Jaguar- BMW Solutions is a Very professional business. I was most satisfied and convinced that they knew what I was talking about once I communicated to them my problem I was having with my car. I received an awesome experience with the Owners. These are the most honest people in mechanical engineering I know. All of my vehicles will be maintained by Reggie such a knowledgeable Machanic. And last but not least this shop is very clean and theres no junk left behind on there premises.

I moved to Savannah about 2 years ago. My X3 is a 2011 and I feel fortunate to have found Reggie. I had a 7 year warranty when I bought it so went to the dealership in Maryland to have it serviced for many years. Moving down 600 miles, I didnt know where to start to find an honest, good mechanic. Somehow, I found Jaguar-BMW Solutions. Reggie is very knowledgeable, takes the time to explain his work, and is honest. Hard to find that today. Honesty, integrity and quality sums it up. Let me start by saying that I was recommended Jaguar BMW Solutions by Jaguar Hilton Head. I was very skeptical because what dealership recommends a shop but let tell you that i was I WAS DEFINITELY WRONG. I called to speak about my repairs on my vehicle and the young lady that answered the phone was very polite and she knew her stuff. By the end of the conversation, I had an appointment and to make a long story short my repairs were done ALL the same day and I saved a tons of money. The quality of this experience has made me believe that they are good shops out here doing the right thing. The owner is very unbelievably knowledgeable about his craft and he took his time to share some of his knowledge with me about my vehicle. He is also very much so equipped with the same equipment that the dealership has. I can go on and on about this place but I am going to end it with the cleanest shop in Savannah, GA. If you own a Jaguar, please call them and you will not regret it.

I cannot offer enough praise for Jaguar-BMW Solutions. I recently moved to the area and had always used BMW dealership for my vehicle services. I knowingly wanted to find a personal mechanic in the area but it was not a pressing matter because I had not had any major problems with my 2014 BMW X5, until last Tuesday when the stealership quoted me 3000 for front brakes and two engine gaskets. That was my cue to exit the dealership for services. I serendipitously googled BMW repair in SAV and Jaguar- BMW solutions appeared.From the first phone call, Mrs. Marie was very professional and offered a quote for a 1/3 of the stealership cost. I was floored and decided that I should visit the shop before making an appointment. From the first visit, Mrs. Marie was very friendly, and the shop was very well appointed. Mr. Reggie explained everything with expertise and care. I immediately scheduled services. I am happy to say that I have found a new personal mechanic.For anyone that is looking for quality workmanship at fair, and honest prices- Jaguar-BMW Solution should be at the top of your list. Great prices, professional work, guarantees on parts.

There is no other place I would take my vehicles to. Reggie and his wife are courteous and super professional. They have worked on my E93 M3, Jaguar XJ and now my F10 M5. I’m OCD so it’s very important that the work is done to his OCD standards as well. He never does work that is not needed and his prices are competitive. What does it matter though as the work is done right the first time. Also, their new location is spotless as a high end repair shop should be. All the boxes are ticked and you should not think twice about bringing your ride to them.

A husband and wife team that are awesome!! Friendly, trustworthy, professional & punctual. So, so glad I found them. If you have a German car and anxiety about the cost of repairs/maintenance or getting ripped off, you must stop by and see them. The cost of service(s) are extremely, extremely fair and reasonable. They dont try to upsell you on things you dont need. They do let you know if they see any problem areas. Very knowledgeable on German and European marques.

Reggie has been working with me and my 2004 Jaguar for the last 3 years. He is very knowledgeable, very skilled and you can trust his work and attention to detail. He has the necessary technology to diagnose and complete most jobs that can only be done at the dealership. Hes completed full tune up, changed all O2 senors, replaced my AC compressor and recharged it. Even more amazing are his prices! He does his best to keep pricing reasonable by working from his home. Reggie is a passionate and knowledgeable mechanic who works from his home garage, but dont let that scare you. He does good work and has all the tools and technology he needs to do most jobs. He worked on my Mercedes today and did a top notch job. He even talked me out of doing a brake fluid flush after testing the fluid with one of his gadgets - saved me over $100.00! I will be coming back and also bringing him my wifes VW next time it needs anything. So dont pay dealer prices - go see Reggie.

Every time we move to a new location we suffer through the first couple of years dealing with incompetent or just dishonest (you never really know) mechanics, so we were thrilled to finally find Reggie at Jaguar BMW solutions. The long and the short of it is, Reggie knows what hes doing. If he tells you this is your problem, it is, if he doesnt know for sure, he says it and he always shoots for the simpler, cheaper solution first. Weve had a $1500 repair estimates on a problem that Reggie ended up diagnosing and fixing for $400. Now I have no idea what those inflated (most likely wrong) estimates are any more, because I only take my cars here.

Looking for a local mechanic in Savannah, I highly recommend this business. I was a loyal Auto Sport customer but they no longer work on Jaguars. I thought I would have to go back and forth to Hilton Head until I found Jaguar BMW Solutions through Google. So glad I did.

I am so thankful that I found Reggie. In the process of moving, my check engine light came on in my Jaquar XF. After a conversation with Reggie over the phone I knew I needed to delay my move vs scheduling service near my new place. What a great decision. He is the most knowledgeable Jaguar expert I have ever encountered (private or dealer) and extremely prompt and professional. Best prices and service in the south

I had car trouble while traveling from out of state. Reggie worked with me to get it in so I could possibly get back home that afternoon as scheduled, while saving me another hotel bill. He actually did mechanic work and diagnosed (by actually moving coils and testing), not diagnose by just plugging in code reader and charging me for replacing every code that came back, but instead what was actually causing codes. Unfortunately, to get me home as scheduled he couldnt complete the work, but I truly wish he could have. He also showed me what was being done, as well as pointing out what others had said they did and did not. Im honestly thinking about when traveling back through to organize a way to get him to do all service work. And his rate for doing this work was more than fair, I tried to give him more but he wouldnt accept. Just wish he was in SC.

Having recently moved to Savannah with 2 BMWs I found it difficult to find someone to do basic maintenance on my BMWs without charging me an arm and a leg. Then I found Jaguar BMW solutions. I was a little skeptical when he quotes prices that were 1/3rd and 1/4th what others were quoting me. However, after meeting Reggie and having him work on both my cars I can say that he knows his stuff, is very accommodating, and knows how to keep his prices fair and transparent. If you have a German or British car that needs work done he is your man.

Charged me a $90, looked it for 10 min. The computer and could not an did not try enough to clear a code. I say if you cant fix it you shouldnt charge.I feel I was ripped off and would not go back.

Reggie and his wife run a top notch business. They are both very pleasant and professional. They are also very honest. Reggie fixed my 2006 bmw x3 for a fraction of the cost of another bmw shop. Another shop wanted $4,200 for a transfer case and I didnt believe their diagnosis. Sure enough, Reggie diagnosed it and it was not the $$ transfer case. Their shop is super clean and they follow all covid 19 safety precautions. Most of the cars are all super high end bmws, jaguars and porsches 100k+ I cant recommend them enough. A++
