2 tires blew out in the Port Wentworth area. These guys are the best! After sitting around waiting for 4 hrs on 2Js who gave me the run around in the cold of the night. I found Faith Tires online. Tony answers the phone call very hospitable and mannerable, gave me and my daughter a quote that was very reasonable. The ETA was fair, because they were responding and rescuing someone else who needed help in Savannah. David and Dalton is a hero to us. I call them true professionals they uses their tools and techniques and get the job done. It was so cold we were shaking and for David to sit on the pavement as if in the middle of summer I know that this man love his job and he likes to take care of people. Dalton was a real trooper right there assistant him. I definitely recommend anyone to Faith Tire they are awesome people not your typical everyday guys, they are one in a million. Heroes! 🙏 After the job was done in a prompt and efficient time. I was pleased with the job me and my daughter drove home safely.

I wouldnt rely on them. I called for 2 days straight and never got service. The second day he said it would be a couple of hours, 6 hours went by he never came and never answered the phone after I called about 10 times. He was rude on the phone and sounded like he was high or drunk. I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone. I called 2 Js instead they were here in 30 minutes. I could forgive everything because I know work gets busy, but he honestly sounded like he was half asleep answering the phone at 4-5 in the afternoon. Horrible phone etiquette.

Saved us from staying the night in a hotel! We had a tire blowout 7pm on a Sunday on 95. We were sure we’d have to put the spare on and stay the night until we were able to get a a new tire in the morning. Just for the heck of it I searched for tire replacement and found Faith’s. I’m so glad I did. We were back on the road by 8:45. They answered almost immediately when I called, gave us a quote and a time frame. Within the quoted time I received a text they were on the way. Once here, they were very quick and thorough. We had our one year old on the side of 95 while they changed the tire, we felt safe and it was very fast. I hope we don’t need their rescue services again, but if you do - they are a life saver!!

Avoid. Unprofessional owner and over priced. Wanted $600 to replace two tires, ended up needing two valve stems still charge $300 for the work. They dont have a way of balancing the tires and basically only do quick fixes.

The owner meet me at store and took my bad tire off rim & put new one on and was finished in less than 15 minutes,he is the tire man & so fast I will call if ever needed thats who I will call.

Went to get a tire replaced 2 weeks ago because I caught a flat on the way home. This guy doesn’t have his own shop and his dealings are all around shady but I couldn’t go wrong with the price. He got my tire on and I was on my way. 1 week later the same tire I replaced, went flat! I went to his shop again and purchased two more tires. He told me he couldn’t put them on the rim because his machine was down. Fine. Took the tires to another auto shop and they told me that one of the tires was in bad shape and too dangerous for me to drive with it. At that point I didn’t even want a refund because this is the second time I got ripped off by this guy. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Their service was excellent and the price was great and also they came in the freezing cold to change my tire. Reliable service! Got stuck with a flat and couldn’t make it to a tire shop. I did have to wait about an hour for him to finish up with another client and come to where I was, but the service itself was only 10-15 minutes! The price was a bit more than I’ve paid in the past for tires, but I haven’t needed roadside service before, so it might have just been to cover cost of labor.

Our tire popped on a road trip, so we thought that we would have to stop for the night at a hotel since it was unlikely that an auto repair shop would be open so late at night. Thankfully we found Faiths Tire and Auto. They were able to replace our tire, and as a result we could resume our road trip. Highly unprofessional. I paid $150 for a used tire. He stated that he had a brand new one for $200. The same exact tire on my car had got flat 3 weeks ago after I rolled over a nail. He said that a used tire would be $50, however he never showed up. Now three weeks in the future (yesterday), the same exact tire on the driver’s side was $150. I forgave him for the first time he never showed up. The second time he actually helped me out (I only gave him $100) because I didn’t have enough money (I was going to give him the rest on Friday when I got paid). On that Friday I had the money to give to him, but I had a meeting to attend with my professor so paying him slipped my mind. As a result, he text me at 1:00am saying that I am dishonest and not kind. He also text me at 6:30am stating that I need my money NOW. So please don’t do business with this man, unless you want messages sent to your phone at 1:00am.

Called today for a quote on getting a plug for my tire...was told it would be $75 for a plug! Even though i was only 3 miles from the shop! Asked if they sold used tires and was told yes...50 bucks for what i need...not bad...asked what a plug would cost if i was at the shop and was told $20...so you are going to charge me $55 to drive 3 miles! Told the guy on the phone ill come to your shop he told me he was on a call and would call me when he was 15mins out...i never heard from him again...Im in the area for work so i talked to locals and was told that they price gouge people all the time mainly tourists who dont know any better...to stay away from them...i understand its a mobile service...but to charge $55 bucks to drive 3 miles is a rip off...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

We have used them a few times..They not only replaced our tire at midnight..but the poor guy drove all the way to Truman Pkwy removed blown tire and brought it back... I am an emergency service worker and these guys are always dependable and prices are fantastic for an emergency cant beat it!!!!

Ive had the most horrible experience with this company! I waited for almost 3 hrs to get serviced and then the people that show up in a small vehicle unequipped to change a blown tire. Luckily a road side vehicle came by and filled up the tire because the machine to fill up the tire wasnt working. After this whole ordeal the tire they brought was damaged so we had to travel to the shop to get another tire. With that being said the charge was $200 but the person in charge decided to take $20 off for our troubles! Completed ridiculous and unprofessional for a tire company! If I could give them a zero I would! If you get stranded on the side of the road with tire issues dont contact these folks theyll rip you off!

They are amazing!!!! We are on our way to NC from Orlando and my tire blew out!! We didnt have all the money in the world and no body would take us last min. Then we called them! We told them what happend and they said come in NOW to give is a tire for only $45! Very fast and so kind!!! Highly recommend!!!

This was the worst experience my fiance and I have EVER had. We called and 6-630pm about the tires. The guy stated that they were getting a new muffler on their van so it would be a while. We couldnt drive the car due to bad tires so we said ok. He came around 830 with no tires after asking what size we needed over the phone. He left and came back around 945. His excuse was he had an emergency call that involved children. I didnt make a big deal. He then comes to tell us that he has to take the tires to the shop to change them because he didnt have the equipment to do so in the van. He leaves again, and 1115pm rolls around and he still hadnt returned. My fiance called him several times and when he finally answered he said he was putting airair the tire to make his way back to us. Midnight rolls around and once again my fiance blows his phone up again and he never answers. He pulls up with an attitude saying ppl dont think about what he has to do to get the tire changed. Finally he gets the tires on. My fiance goes outside again to look at the tires and they are tires WAY smaller than what we asked for. He then tried to argue with us when we told him we refused to pay full price for such (excuse my language) SHITTY service. He threatened to take the tires back off of the car and take them off. He then resulted to asking how much my fiance thought he should pay him. We ended up giving him $50. Almost 5hrs for 2 tires was completely ridiculous, and then putting on the wrong size smh

We came to get two tires replaced. The wheel slugs on one tire needed to be replaced ( one was broken and the guy there broke another) so we came back the next day with all the parts as well as new break pads since they needed to be changed. In all I paid them 260$. Since than my breaks have been worse than ever! I can barley stop( for sure worse than before) the breaks had not been bled properly, and now there is a terrible sound coming from my wheel!! my husband and I removed the front tires to find 1. They had only replaced 3 of the slugs, and the whole rotor and slugs are loose and the tire has some kind of nail in it that seems to have been there for a while. And not mention the screeching sound ( still not sure whats up with that.

Called the people the guy was ok. He answered all of one time out of the 6 times I called.. they told me to meet them at the Murphy they’ll change it for me I caught an unexpected flat.. I sat and waited for an hour he continuously texted me I’ll be there in 20 then 15 then 10 and never came.. I explained I had to be at work the guy told me he was trying to hurry but not once answer any calls or showed open 24 hrs or not I wouldn’t recommend this company they didn’t even have a shop for me to come to they had me sitting at a gas station at Walmart.

I usually never take time to post a negative review, but this time I want to post it, so in future another person doesnt waste their time and get their hopes up. The person did not answer the phone when I called like three times. He text me and asked me that what he could do to help. I text him back, I said I am headed to the address in Google since the hours in Google are posted as 24 hours. After driving for half an hour and arriving to the destination, he text me what kind of tires I needed. I texted him that Ive arrived, then he texted back saying that he is on vacation. He couldve just told me that first before having me driving all the way from Bloomingdale at 9pm. They need to update the hours posted in Google.

DO NOT GO HERE! First I called and was quoted $40 to $50 depending on the quality of the tire i asked if it included labor and was told yes. I come to get the tire and the tire i got barely has any tred on it and I was charged $65 then I was told they dont have a credit card machine and cant take checks so I had to pay cash. My boyfriend asked the man who did the tire if the wheel was tight enough he said yes. A day later my car is shaking really bad I go to another tire shop and they said my wheel wasnt tight at all and he didnt know how they let me leave like that. Pay the extra money and go to a well established place! I just wasted $60 now I have to go elsewhere and get another tire. So mad.
