Super Happy! I Purchased a new set of Samsung Flex Washer and Dryer over the phone with Greg. He was very polite and answered any questions I had, made the purchase easy. Delivery and installation service was great with Jesus and Sergio. Arrived on time for Delivery and Installation and were quick and efficient. Overall extremely happy with services and all staff.

Very poor on customer service. They are happy to sell you an appliance but the minute it’s in your house any issues are not theirs. Go through the manufacture they say. No help from them at all.Thank you for your response but this was not the first interaction. Had issue with dryer on day it was delivered.It is stressful to pay this much for appliances and have issues in less than a month. Warranty will take weeks to get resolved for a fridge not holding in the cold air.Your prices are great but it ends there.

Purchased a washer and dryer set 8 months ago, washer just stopped working. Cost to fix is the same price as the washer i purchased, i called to see if they have part or a repair service and they just say they dont know anything about that & sorry, cant help you with that. I would definitely not recommend purchasing here.

First, the sales woman (Im sorry I forgot her name) was great. She was not pushy but available to answer any questions. In the end, she gave me a great deal on a fridge and washer/dryer set. I got all three appliances for the cost of just one of them new. Second, the delivery and installation gentlemen were professional, on time, safe, and quick. The washer and dryer work like a dream. Clothes are cleaned and dryed fast and completely. I was extremely satisfied by the purchase and that is directly because of the sales womans assistance. The refrigerator had an issue about 2 days after we purchased it and stopped cooling for 3 days (yikes). Luckily,they offer a 90 day warranty. They set a repairman out as quickly as possible and since then the fridge has been perfect. I kinda freaked out about the fridge breaking but everyone I dealt with was calm and dealt with me professionally. Now we are about 60 days from the date of purchase and I dont have any complaints. I highly recommend the appliance depot if you are looking for a great deal on a used appliance or two.

We didnt purchase but the staff is super friendly! They have lots of appliances and offer delivery on certain days. Additional charge for delivery not on the first floor. Price is in line with most places. They advise you everything up front.

After shopping around, we decided to buy our washer, dryer, and fridge from The Appliance Depot. This was a good decision. Our sales associate, Erik was clearly very knowledgeable about the machines: the mechanisms inside, the design trade-offs between the guts of different models, etc. He knew the history of the designs as well as which brand was just now getting caught-up. He also knew the ground-truth about getting these machines serviced: where the parts distribution centers were, what the lead-times tend to be for different manufacturers, all of that. He set us up with good machines at a great price. The delivery guys David and Beto were on-time, experienced, and patient. They treated my house like it was a mansion (its not) and my machines like whey were big, heavy, fragile eggs (theyre not). Now weve got working appliances, they look great, theres no dings on them or the walls, and we didnt break the bank. Seriously, why the heck would you go somewhere else? Buy your appliances from people who make a living selling and installing it. You wont regret it.

I really like this store. I called, they answered on the first ring (impressive), extremely knowledgeable. I went in, told them my budget, what I needed, they asked great questions to make sure the purchase was the right fit for my needs. Delivery - Awesome. This was by far the best experience Ive had with a store as well as customer service in quite a long time! This place is shady and has horrible customer service. I purchased a supposed (Brand new) refrigerator from them. The unit was delivered and there was packaging 1/4 thick foam tape 3 wide by 16 long on all for corners of the unit. The tape would not come off. The delivery drivers tried to help for a few minutes but said they have to leave because they have other deliveries to do. I had to purchase construction grade solvent to remove it and it took well over an hour to remove and was a complete mess. After removing this I discovered two huge creases/dents where the thick packaging tape was hiding it. I called and sent a video to them and they basically told me tough luck and they cant do anything about it. I looked up the price of this unit and it was the same price I paid at home depot. The difference between this place and home depot is that home depot would have given me a dent free unit, and if it was dented they would have given me options to resolve the issue. This place scams there customers so be ware before you purchase from here. They tell you one thing before you buy it and afterwards they will deliver it damaged and tell you they cant help you. I have owed a buisness for over 10 years and I know the main thing to keep your customers coming back is to be honest, have good customer service, and take care of them when something like this occurs. This place does none of those things. If I could leave negative stars I would.

HORRIBLE CUST SERVICEThe girl who was helping, or lack thereof, was extremely rude and basically treated me like I was interrupting or bothering her with my questions. She was pointing all over spouting out prices and answering my questions with As I Said.....I saw a set I liked but did not like the customer service and I told her that. Apparently this store has too much business because she didnt even apologize or even try to make it right. Ill spend the extra money at a place that has good customer service over a place with no customer service and lower price.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. THEY HAVE COMPLETELY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF A SENIOR. My mother, who is also a senior, purchased a washing machine from The Appliance Depot. Within two weeks, the appliance had an issue. She called The Appliance Depot, as the machine was under warranty, and asked that she return the machine. Instead of allowing her to return the machine, they said they would send someone out to service the machine. Being an elderly woman who did not want to cause a problem, she agreed to the machine being serviced rather than returning it altogether. When the machine was serviced, she voiced her concerns about the machine breaking again and said that she would rather just return the machine altogether. The serviceman stated that he wasnt going to return the machine and guaranteed her that the machine would not break again and that he fixed it permanently. The machine broke again 3.5 months after service and she has only had the machine for approximately 5 months. The machine leaks water, cannot hold a full load of clothes, and plastic parts inside the machine are already broken. I believe that The Appliance Depot has severely taken advantage of an elderly lady. They would not allow her to return the machine, despite the warranty allowing her to do so. Instead, they manipulated her and verbally promised her that the machine would no longer break so that she would not be allowed to return it in future due to being outside the warranty.

Ive been coming here for years. Not once have I been disappointed. Great pricing and have multiple selections. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable! Ill definitely be back again and again! Great work guys. Thanks for the awesome experience and service!

I would have left zero stars but that wasnt an option. I called this morning inquiring about the appliances sold at this store. I spoke to someone by the name of Evelyn. She was very rude, and when I asked to speak to the owner she refused and would not let me know his name check call later. I wanted to know where the used furniture came from because I dont want to buy something that I have no idea where it came from and she refused to answer my questions and was very rude about it. Because of this I will not be shopping at this store

I had immediate need for a washer and contacted The Appliance Depot. Evelyn answered my call and took care of me from beginning to end. Evelyn was both professional and accommodating, and walked me through the process with ease, answering all of my questions thoroughly to the point that when I made the decision to purchase I knew I had made the right one. I will forever be grateful that she enabled me to complete my purchase with aplomb.

Even though they were closed during the “stay at home” order, I still got a part for my refrigerator that broke. Emilio was awesome and walked me through the entire repair by myself!!! To expensive for used appliances

The place has a lot of selections both new and used. The new items (high number of them) have small dents or scratches. The used items seem to be mechanically sound, cosmetically they seem to be a 7/10. I was going to make a purchase but decided to look online (homedepot and lowes). I was able to find the same items for only a few dollars more without the cosmetic defects. My point it to look out for specials at big box stores. In this scenario it was best that I buy all new for a few dollars more. Homedepot even gave us free non local shipping.

I bought my washer here. The girl helping us was very friendly and professional. They dropped off my washer 2 days from purchase and they picked up my old washer. They offer installation but you do have to pay and it is easy to install so we did it ourselves but overall the place is great and i love my washer.

I bought the set washer and dryer plus refrigerator and very happy i made the right choice by going there.Very good prices and my units are in a really good condition and not only that I went in the store they a variety to choose.They deliver it for me and everything when easy. Love this place! My family moved where there were no appliances. Asked for a fridge we saw on the website. That one had sold, but they took the time to go through their inventory and ended up finding us a better one thats still worked in our budget. Since that went so well we came back for a washer and dryer set and where again Amazed by getting a better set than what we originally planned still in our budget. The top it off super professional friendly staff and installation is an absolute Breeze. Going to come here for every other Appliance we ever need!

GREAT PLACE TO GET ANY APPLIANCE

THIS PLACE IS FRAUDULENT. THEIR APPLIANCES DO NOT WORK!!!! If I could give Alan and the Appliance Center a ZERO I would! We bought a fridge from him online after he sent (what turned out to be deceiving) pictures of its condition outside and in. They told us to wait 12 hours to plug it in because it needed to settle but now we realize its because he must have suspected it didnt work right. BUT when contacted repeatedly he did say that he would replace it - he brought a second one (he refused to just give us our money back!!) and alas that one would turn on but didnt get any cold to the freezer and would only get the fridge to maybe 50 degrees. We asked him to come get it and he refused. We hired and PAID for a repair person who worked on it for 3 hours trying to get it working and could only conclude its a broken valve that would be $1k+ to replace!! Still, Alan will not respond to us about giving back our money. He gave a warranty on the fridges cooling system but is refusing to honor it. This guy and his products cannot be trusted!! Oh and he committed to delivery at 5pm for both fridges and then his guys didnt show up until 10 and 11pm!!!! Our neighbors called the cops on us the second time because they were so loud. Terrible terrible terrible! Now were just out the $800 and are having to get a fridge from Sears. You should be ashamed of yourself, Alan!

I have had trouble finding someone to service my samsung refrigerator. Finally The Appliance Depot sent out their technician Emilio today. He was on time, efficient, professional, tidy and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my problem and fixed my refrigerator quickly. Emilio also gave me information I needed to troubleshoot in the future. I had bought a set of a used washer and dryer here from Erik. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating with the delivery and hook up. Although I was buying pre-owed products I didnt walk away feeling like I just had the used car lot salesman experience. I am very relieved he made the experience so easy and a few months later they are still working without any issues. A co-worker of mine recommended this place and he was right on point with all the good things he had told me.

The sales associate has an interesting background and is really knowledgeable of the machines they have in stock. He helped me select a good pair of washer and dryer. They even offer a warranty and stand behind it 100% . Since I live further then 10 miles from the store they delivered it for a small extra charge. The Appliance Depot delivered and installed the washer/dryer the next day. I am extremely happy with the purchase and service they provided me. BEWARE THE APPLIANCE DEPOT IS A SCAM We purchased a Washing Machine that has not worked since the day we bought it. They charged us $50 to service it and did not fix a thing. They said its because we have it plugged into an extension cord. So we called KENMORE SERVICE and they say thats simply not the case. That the APPLIANCE DEPOT is using old parts to refurbish the machines and theyll keep failing and the DEPOT is ripping us off. I already knew this but the Manufacture of the machine Stated the Same. BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE USED APPLIANCES from The APPLIANCE DEPOT They sold us a machine that doesnt start on DELICATE or HANDWASH and STOPS after filling on normal mode. They refuse to fix it say we have to pay again for them to service the machine. Its under a 30 day warranty and has not worked since the day we bought it WARNING BEWARE With a No Return Policy there looping unknowing customers into a service nightmare. The KENMORE Service Women says there using old parts that are about to fail and to dump the machine at there front door. BEWARE WARNING

These guys are the real deal and quite honest .. I had an issue where I purchased a fridge for a very reasonable price including delivery and after 24 hours it still wasnt keeping the items in the freezer frozen .. I contacted the store and even though they dont service on Saturdays they sent a tech out within 2 hours to look at my fridge .. the tech determined that the compressor went out and he would be back in an hour .. about 30 minutes later they let me know that they were going to just upgrade my fridge for no additional cost and they were on their way to install it ..I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for an appliance. If I never had a problem I would have been happy with the product that I got for the price, but after dealing with this company after having an issue .. I have nothing but respect for them!

Today the fridge I purchased failed. I bought the fridge in in Feb. It’s April. Less than 2 month. I called a repair man to take a look and it’s the compressor. The repair man also tells me there was a buster kit placed on the compressor. This means when I bought the fridge the compressor was already failing and the kit was added to compensate for the faulty compressor. I am outside the service area so Appliance Depot will not come out and repair the fridge. And I dont own a truck to get the fridge to appliance depot. This was a waste of $$$$$$

Bought a refurbished washer and dryer from this company 7 months ago with 1 year warranty. Last week the washer overloaded causing property damage to the floors and garage below our laundry room. They sent someone out to repair the washer, and replaced a sensor which may have been the cause of the flooding, but would not clarify if it was faulty or broken.We are submitting a renters insurance claim for the flood damage, and insurance is requesting an invoice for the repair done to the washer, but so far The Appliance Depot refuses to cooperate. I only hope the owner reaches out to make things right.Save yourself the hassle and only buy NEW major appliances. We all know there is risk in buying refurbished products, usually limited to the cost of the item if it ends up being defective. This may be ok for something like a TV, laptop, or phone. However, the risk is just too high when the item can cause MAJOR property damage such as a washer.

Can’t say enough about my experience with the appliance depot . I went in looking for a dishwasher to replace my 2 year old Samsung dishwasher that went down and they had the newest model at a great price . The customer service from beginning to end was amazing . Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!!!!!!!the delivery service time is made only on their terms,you get a an approximate window of sometime between 10a to 4p,on the day they chose to deliver. If they dont deliver on the said appt date,they reschedule the delivery for another date without confirmation with the customer! I have been waiting a full week for the washing machine.I will never buy from here again, nor will I give friends one positive word of this business. This business doesnt deserve even one star!

My wife and I purchased refrigerator washer and dryer from them 6 months ago we got a great bundle deal we got next day delivery we got a 90 day warranty although they offered 1 year warranty for extra price i declined and all my appliances are still working fine so far overall im really happy with their service and prices!

The washer & dryer purchase in 2013 is still going well in 2017. The dryer was affected after installation, but they Immediately came and replaced the drum correcting the problem. Now im back shopping for refrigerator. Warranty options are more than reasonable, too.

We bought a washer and dryer, and a refrigerator. Both have broken within 9 months . Very disappointing!!!!! I called them and they were less than cooperative .

They assured me their appliances were new and it seemed logical because of their competitive prices. I drove over to pick from the few black dish washers they had available and after watching their stock room employee climb on the finish of the appliances to show me the only black d/w with glue across the door I declined to purchase it.
