I don’t typically post reviews on social media, positive or negative, but I had great experience at Land Rover San Jose/Steven’s Creek. Mark Laxamana (sales) took care of me from my first call to the dealer all the way to the “grand reveal” at delivery, Oscar Marquez (finance) got me through the paperwork quickly without surprises, and Joey Goulart (General Manager) orchestrated a smooth process. The car, price, process was all as promised. No pressure at all - came away with a beautiful new 2022 Range Rover Sport HSE Silver Edition. My wife and I were set on getting a used velar, looking for low miles at a decent price. We stopped by 2 separate dealerships. Based on price, quality and the customer service we had, there was no comparison. Adam in sales explained the whole car and all of its components in an easy to understand way. Not only that, we called back the next day needing help setting up some functions using the app and he was extremely helpful after making the sale. Oscar was very easy to get along with and knowledgeable on warranty needs, without trying to get us to pay for unnecessary subscriptions. We drove 6 hours in total for this car, it was worth it. Lastly they took our trade in at a great price that we werent expecting. I cant speak for the rest of the staff, but these two were great.

Easiest car purchase ever. Found the a Range Rover that was gorgeous and super low miles Friday night, by Sunday, Brandon was driving it 2 hours to my house! Brandon was super responsive and never felt like he was trying to push me into anything. He drove my dream car to me, brought the paperwork and boom. I am a happy customer.

Incredible to have met Mark and had such a great buying experience. I had a fantastic experience buying my Range Rover Sport at this dealership. Josie my sales person was just amazing. She spend the time to understand my needs, found the right cars, and was very transparent and authentic about the price etc. She had her manager Titus come and speak with me and my entire deal was done in a couple of hours. What I really appreciated was that Josie called to check in with me post the sales. My car needed some adjustments. Josie arranged for the car to be picked up and delivered it to my home herself. I worked with Adam and Eric to purchase a Defender and it was amazing to work with them. They were diligent and thorough in searching across the country for one with the spec I was looking for. When we could not locate a suitable vehicle, I worked with them to factory order one and throughout the entire process, they kept me up to date on the progress and even provided me the name of the ship that was carrying it! When the vehicle finally arrived, Adam called me immediately, sent a walk-around video of it, and had it washed, detailed, prepped, and ready to go before the end of the day. U dont get a feel of visiting a car dealer. They are pretty much selling used cars due to chip availability issues. No point visiting until chip problem is resoled and they have cars for test drive. In fact I was not even offered a rest drive, so I just walked around the lot and left...

Not sure what the issue is, but it is very difficult to schedule service here. Tried the online chat a few times and it always ended - someone will call you which only happened once, but then we got cut off and I couldnt find them again. I paid for a maintenance contract but the barriers to scheduling cause the experience to be way less than satisfactory. While I was on hold trying to get a routine service schedule I had to listen for 12+ minutes about how the dealership was under new ownership, and is the top jaguar/land Rover dealership in Northern California. All I can say is it must be a very low bar!! Eventually I gave up and called back for the third time.I was also very disappointed to learn that my new vehicle did not fit any after market roof rack and Land Rover didnt have any rails available that could be added to the vehicle if you didnt buy them when you first bought the car. Seems very odd for a top line SUV to not have this covered...... I enjoy the car, but not sure I would ever buy one again.

The sales team here may be okay, but this review is specifically geared towards the Service department.Terrible customer service. Extremely pricey repairs.When I arrived for my appointment, I had to wait about 30 minutes past my appointment time before anyone saw me. Then I was charged $125 when no repair work was actually done on my tire. I was told to come back when the tire pressure is low again. I was told that they only refilled my tire pressures back to spec because there were no bubbles in the dunk test. My front tires are speced to 44 PSI and they were filled to 47. The rear tires are speced to 45 PSI and they were filled to 47. When I asked why the technician could not just deflate the tire themself to see if there is a leak, rather than me driving around on a flat tire waiting for it to deflate again, I was given no clear answer. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was made to wait another 40 minutes, where no one knew where my keys were.This is complete unsatisfactory and I will probably never use Jaguar Land Rover Stevens Creek for services or repairs in the future.I took the same tire to costco with no appointment, they found the leak immediately, patched up the tire and charged me all of $12 for the job.

Bought a 2021 F Pace. Nice car and stuffs, but found out the defected windshield with a chip crack at the lower right corner. Submitted the request for warranty replacement since Feb. The request was approved and the part was placed on back order. Havent received the part since. Customer service and car quality are so bad that Ill avoid and not recommend anyone to buy any Jaguar car.

Land Rover vehicles are okay, but other luxury automakers have them beat when it comes to infotainment, build quality, and dependability. They could have possibly kept my business with good service, but failed miserably.

Worst service ever. Bought maintenance package for my Velar but when i made appointment, they said I didn’t purchase it. Then i had to wait for them to check it out with the financial guy. Few days later, they called me and confirmed i had it. But the service was not as good as I expected that was why i wanted to cancel but the financial guy Oscar was not helpful at all. He talked to me very fast and rude. Advised me that I couldn’t cancel it after 2 months. Got luxury car but not luxury service. Worst experience! Pls spend your money to somewhere that worth it! My girlfriend and I had an awful customer experience in this dealership. We wanted to test-drive a Velar, but the person who help us was rude and trying aggressively to make us buy the car during our test driving. We told him that we didn’t wanted to make a decision that same day, and to our surprise this guy snapped at us and started saying unprofessional comments, and as soon as we get back from the test drive he disappeared. So awkward and infantile behavior. Who’s hiring this type of people to interact with customers? We’ll never set foot in this place again.

We went in today to look at a new Landrover. Mark Laxamana, who was the sales person we worked with was great at showing us the car, the details of the vehicle, follow up and made sure we get the car that had all the features we were specifically interested in.We had to leave, and he gave great customer service over the phone and online and arranged for us to get the car the same day at home.

Had a great experience when we purchased our Discovery. Although it was CPO, Trina and the guys at the dealership made sure well get it clean and detailed with a full tank. The whole process took a few hours but Trina really made sure well be satisficed and was very patient.After the purchase there were multiple follow ups to make sure everything met our expectations. Were very happy with our new LR and happy to have taken our business to Stevens Creek Land Rover.

I bought a used Infiniti QX60 today and had the best car buying experience of my life! (And I have bought a lot of cars) I started communication through email about the car I was interested in with Anthony and was able to make an appointment time that was convenient for me. He had to step out before I got there so Brandon helped me and he was excellent. No pressure, just chill and seeing if they could help me. I had a test drive appointment that started at 1:00. I was finished with the drive and checking things out by 1:30, when we started the finance part with with Brandon’s adopted father, Reza. They were both so nice and efficient. Reza went above and beyond to get the terms I needed on my loan and in record time. We were done by 3:30!! There was another man involved in helping me with negotiations in the beginning with Brandon. His desk was near Brandon’s by the door but I can’t remember his name (I’m so sorry) I would like to thank them all and highly recommend them to anyone reading this review.

I was looking to buy a car and was pretty sure I was going to buy one. I filled out an application online and was immediately responded by a representative. I am extremely impressed on how quick Brandon was answering all of my questions via text (I didn’t want to go in until the final process due to the pandemic). I told him what my budget is and what I was looking for and he quickly responded with the cars that they have available. He even took the time to send me a video tour of the car. After having a long discussion with my husband we decided it is not the best time for me to buy one 😔. I 100% recommend buying a car from this location. When I am ready to by a Range Rover I will Definitely be purchasing it here.

Called to speak to any advisor and was unable to get someone to speak with, I went as far as leaving a voice mail on a service advisor jimmys voicemail with my call back information so i can figure out what services i was going to get .i never got a call back i had to call and was still sent to service voicemail, i then called back and asked for a service manager and got voicemail.... way too hard to schedule an apt shame on you guys for not even trying

We finally found our desired vehicle here. The price seemed to be much lower than other places, but we figured it was just a really good deal. It was later discovered that the pricing advertised was an error-several thousand dollars below blue book! Since we were already in the financing stage of the purchase, the dealership decided to follow through on their advertised price and sell us the vehicle. We appreciate their business integrity to do the right thing. They even offered to deliver the car to us 4 hours away! Their finance manager Oscar and Salesman Kevin were extremely courteous and professional.

Review of the sales department, no idea about the rest:Was there to inquire about the new Defender. The good: they had quite a few on the lot and I was able to test drive one. Thanks to COVID a test drive means that you get the key and can go around the block on your own without having to listen to a sales pitch. The bad: they took my contact info and promised me to text/call me on Monday morning (I was there on a Sunday), also that I would be contacted by the build to order person so I can discuss my specific build details. Contact never happened. Havent heard from them again.While I dont want to be pampered or blabbered to by a sales person since I often know more about a vehicle Im looking at, I appreciate if theyd actually contact me when Im told they would.Will likely bring my inquiry someplace else.

Constant lack of customer service skills and continuously dissuaded to purchase a vehicle here, in person or phone. Coming from a polar opposite experience and preferred dealership in Annapolis, the shear lack of attention or willingness to provide information to potential customers at Stevens Creek is detrimental to new and faithful owners to the brand. Eric Swanson is a wealth of knowledge and a pleasure to work with regardless where other departments failed to follow through.

The worst customer experience Ive had buying a car. Purchased a new Range Rover in February and picked it up as arranged and found the navigation system and SIM card hadnt been downloaded and activated. Having dropped the car off a further two times with the dealerships Service center they have still failed to install the software and activate the SIM card. You are really left feeling that once the sale is made they couldnt care less. Having also purchased a Tesla few years ago the comparison couldnt be more different. Everything with Tesla just works from day 1...subsequent services experiences incredible, every effort to go above and beyond and make you feel valued as a customer. Think twice about going to this dealership.

This dealership has bunch of people who are not interested in selling cars. The guy at the front desk of the sales was rude and was not even interested in selling the car even when we told we are here to buy right now. On top of it he was boosting about big customers and how he does not want to make deals with others. Was highly disappointed with the service and it persuaded me away from buying a land rover. I would suggest going to land rover Livermore instead.

While my actual leasing process wasnt the smoothest, I have to write that Dennis (part of the ongoing service team) is AWESOME. The car had issues that were sudden and urgent, and was stressed and he was so helpful he completely changed a bad start to a great day. Dennis you are amazing - thank you!!

Jay Oskoui was extremely patient with me back-n-forth across multiple phone calls as I tried to make sure that it is worth my time even to visit the dealership.Range Rover Sport vehicle interior turned out to be a good color combo with exterior. Vehicle itself was in great shape and Jay explained some key aspects like the wheel locks and in addition to other interior knobs.Paperwork was super smooth and I was not forced to purchase extra options.Decision was left to me to pick the absolute must ones.All in all, it was a great experience at Stevens Creek and highly recommend working with Jay Oskoui.
