Best car dealer i have ever dealed with 💕

Bought a car here about 4 1/2 years ago. Having paid it off 6 months ago. So when I first saw car I was on way to beach and saw a nice black Subaru Legacy Turbo on the lot. So I stopped by to look at it. I was hesitant being my credit wasn’t that great. I told salesman to go ahead and run my credit but was embarrassed about my awful credit. After getting results I ended up being approved. I took car home. Never went to the beach. Left my old car there and came back next day by metrolink/bus. Fast forward 4 1/2 years and this car lot still here. I was on time with my payments and when I paid car off I was able to purchase a house. I’m now a home owner and still have my Subaru. It sat in the garage for a couple years since it was due for timing belt change. Just did service recent and happy with my car. When time comes I might come back for an upgrade. Thank you Payless Auto from an old but not forgotten customer.

Robert Calgav Is amazing and I highly recommend his establishment. He went above and beyond assisting me with my GAP cancellation when the company OWNERGUARD would not. He is honest and trustworth and his word means a lot. He stepped up for me. Business owners like him are a dime a dozen. Thank you Robert for being awesome
