Alexia was our sales representative and was a pleasure to deal with. There was a delay in the truck getting to the dealership and she kept me updated on the status. I highly recommend her if you visit this dealership.The whole team was straight forward with what our options were and there was very little haggling like you generally experience at a car dealership. They treated my children exceptional who were getting stir crazy and even let them shop with a gift card in their store.Alexia has earned a future customer and so has Chatham Parkway Toyota. When it comes time to replace my wifes vehicle, we will be visiting them. Best dealership in the Savannah area.

After searching around dealerships all over Florida and Georgia, I finally got my 2021 TRD Off Road Tacoma from Chatham Parkway Toyota. Davon was great helping me put the vehicle on order and updating me on its status as I waited for it. They created a great experience buying the Tacoma and he even had the windows tinted for me without any extra cost. Had to take my car in yesterday due to a flat tire. They were able to replace my tire very quickly. They were also very accommodating as I was up there with my baby and toddler. They checked each of my other tires just in case too. Definitely recommend for any tire needs!

We had a good experience with the whole dealership buying a new truck. We dealt with about 4 people, but our sales man Abraham was amazing 👏 very sweet and informative and had patience . He went above and beyond 😀 we were with our 2 kiddos looking to trade in for Tacoma. The deal was sweet and easy and they also gave us $100 gift card while we waited to do the paper work in the finance office but thats not all he was a star wars fans and told us hey I will bring light sabers to take pictures when the truck arrived 😀😊 been a star wars family best thing we heard 😂 the boys were completely excited! Why stop there right? Deal was done and we made the trade and he sold a truck right? In the end of the pictures he decided to gift our boys light sabers ❤🙌 what a blessing 🙌 not only good experience and but also a good heart too all the way around. Walter the manager and Charley and Brett all very helpful and good people. Honest deal made simple.

The Service Department at Chatham Parkway Toyota is the best!!They go above and beyond in keeping their customers posted with every detail. Arianna is awesome with the valet service. Tiesha is the best Service Advisor and Raymond is the best Service Technician. I have never been disappointed and all of the questions and concerns are always addressed satisfactorily. I would only recommend online shopping with this location. They are overwhelmed and overworked and schedule way too many appointments and taken too many walk-ins everyday. I am all about customer service but you have to know when to say no and allow your staff to breathe to have lunch and to build a relationship with customers. I would not recommend going to this place in person unless absolutely necessary or for warranty work other than that there are many other alternative choices better faster and more attentive. Be careful taking your vehicle here they will try to up-sell you a number of different things in the driveway.

My 19 year old nephew purchased a vehicle with $2k down. He left the dealership happy and ready to pursue the American dream work and pay ur bills. For the next three weeks he was harassed by the credit department to the point he returned the car. Upon returning the car he was charged almost $1k dollars for mileage accrued on a monthly payment of $450, This dealership should be closed and we are pursuing legal counsel to assist with this case!BOTTOM LINE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!Follow up to this review I have got a total run around from Sophia the service manager with excuse after excuse. Sophia asked for my nephew to come see the GM and when he arrived (confirmed via text) he was off. This dealership is really taking advantage of a 19 year old kid and first time buyer. PLEASE SECOND GUESS DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! I WILL UPDATE EVERY DAY TILL THERE IS A RESOLUTION!

Drove all the way from Charleston just for Keith. Made this experience way more comfortable than expected, especially considering the market conditions. Great explanations of each facet of the process. If it werent for him, I dont think I would have purchased a vehicle. Had such a great experience I expect to bring the wife back to upgrade her vehicle soon. Its amazing how much of an advantage there is buying new as well.

I went to Chatham Parkway about my tire. I have roadside . They lady took my car to service and I sat in the waiting area. She never came back to communicate nothing with me. My car was ready about 1 hour later. This is when she said that they patched the tire and charged the insurance 35.00 for the patch. A couple days later I received an email from Toyota about some additional repairs and it said I declined them. I was informed that it would be soon time to replace my front two tires. The email stated and alignment and few other things. She never communicated this to me. Communication keeps a customer.

My Apple Car Play had been malfunctioning due to unknown issues which my radio had to be replaced twice by another dealership. After my radio being installed improperly the third time at Savannah Toyota and having a complete black screen, I decided to take it Chatham parkway and do business elsewhere. I explained my situation to Mrs. Mary Ann (Service Manager). She understood where I was coming from and how I just wanted my radio fixed, tested and working properly. She insured I had a rental vehicle and kept me updated every step of the way until my vehicle was working properly. She genuinely cares about her customers experience and deserves a raise. Brought my vehicle in for maintenance and was charged a fee to get it looked. Car was there for over 7 days with no updates. My service provider called said his manger would call about delays. Nothing not ounce did a manager call. They ended telling me it would be around 1700$ to fix and at the end the price came close 2000$ parts they said they had on hand magically where on hand and had to wait longer for parts to arrive and get still no call. Upon pick up no one walked out to my car. My sun visor was no longer closing properly as if it where yanked down. Overall worst experience from a mechanic side of Toyota I have received. I would not recommend vehicle service at this dealership. Get taken advantage of. And there where other there saying the same thing while paying that stuff was on there receipt that they dident authorize

We had to have another 4Runner after our entire family survived a rollover and hard impact from an accident on I16 a few weeks ago, completely unharmed. We had an extensive list of options we wanted and didnt wanna budge on considering this is our third 4Runner and we knew what we wanted. After calling around everywhere, and dealing with the extreme lack of availability, even basically being told to get what we can get and be happy at other dealerships, CP Toyota was by far the fastest at getting back to us and going way above and beyond to work with the situation we were presented with. What stood out above all else was the awesome service we got from Alexia, who made an otherwise stressful situation lighthearted and joyful.

Keith at Chatham parkway was absolutely awesome. Super friendly, and not pushy Like some salesman I have dealt with. Went above and beyond with getting us the right vehicle for our needs and budget. Absolutely love my new sonata. Keith also realized that an honest mistake had been made and that the vehicle was so new on the lot that it hadn’t been through the service center yet so tomorrow that are going to fully inspect everything and service anything that needs to be done at zero charge. I am a huge fan of Chatham parkway Toyota, and my family has and will continue to buy there for many years to come.

First let me say. I’ve had my Toyota since July 2006. I have lived in many different cities and I have enjoyed the convenience and consistency of the Toyota Brand service in each city. I recently switched my service to Chatham Parkway Toyota and I am disappointed. Very disappointed. Usually, I drop my car off & the shuttle takes me to work. They use a valet concept; which schedules an appointment and comes to pick up the vehicle-sounds great, except they could not schedule me for more than two weeks, so I took the car in on the weekend and just waited for it.Later, I had a starting problem. Since my car would not start, I paid $200 to have it towed. Purchased a new starter and battery; one month later, the battery is completely dead! I call and they tell me, in essence, they can’t tow it, send valet service, do anything for me until I pay that $200 again to get it towed. They actually suggest I call my insurance company to see if they can help (I was shocked). I will take the expensive battery back in but never my car.They helped me decide where not to buy my next car from.Update:: I was able to get my car started, took it in.....let’s just belabor the details and say it was a waste. A get lesson in futility and ineptness.

I have a 2016 Toyota Corolla. I bought the vehicle new while station in Germany. I have always done routine maintenance at a Toyota dealership. From Germany to Texas. But I don’t think I will continue here in Georgia. My service have never been more then $200. My first service in Georgia was $600. For an oil change and basic service. Later I was called about a special for a service that was only $48. But was later meet with a $1000 request that I denied. I feel they are extremely money hungry and up charging on small items. For example a $300 labor fee was added for an oil change that was only $10. I’ll be going to a local shop for now on.

My vehicle is currently being worked on for a water leak. Its been there for 8 days now and I have been contacted twice for updates. I have personally called multiple times for updates, in which Im told I will get a callback in 10-15 minutes and dont get a call till 4-6 hours later. Im very frustrated because I have been told multiple times now that it would be ready in a day or two. The problem has been diagnosed since last week and no one can seem to tell me for certain when it will be ready. I understand that things can be more complicated then it seems, however I have yet to get a definitive answer on when I will get my vehicle back. If the repair cant be made, I need to find out either who can repair it, and if it cant be repaired what happens next. I was told today the technician was not there and they could not update me. I was also told that they do not take notes on a repair until its finished. My question to this service center is how can you give updates when the technician doing the repair is not available. There has to be better way to keep your customer informed in a more definitive way. Also, should a water leak really take 8 days to fix? Im at a point now where I feel like I should be finding someone else to fix my vehicle, but I dont want my waiting process to start all over again.

Wow just wow! I’ve put off buying a new car for years and I am happy to say that Chatham Toyota was the last stop on my car search!From the moment we pulled in, Salesman Will Samuel started my amazing Toyota experience! He walked us over to a car and showed us all of the safety features and warranties that only Toyota cars exhibit. No other dealership in Savannah did that for me! When I sat down with Will to see if I could even afford to buy a new car, he and his Sales Manager Luis Botero worked with me until I was happy with the numbers on the paper! Then Bam; I bought my first new car! The whole atmosphere of the Toyota dealership is phenomenal! The showroom was built for customer comfort and appeal! The customer waiting areas are huge with comfy chairs that offer drinks, snacks, and outlets to plug in your mobile devices! There is even a gift shop! Oh and I was given a $100 gift card from Will to spend in the gift shop as I chose! Who does that? Went there for a check engine light check, and had accidentally added an oil change during the appointment. When checking in, told them to remove the oil change, numerous times. It was still done anyway and I was charged for it. Was “recommended” 1000$ in services that I did not need after my car was there for four hours. I told them what was causing the engine light and wanted to get it fixed but they had to “diagnose it” themselves. Also quoted me 220$ for 1.5 hours of labor to replace an ignition coil.

Worst service by the service department. My hybrid would not turn on I took the cover off but could not figure out what was wrong. Took it to get it diagnosed and was told that because the cover was off that was the problem and qould charge me $500 to put it together. I asked over the phone if I can put it together and Stacy told me yes but when I get there I am told I needed permission from the lead mechanic which had left for the day while I was there at 5 and they are opened until 6. Next morning I call to get the permission and told that all managers are busy and that someone would call me back. No one did and I went by at 3 pm. And was charged a diagnose fee but when I asked for the result they could be provided. Worst attitude from help desk and unwillingness from managers to help.

Not a good experience the lady I was supposed to see pass me off to a uninformed salesperson who could not answer any of my questions. Every time I ask a question they would say its a 2011. When I asked him what was the bottom line price he said the internet price. So I said that is the lowest you can go and he said well we can go talk to my manager. I told him to go talk to his manager and call me in 30 minutes as I had somewhere to go. He sends me a proposal with the same price that was on the car. So I text him back and said you were supposed to get the bottom line if this is the bottom line we can forget it. He told me to call the manager and ask him what the bottom line was. Bad experience will never go there againOk, so they keep sending me these emails wanting me to review it but then it says Ive already reviewed it.I really need a email address so I can tell them whats wrong with the purchase and I dont want to put any more negatives on this review but believe me its not good

To begin with, this is not a review just of the service performance at CPT.I noticed high wind noise in my 2020 Toyota Avalon. This seemed to have gotten worse than noise level I recalled from the initial test drive a few months ago.After some waiting in the shop, the service tech informed me that this was an inherent flaw in the design and/or assembly of this vehicle. There was nothing he could do to repair this deterioration of wind noise at such an early stage.Hence the difficulty in rating this shop visit experience. This is stunning, for a first time owner of Toyota!So, a rating of:4 stars for honesty and expertise of service tech0 star for Toyota AvalonOverall, a weighted average of ~ 1 star.

I have been taking my car to Chatham Toyota for the oil changes and tire rotation that were included with my purchase. There is never the same person in the service department! It says a lot about a dealership that has such a huge turnaround (we are talking 4 years). Continuity I feel is important and without it you feel like just a number, not a customer. It is too bad! I love my car, but wont purchase another from this dealership.

Ask for Damon Stinson at Chatham Toyota, he is the best car salesman’s I’ve had yet! When looking to purchase a vehicle before my vacation to Atlanta, I wanted something big but not too big. He really listened to my requests and had no pressure in the cars I tried. He was patient and when I finally found a car that I was in love with, he got the price exactly where I wanted it. Unfortunately, my car didn’t come in, in time for my vacation and he was unable to get me a rental. Instead of pushing me aside, he allowed me to borrow HIS PERSONAL CAR. I can’t say enough about the great customer service Toyota at Chatham has to offer! I originally went to the location in Savannah (Abercorn), I was looking for a 4Runner or Highlander. My husband and I asked to look at other vehicles other than the base models, I’m not sure if it was because we are young but we didn’t get to see them and got a look like we didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into. Needless to say, we left and came over to Chatham location. Brette Reed took care of us and was awesome at his job! Didn’t try to pressure us or anything. I ended up getting the Highlander Platinum and so in love with it! If you are considering buying from this location I would definitely ask for Brette! He knows his stuff and even schedule a follow up with me to go over all the cool tricks my car has to offer! ☺️

The Sales Manager is extremely disrespectful, (I wasn’t able to catch their name).After receiving a ridiculous offer on my vehicle I asked the sales person for my key. The sales manager wasn’t happy that I didn’t submit to his lowball offer and became extremely rude and condescending, stating nobody wants my vehicle and he has the best offer. He practically chased me out the door repeating that nobody wanted the vehicle. I will not recommend this location to any friends or family. The experience was terrible and they are not in the business to take care of the customer. If I could leave a zero star review I would, buyers should stay away from this place at all costs.

I have a 2019 Tacoma that I get serviced at Chatham Parkway Toyota and every experience I’ve had has been a good one. Most recently I had my 30k mile maintenance done along with the recent recall for the Tacoma’s. The experience was great and the service department member I worked with was direct and did not pressure me into anything unnecessary. The best part is they delivered my truck to my house after the service due to Covid precautions which was a huge help. The gentleman who dropped it off was very kind and helpful. Appreciate it!

Everyone was very polite but it took a month for me to get my car back for something that shouldn’t have even taken a week. I also didn’t appreciate them avoiding telling me that they hadn’t worked on my car when it was completely obvious. I most likely won’t be going here again. The small dent in my bumper turned into a month long wait for a simple fix . The bumper looks good though. 🤷🏾‍♂️

After my car was declared a total loss, I found myself completely stressed and needing a new car ASAP. I was working a deal at another dealership and definitely wasn’t being treated as a person but a dollar sign🙄. Being a female, that’s one of my biggest fears of being swindled into a “good deal” and that was not the case at all! From the moment that I drove up, the experience was nothing like any dealership I’ve ever been too! My car salesman Chevy was very informative, listened to my situation and calmed me down when I got stressed about options. Chevy reassured me that they had what I was looking for and I could get most if not all of the features that I wanted in my new vehicle! Daniel did a nice job of laying out the service needs at 60k, hearing there were some services that were needed and some were not. The technician did a nice job. While waiting, the waiting was about the estimated time. The estimated bill was what was promised. Well done.

Rating this as a 2 because I do love my car and my salesman was great but the customer service ended immediately after we drove off. We purchased a car as well as the prepaid maintenance package. We had to come back the next day to sign some more papers and pick up the car. About a week or so later we got another call from our finance manager saying we needed to come up there right away and resign the papers immediately because there was an issue and the bank wasnt going to do the deal. They were unwilling to bring us the paperwork so we drove the 40 minutes to the dealership and resigned the papers and were told that everything was the same. Fast forward 5 months and its now time for my first prepaid maintenance. So I call to schedule and find out that we dont have it. What I found out was that the dealership cancelled the maintenance plan because we didnt purchase it. Apparently when we resigned the papers for the cars financing the second set of papers did not include the prepaid maintenance plan for whatever reason. We were not told and for 5 months have thought we purchased this. The day I discovered it I tried to speak to the finance manager for an explanation and were told he was off. So I spoke with the general manager and told him that I wanted to know what happened because I have both contracts still and I wanted to know why it was left off the second contract and more importantly why werent we informed that it was taken off the second contract. He said he would speak to the person who did our financing and call me back the next day. Its been over a week and he never did call me back. I would reccomend that if you purchase a car from them that you read every single thing multiple times even if they have told you what is on the paper. Because if there is a mistake made then you will be totally on your own.

Hi, I posted two months ago about how my.Car experience was in getting a car. Well, im furiuos.Brought a car two and a half months ago, save, and save to have a down payment. My aunt said dont go to buy here pay here go to a respectable dealership. So i did just that, well have a warranty 90 days/3000 miles. Just a week ago my ac starting getting warm, i call the service dept and was told you still under warranty but you need to take it to the Nissan dealership, i said who is going to pay for it, i told you because their mechanic is not certified to fix Nissan . So, i went to chatham parkway toyota and was told it was my compressor and my warranty exceeded the 3000 miles so it wouldnt cover it. And i would have to pay 2000 dollars for it to get fix. The 30th of this month makes 3 months. Now i have a car with air.

Update: I had a 2 pm appointment. At 4 pm, I was told they haven’t even completed the 5,000 miles service. And everyone seems to be massively confused/unaware of the customer support program “refueling performance” issue, which makes me worried about my car being messed up.—————————First impression is not so great. I’m bringing my 2020 Rav4 Hybrid for maintenance and inspection for an issue notified by “Toyota customer support program”. However, the lady on the phone (who’s in charge of calling people to remind them of the appointments) acted as if I was making up a story and made me repeat the same information multiple times. Later on she admitted that she wasn’t looking into the system for the right information. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Purchased a highlander and had it serviced at this location. Complained about a possible oil leak for over 2 years that went unaddressed. Once my warranty was up the oil leak was miraculously discovered. I Complained to Toyota manufacturers and was told they would give me 50% off the cost of replacing my engine and they would finance it. I declined because had my concerns been address those 2 years it would have been covered at 100% under my warranty I paid extra to extend. So at 160,000 miles I am faced with a failed engine from a top dealer. Dont waste your money with a company that doesnt value your hard earned money. I was a customer since 2003 with my first vehicle.

Had my car for four months!!! I had to call every couple of weeks to be told the part would be in on a specific date only to be told every month the part would be in the next month!!! Finally, I had to insist that my car is returned to me..I was told someone would call me to let me know when I could pick up my car...I get a computer generated email!!!I will never use the Collision again and will tell everyone I meet not to use.
