I’ve been taking my 2001 Tacoma here for years and it has always been a good experience. You don’t take your car into a mechanic because everything is running great and your bank account usually isn’t the happiest about it but they’ve always given me a fair price and their work has been nothing short of excellent. My brother and his family were fire refugees from Oregon. Along with the stress of leaving their home, the engine light on their 2007 Subaru came on during the long drive here. We first called the local Subaru dealer, but the earliest appointment they could give us was a week away. Then I called Ericsson’s, where I had never gone. They said bring it in and they would get to it, despite having a full schedule. They checked everything out, did two test drives and concluded the problem was the sensor, which was very reassuring. And they only charged for half an hour. I am very appreciative.
