Dont go there. They delivered a fridge with a broken handle, broken lid and a broken light. They never came back to fix it despite all my texts, calls. When I went to the office they agreed to stop by on a specific day the week after. They never came. And they dont return calls or text anymore.They will claim there are legit and provide a 4month warranty. Dont trust them...

What a scam of a company.. They tried to deliver a broken stove which I rejected. I should have rejected the fridge too because 24 hours later its still hot inside. I dont even want to redeem their warranty, if they consider these items to be in sellable condition.

These crooks sell appliances that are broken, they so called gave 90 warranty and failed to mention no refund or exchange, I tried reaching out left VM,text to these scammers they don’t return calls then coincidentally I get a call back after 90 day warranty is no longer valid, and they say sorry your refrigerator is no longer under warranty. I called manufacturer service & repair, the refrigerator was documented by Samsung unrepairable. Please beware of These bottom of the barrel scammers.

First off i want to start by saying I never typically leave a bad review, I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and believe maybe there was just a mistake or slip up or something, however I have had a terrible experience with this business. I called to get a refrigerator on a Friday. The owner sent me somePhotos of the ones he had available that would fit my space. We agreed on one then as they were supposed to be leaving to deliver it all of a sudden that one was actually sold and the only one available still was the one that was more expensive. I agreed to buy that one and the delivery guys showed up with it and during install completely messed up the wall in my kitchen by forcing the fridge in place. I let it go thinking it was no big deal it’s just paint, I can fix that. Well the fridge needed time to make ice from the ice maker so other than the scratched up wall I thought all was good. The delivery guys gave me the invoice. I called the owner back to pay with my card and he told me that if I wanted to keep it at the price he gave me and not pay taxes I needed to pay cash or Venmo. So I told him I’d Venmo him. Well the “office” wrote up the invoice at the wrong price. He flipped out and said that’s not the price it’s this. The office made a mistake I’ll have them send you a new invoice. Well they sent me a photo of the previous one whited out and it still had the wrong amount I had to tell the girl what the correct amount was so she whited it out again and sent it over. By the next morning it was clear that the ice maker wasn’t working properly it was the weekend now however so I waited until Monday to call about it. He asked me to send him photos to show the problem and made it sound like it was likely just user error or that I didn’t have the water valve that it needed. I told him no, it does have a water valve the fridge that was here before had an ice maker and it is hooked up as the fridge is dispensing water. The only issue is the ice maker is frosting over instead of making ice. I said I’d send photos when I got home from work. I did and he said he would have someone out the next day between 9-10. That time came and went I called and asked when someone would be by. He had an attitude and said that the guy at 10:30 was just getting in and he would have to confirm when he could be out. He’d let me know. As he’s also laughing at me because I was frustrated at his lack of professionalism. He did eventually call back and said his guy would now be here between 12-2. At 2:30 I called and couldn’t get a hold of him. Finally at 3 he answered and again extremely unprofessional and told me his guy got caught up and was over an hour away. He was finishing a different job and could be to me within 1hr 25 mins. Or if I didn’t like that could reschedule. I had read reviews about how they never show, so I asked that the guy does show up today. I’m still waiting. We will see if he shows. Very very unprofessional business. Do not recommend at all.

My new open box refrigerator kept breaking down. It broke down before the warranty was up, they came and fixed it. Little did I know they didnt do anything at all besides fill it back up with frion. It broke down again and they were going to charge me argued that they didnt even fix it the first time. Again it has broke down, stay away from this place

Stay away from this store! I bought a 27 laundry center, they delivered me a 24, then wont let me return to get refund. 3 weeks later they lets me swap to a 27, but I have to pay $160 extra. They said it is brand new, but their installer guy cannot even make it works in the first place. They sent the tech to fix it. I used the machine the 1st time, water leaking. Another guy came fix, now the machine is acting crazy: cannot finish a washing cycle, standing water. Then I set it to spin & drain, but it pumped water in and started washing... So frustrated 😫. Better spend money at more trusted stores like Homedepot. Never again!

I ordered a GE laundry center and it got here yesterday, he turned it on and it seem to work so I paid and he left. Got a load of laundry and no water will come out of it. I don’t know if he hooked it up wrong or what so I texted and they said they’d send someone out today but no one ever came so I called back and the dude and he only said “wrong number wrong number” before my friend finally got him to admit that he did in fact deliver it yesterday. After telling us he was just the delivery boy he gave us a number to call. But still no help Eric told us that in fact no one is coming today and we now have to wait 2 days for someone to get out here. If I could give a 0 stars I would. Should have taken my money else we’re so I could have clean clothes right now. This places service is the biggest fault. Communication is key in business.

Didnt receive the fridge the day I was suppose to and then the fridge portion didnt work. Cant contact anyone to get ahold of for help. Also be cautious because the 5 star reviews are from the workers at the store. Will chanev review if anything gets better.

I live about 3 hours from Santa Ana so when I called to inquire about a refrigerator I was alittle leary. Abraham was willing to deliver my refrigerator based off the pictures he sent me. Now, heres where the problem began... I measured my space for the refrigerator incorrectly. I thought I needed a 48 inch built-in refrigerator but when Abraham and his team arrived they quickly assured me that my space required a 42 inch refrigerator. I felt terrible because they had driven out so far and brought me the 48 inch refrigerator. Instead of being upset with me, they showed me some 42 inch refrigerators and even a double oven they had available which matched the Kitchen Aid refrigerator I wanted. They were so patient and agreed to deliver the oven and refrigerator the following day which they did. They assured us we would receive a one year warranty as well. We are very pleased with our new Kitchen Aid appliances at half the price of most stores and highly recommend Abraham and his team.

Ive known Abraham T. for more than 6 years and have bought many appliances for different locations. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I have always picked higher end brands and never bought a lemon. Definitely worth the long drive from where ever you live. You can save lots of money and Spree is a great lady that provides excellent customer service!

Got a washer two weeks ago 2nd day washer stops working called them to come and fix never came a whole week passes and they say they cant fix they exchange it for another washer machine. I used the washer stop working after 2 washes this is ridiculous.

Spree worked very hard to give me a good deal on a washer and she also answered all my questions very quickly. She is a great sales person and an asset to the company. I am very excited to get my washer today, thanks again Spree!

We purchased a washing machine from here thinking we got a good deal from there reviews, let tell you something the machine didnt work properly for spending 325 dollars and they dont want to give a refund back for the item. Great customer service, I purchased a new samsung french door refrigerator from them about a year ago and it is still in perfect working order. It has a small dent on the door but I just put a magnet over it and that got it 1/2 the price of how much it cost at home depot. I just recently came back and purchased a washer and a dryer from them. Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful and the delivery guys were very careful to not damage my floors or anything like that. They took their time and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. They gave me free delivery and also set up the units free of charge even though I was on the second floor. This place has saved me a lot of money and I am very thankful for that.

If I could leave 1 star I would. The fridge we received had an ice make that leaked. I called and called multiple numbers and they finally sent out two guys whose fix flooded my whole kitchen and froze the bottom of the fridge. When I called back to tell him he seemed completely unconcerned and even avoided my calls and messages. We have been waiting for 3 weeks and the have not fixed the problem. They do not call back or do what they promise. I would go ANYWHERE but here. IF they follow through with a fix I will revise my review.

I’m hear you let the public know the shady business these seemingly very nice people are running. I financed a fridge from these guys with a 3 month warranty. The fridge was beautiful, and they had a few I liked. I settled on the kitchenaid 5 door. 5 months later I just finished paying off my fridge and it breaks down. I call a kitchenaid certified repairman, and he immediately was concerned. All the Serial number are scratched off. (Which is absolutely illegal) especially for a financed piece of equipment that a bank is backing with their money. The certified kitchenaid serviceman said they refilled the lines because they cut, and placed a refil cap. Which this type of repair only happens when they need a temporary fix. When it’s not worth repairing completely for how much it costs in labor and parts. Estimated time the fix works is 6-9 months. Go figure...they are running a complete scam, and I see now they make their business of this type of scam..fix a free fridge they hauled away and sell if for fair market price with no heeds or warnings as to the shady service they are giving these machines. Why would they let you know. No one would buy them for a temporary 6 month fridge. Please just consider my review, and make your own decision. I can tell you from my experience that going elsewhere is something you should strongly consider. They seem great, extremely helpful, and even delivered and installed for free! Whatever they can do to get the sale on their janky backyard repairs.See y’all in court Abraham.A Scratched serial number on a leased appliance will make it ezpz. We even tried to reason with you but you blamed a certified technician from kitchenaid, and said it’s our fault it broke. Questioning us why it matters if the serial number is scratched or not?! He said not that he can see and that it was like new. I drove 50 miles and the first things I see are scratches all over the front doors and dents on the side of the freezer door. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.My experience:bought a used washer and dryer, shortly after we had it (like less than a month), the washer door lock was broken but it was still under the 4 month warranty, so I contacted Abraham, the owner, and at first he was responsive but then I never heard from him and he stopped responding to me. I was able to create a temporary fix for the meantime.Fast forward to about 5 months later and I contact them again to try and get the same problem fixed. First, I dealt with Eric and he said they could come out the same day, then an hour before they were supposed to be here, he said he had to reschedule to the next day, fine, I even offered to pick up the component that was needed so I can do it myself if they couldnt come out. Anyways, we confirmed for the next day and NOONE SHOWED UP. NO call, NO contact/communication, NO cancellation, NOTHING whatsoever. I finally reach them the next morning (I still never got an explanation for them not showing up). So they sent someone over and installed the part. Done, right? Nope.The repair man had someone talk to me to discuss billing, which I had spoken with Eric earlier and he said itll be waived since I tried to get it fixed while under warranty and they didnt respond until now, when the warranty was over. After multiple phone calls going back and forth with Eric, all while the repair man was still waiting, they said they can only go as low as $60 since it was out of warranty. Btw the part is about $25 if I order it myself. I offered to pay for the part only even though it shouldve been covered, they refused less than $60. So I said nevermind and the guy removed the part and left.TLDR: DO NOT DO BUY FROM TORRES APPLIANCES. I cannot stress this enough.They will waste your time and their warranty is a scam. Will seem responsive but will ghost you until after the warranty is over to make more money from customers.

Worst service i have ever received. I purchased a refrigerator from this company i drove from Phoenix all the way to Santa Ana to get the refrigerator and when I arrived back home in Phoenix and plugged it in it didn’t work. It would not drop below 65 degrees, i got in contact with the company and was told to bring it back for a replacement. I was also told that there would be another one plugged in when i arrived to show me that the new one worked. Upon arrival the “new” refrigerator was NOT plugged in but i was assured that it had been tested for a week and that it worked perfectly. We loaded the the “new” one on the trailer and i went to a friends house not even a mile and a half away and plugged it in to test it. After waiting for about an hour or so the refrigerator still was not cold, so i took it back to the place of business and plugged it in to prove that it didn’t work. After leaving it plugged in for almost three hours the temperature was not dropping past 50 degrees. I told the owner that i just wanted my money back and i would be on my way. I was told that all sales are final and that i could wait for 4 more hours to make sure it worked. Now mind you i live in Phoenix so starting to drive back home at 5 pm was not an option so i took the refrigerator and went on my way. Now i am out 1800+ dollars. Also the original refrigerator was in good condition except for it not working the new refrigerator is in worse shape there are scratches all over the inside of it. Every appliance that i looked at in the showroom was either broken or something was missing.and i was also accused of purposely breaking both refrigerators. if you want to be ripped off then shop at this company.

What a horrible business . Purchased a 2000 dollar family hub that was delivered and damaged during unloading . I let this go because I needed a fridge. Within 20 days the ice maker broke . I had a 6 month warranty. They came and fixed it broke again in 2 days. Then the whole fridge breaks and they take 2 months to fix it . Now its broken again and no response from the owner and Im still under warranty

I would give minus stars if I could. To start I spoke to a (lady ?) named Bree. She lied right off the bat by saying the Kitchenaid refrigerator was new and had no dents or scratches. LIE. It was delivered with lots of dents and scratches. Worst then that the ice maker didn’t work. They sent someone out to supposedly fix it. When he left he said it was working. 24 hours later, not one piece of ice. They replaced the refrigerator. They had to come back and fix the door handles which were uneven. The flap that seals the door was ripped. They didn’t want to fix the flap, tried to say part of the seal was cosmetic. They exchanged the door. The ice maker kept going off and then it would go back on. Then 8 months later the refrigerator went out. Lost $200.00 dollars of groceries. I called, he said your warranty is up. SorryI had a repairman come out. Said the kitchenaid they are selling are lemons. That’s why they have so many. Compressor and fan was gone. I decided to call kitchenaid (whirlpool). They said the compressor and the fan are under warranty for 10 years. I thought “what a relief” BUT..... they were asking for the model number, then here’s the zinger. They wanted the serial number, low and behold it had been scratched off. End of Story. I’m out $1700. I asked Torres why. He told me not to call again. Lowlifes and cheatsDON’T BUY. You will be sorry.

There running from paying bk simply with credit super unprofessional good luck running from investigation and fraud and Mickey Mouse jobs. Literally had guys pick up a fridge w no dolly there technician come to look at fridges know nothing or do anything All there appliances super beat up literally deserve no start. Please think twice before landing in bad hands. Mr. Abraham and family need to come clean and deal with there consequences. Pay bk won’t get very far running a shady business people like legit work and professionalism something you should get and do. Been since April 8 with no refund of $402 dollars.
