix . !!!!

! ! ! SCAM ALERT ! ! ! This place only has either one star review or five star review? yes they think you are stupid and they sell their car like you are stupid so watch out. If you happened to bought a car with a lot of issues from them and unable to return the car (they trick you to sign a contract) just text/ tell them you are going to sue them.

Dont be fooled. This is a 0 star rating. Called several times about seeing a car, made an appointment and even secured financing for it. When I get there Im told its sold, while they joke about forgetting to call. Shouldve looked at the reviews from this place earlier. My mistake. Dont make the same mistake by buying a car here, considering what it sounds like other people have gone through, I feel like I got away lucky. Dont come here.

Can’t give the deakership 0 stars, so had to give it 1. My brother purchased a car with this dealership in December 2017 with cash. We’ve been trying to get title from the dealership for months (it’s now June 2018). We made a complaint with the State of CA. My brother was charged $368.38 for registration and transfer. From reading the other review of this dealership, sounds like we are not the only ones this dealership robbed.

Zero stars... Mac charged us for the registration but did not follow through with the DMV. I contacted him several times, he said he would send us a check. We only received a blank paper. More importantly, after the sale was made (on our way of the lot) he told us the windows do not go up or down. UNSAFE!!He said it was an after market part and would mail it to us. I called him several times...I will order the part and mail it to you. Part never arrived. So, not am I only out $365.00 on registration, I have to pay a mechanic to make my truck safe with working windows.Very unsatisfactory business practices

Financed a suburb tribeca, the ac doesnt work, the window doesnt roll down, and the alarm is broken, ive asked mac to help fix it and he completely ignored me,

Disappointed I made an appointment to see a Car. They sold it when I got there. Didnt bother to call me I Drove 40 miles to get there. They keep Laughing that they sold the car.
