Alvarez Refrigeration is AMAZING!!! We got a BIGGER fridge than we previously had (gently used),they delivered it to us an hour after we paid, AND they took our old fridge.ALL for a great price, cheaper than any fridges I saw anywhere online. Their customer service is amazing, PLUS they are a small family owned business. Thank you to everyone there!I HIGHLY recommend!

I have have gotten 1 refrigerator and 2 washers from this place. When I bought the second washer and it broke down after it really felt like I was forcing them to come over and check on it. Finally he came to look at it and it took him over a week and a half to return and repair it. So it broke down 5 months later and when my husband call he told him he would come and check on it the following day and when I called and left him a message saying that I was here for the 12:00 appointment I got a call back from a woman that was a middle man between me and the owner (he is also the repair man) and asked if this was the same washer that he had repaired already I told him it was he then had her tell me that I can order the part and he would come in and change it. I told him he would know what is wrong with it not me. I told her that he knows washer I don’t, I know how to do my job and would not have him do my job. He then told me that they don’t make parts for my machine and that if he would order them that it would take months for it to get here. I felt as if I was begging. I will never do business with them nor will I ever send anyone there. I had sent my friend there and was hung up 4 time in a row and the would just tell her we don’t repair them.

In the past wed get our washer and dryer here but this year we went to look for a washer and the day we went the sign says they open at 10 and we were there waiting in the parking lot until 10:45 and nothing so we went home. Next day came back at a later time only to find they had no washers. Asked if they can come and see if my washer needed fixing and the girl gave me answers as if she didnt want to send anyone. Something like well we dont know if we have the parts or we dont know if its fixable.Never had that problem with the old owner. Needless to say, took my businesses elsewhere.
