UPDATE:I just had the freezer i rented out picked up today and it was fast and an easy process. i called a week ago to schedule my pick up and they gave me an available date and it was scheduled right away. Jesse, the man who picked it up, was informative ans straight to the point -- thank you. He came between the time they said they would arrive. i love how everything was done fast and electronically. i would definitely rent out again from them.----------------------It was such a breeze renting out from American Appliances. Elvira helped me a lot - she gave me detailed information about the contract of renting out. She was also polite and patient with my questions. I loved how reliable, fast and easy it was for my request to be granted. The company uses DocuSign for the contract which I love.They just delivered today and I am very happy with their service. I will definitely order from American Appliance again.Thank you so much!

It was a stab in the dark when I came across this website. When I called I spoke to Robert who was willing to help. It had to the easiest transaction I have had in a while. Convenient and quick. Roger was my installer. Super friendly and knowledgeable of his craft. I would highly recommend their services if you are in need. And the prices are more than fair.

Affordable service. I rented a washer and dryer for 6 months. I paid $240 with installation waved and delivery and set up plus attachments included. I am renting so this service and price is ideal as it beats going to the wash house. I would definitely recommend this business.

Signing up, payment, and install were all super easy. Never had the guys out for anything. Pickup was super easy as well and you dont even have to be there (as long as someone is). I lived in an apartment and needed one. The complex used this site and they do a great job! Would definitely recommend if you are looking to rent any appliance!

My home freezer failed and repair cannot come out for 3 weeks. I rented a freezer so I wouldnt loose food and have to worry about this for 3 or more weeks. I am happy with my decision. Very professional service.

Process on the phone completing the order was a little tedious, but overall they have a great selection of most appliances you could want. They had good follow up, and quick delivery. The delivery driver/installer was great as well. Overall very good experience.

Great company to work with. Options for online and personal services really good. Will accommodate your schedule, although they give you a big window but texted 15 minutes out! Loved that. Took pics how they find it and that helps! Pay for everything up front so it wont be a back end charge for that 30 notice they want! I highly recommend. My fridge was out since April! Thank goodness this company exists! They are so fast and professional. Jesse came and took care of our installation and he was so cool! You can tell that he is a pro. I looked at the washer and dryer after and was really happy with the quality for what the monthly rate is. Cheaper than going to the laundry mat, and you get free installation if you pay six months in advance. Highly recommend for renters.

Admittedly I was uncomfortable with the amount of personal (credit card info, ID etc) they request and keep on file. That said the installation was timely, and the gentleman who installed my fridge was personable and efficient. I wish every delivery/installation was that pleasant of an experience.

Great service! The automated system sent updates via text and I was able to confirm the delivery time by text. The installer came at an earlier time in the delivery window which was great and he was very nice. As an addition: I had to order a replacement and they were abel to get it to me the very next day. Excellent service and nice, professional installers (Roger and Calvin).

Great experience renting with them for 1.5 years. Decided it was time I bought my own fridge, but never had an issue with their fridge or company. The installers were super nice too. I had Ramon pick up my unit when I was done and he was very kind and professional.

Never knew that there was a need for fridge rental, until I needed one! What am I going to do? I didn’t plan for this and can’t afford a new fridge right now ;(. What there is a solution? Wait a minute what’s this flyer? Really, fridge rental? No way not me, I getting my own! Two days before the move.....nadda ;(. Damn it!Then I remember the brochure, let’s take a look....ok not bad, I can do this for 6 months then get my own. So, I called them, last minute but they still managed to get a fridge over to me one day after my move in.Customer service over the phone, excellent! They explained everything to me and just when I was going to ask a question, they answered it.Delivery Guys, awesome! Two months after my move in I had to change apartments. For a small fee they came and moved it for me, snap! Just like that.

Im usually suspicious of any type of rental company. There are always hidden fees and customer service is mediocre at best. American Appliance Rental shattered my stereotype. I was pleasantly surprised with this companys service. Everything was throughly explained, their customer service was exceptional. The communication was crystal clear. Overall a super easy experience. Bigger companies can learn a thing or two from American Appliance rental. My girlfriend is 7 months pregnant with our first child. We needed a fridge asap and American Appliance was there for us. I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Worst experience ever.Scheduled a pick up 2 weeks in advance which never happened and they scheduled another time without our consent or notifying us. They never tried to contact us and inform us of the situation. Now they are telling us they can only pick up the next week which is way after our move out date, then told us to take the fridge with us to our new place and order a pick up there. They were the ones who failed to contact us and now they are requiring us to move a fridge ourselves. The WORST customer service ever. They dont own up to their own mistakes and puts everything on you.

My refrigerator died while I was out of town. American Appliance Rentals handled my situation promptly and professionally. Raymond was scheduled to arrive between 12:30 and 3:30. I have to leave for work at 3:00pm so I asked if he could make it a little early. He came at 11:00 and was gone by 11:30. He was friendly and efficient. I could not have asked for more.

The delivery gentleman was quick, efficient and showed up with a smile on his face. (Not like the cable guy an hour earlier). I also received free shipping for paying 6 months in advance.

Overall, the staff had a great attitude and was easy to deal with. Negotiating did not get me too far with management, but I still paid a fair price for my Kenmore French Door fridge.The delivery guy had the most difficult task as he had to make my fridge fit through my apartment complex’s narrow stair case. Luckily, he came up with an ingenious way to do it and was done within half hour. Stay away fro this company! I rented a stackable washer/dryer which the technician had to take back the same day, because it was not working. How do you let a product leave your warehouse without ensuring that it is in working condition? The unit is very old, and when I asked the if they had a newer model I was told that was the only unit they had. They supposedly repaired it, but after washing a few loads my clothes look like they were washed 100 times, several items were so badly damaged I wore the to paint my cabinets. A couple weeks later I called back to see if they can replace it and again was told its all they have, so I asked to cancel my service, and was told they require a 30 day notice to cancel service. You mean, I have a product that doesnt work, but you are going to charge me anyways? Companies like this should be ashamed of themselves. Number one, its criminal to charge someone for a product that cannot be used. Number two, you dont have more than one unit?

If I could give them MINUS stars, I would. Horrific experience all the way around. The unit looked like it fell off a truck, leaks and smelled like a dead body when it was finally delivered. After 2:15 of their inept driver bashing the stairwell up while I begged him to please stop, I finally began video taping the hundreds of dollars in damage he caused. Didnt sway him one bit - he just wreaked more havoc. To add insult to injury, I was specifically told by Vanessa S., Customer Care Manager, to NOT pay the first monthly bill until we got a copy of the bill to repair the damages American Appliance Rentals caused. It took three weeks for the repairs to be made, and then I had to wait for the monthly billing cycle by my HOA. I submitted the bill the day I received it, but not before being called, texted and emailed threats to damage my credit if I didnt pay the monthly bill. I tried to pay it, and they refused! The icing on my cake? The staff rudely refused to provide me with the owners name and contact info so I could share my concerns with them. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN - American Appliance Rentals inventory looks like junk yard leftovers, smells worse and they have zero concept of what decent customer service looks like.

Awful refridge. Loud noise. They will let u notice payment due after due over for charge you $ 10 more. Do not lent from here. Just buy new one.
