This was the second dealership we stopped at in our search for a new (to us) truck. They have a nice sized lot, crammed full of nice clean vehicles. Tyler helped us check out a couple trucks and we took one on a test drive within the first 15 minutes there. We decided we liked it and went in to get the financing process going. Our credit isnt the greatest but they negotiated with the finance company to get us a payment that fit within our budget. The staff was friendly and accommodating and really worked as a team so we could drive off the lot with our new (to us) truck.

This was a great place to start my credit Misael was really helpful answering all of my questions . He went out of his way to get me qualified especially since I didnt have credit. I am going to recommend my friends and family to him.

We naught our car from Auto world, the experience was good. They did add on a warranty that they didn’t run by us until we were signing our paper work at the end. We decided it would be a good thing to have seeing that the car was used.A month after we purchased the car we noticed the AC wasn’t working and our breaks were very noisy so we took the car back to them, they had it a week and the car came back unfixed, the AC worked for 2 days and the breaks were still very loud. So we took the car to our local dealership to fix ( this was about 3 months after we purchased) We learned that Auto world never paid warranty company, $3,500 that we already paid them for. I get the feeling they never would have paid if we didn’t take the car to the GMC dealer to fix.Just watch out for that

Well if your looking to a buy your first car or a car in general, Id recomend going here for a couple reasons, first off the staff was very friendly and we discussed my financial situation and how I was a first time buyer looking for help on what I can get. Worst experience in my entire life.These guys will take your car back, keep your money, call the cops, and then re sell the car over and over again....Just look at the one star ratings below that they are trying to hide...Dont make the same mistake Ive made..I tried to get my down payment back, but they used the Santa Maria police to escort me out. Sam and Mike are liars and lie about everything..I even brought these guys a referral who bought a car and I was supposed to get a referral bonus which of course was never honored...The only thing I received from these guys is a near trip to jail and my money stolen. All of the 5 star reviews are fake posts..These guys are crooks and to make matters worse Sam made some inappropriate comments torwards my girl friend..we were burnt, threatened, and violated...if u want to get screwed go buy from autoworld.

So much for professionalism. Theres more honest people on craigslist.

Only buy from these crooks if you’re really desperate cause they seem to be able to finance anybody.... Bought a Jeep Patriot from these guys and I was told it was a local trade in and I had no reason to doubt them (YET) even though it was squeeking everywhere, So I take it to Camarena’s Tires today to have it checked and they called me an hour later to go look at something on the Jeep. I went under the jeep so he can explain to me and I couldn’t believe my eyes it is so rusty and rotted! A Carfax states that the jeep is from Montana not California like I was told!!!! Do Not Go Here
