I bought a Nissan Leaf here from Alex the other day. Great service and responsiveness. Since this was my first EV, I had literally 100s of questions and he answered them thoroughly and patiently. There are several dealers to choose from when buying a used Nissan Leaf because of all of the lease returns, and I have met all of them. Dealing with Alex was much easier and better than the rest of them. I would recommend this dealership over all the others if you are looking for a used Nissan Leaf. By the way, we closed the deal at 10pm, very customer focused if you ask me.

So bad service, forcing you to leave them good reviews thats why all the nice reviews must be fake. they didnt even put gas in the car, drove the car with empty gas. they didnt inform us that the tag was expired so we got pulled over. will never trust them again.

Drove 5 hours to pick up a car they had and pulljng into San Jose they notified us the car had been purchased. AFTER letting them know we were on our way down, and planning out our trip a couple days in advance.Some of the worst customer service I have encountered.Would not recommend making a plan with them and taking them at their word.

Alex had a good selection of recent 2013 Nissan LEAF lease returns. They all came with two keys, EVSE, clean car fax report, and acceptable wear inside/out. I chose an SV model single owner, California vehicle, 25K miles, and 12/12 bar battery capacity. I got a fair price that was better than Bay Area competitors. No documentation or other fees. Fast, pleasant, low-pressure car-buying process.

I recently bought a Ford Expedition from MCG. The process was easy and fast. Alex was friendly and helpful. The car had a problem with the A/C fan but Alex had it repaired by a local repair shop and it works great now.

Great car, not so great service. Late for the viewing appointment. Waited until after I had completed the purchase to tell me that it had not been smogged and I would not be taking it with me. Promised to have it ready by the next day, then realized he couldnt get it smogged on a Sunday, so it would be ready Monday. His mechanic couldnt get it to pass smog, needed another day. After 3 days, I told him to just deliver the car and I would take care of it myself. He offered to repay the cost of the smog and fill the tank. The tank was not full. After 2 months of asking for reimbursement of the cost to reset the sensors and get the smog done, Im guessing I shouldnt hold my breath...BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Definitely shady. Tried to tell me the vehicle was completely serviced. I didnt believe him so I took it to a Nissan dealership for a 100pt inspection. MAJOR MAJOR problems as well as minor problems.Would not do business with these people.

These guys were amazing, beat every other price on the car I was looking to purchase. They called back right away and were available to meet at my convenience. Were very direct and honest about price and terms on the phone, then kept their word when i came to meet them(unlike several other car dealerships.) Made the purchase fast and easy. The car was exactly as listed, price was very fair. They even had someone take the car to get washed and filled with gas while we were doing paperwork. Nice touch. I would happily buy more cars from Cagdas and Tayfun they were awesome and Cagdas has a really cute puppy, who came in to play while we did paperwork.

Very bad customer Service, never call you back, they dont help you out. had to deal with the bank direct to get the loan and they lie about the process at the end they pulled you out of the bank and wouldnt even try to help you out. Worse experience i ever had in my life. Will not recommend this dealer, dont even want to give them any star.

Purchased a used Fiat 500e a month ago. I had the car shipped to Oregon. But this dealer will not send me the title? They keep telling me they will send it, but weeks keep going by with no title.
