I SHOULD OF KNEW BETTER THE FIRST DAY,WHEN I HAD TO PURCHASE A REPLACEMENT TIRE FOR THE CAR .STILL HAVENT GOTTEN ANY KIND OF REIMBURSEMENT. NOW AMY HEALTH IS DECLINING AND WAITING ON DISABILITY, THEY WONT EVEN WORK WITH ME AT ALL.

Would not recommend going here! Got the car in March, air went out a week later, while car was in shop mechanic mentioned an engine issue, dealership told them it was on recall, that wasn’t true..three weeks ago had to get that same engine problem fixed that wasn’t under recall and wasn’t under the engine warranty I pay extra for..wake up this morning for an emergency only to drive two miles and notice the thermostat stuck on cold. Three major problems within 5 months on a $20,000 car. I’m losing money at this rate!!!the first part of this post was a month ago...guess what??? My car is back in the shop for the 5th time since I got the car in March of this year..DO NOT Get the warrant it’s useless!!!

I SHOULDVE STAYED AWAY ! my boyfriend got a car from them in September 2021…. They said everything was good. Not even 2 months later the throttle body and catalytic converter needs to be replaced and on top of the they stole 300 for a tag we never got or needed. DONT BOTHER WAISTING YOU HARD EARNED MONEY ON A PIECE OF CAR ! Sam was quick to put us in a vehicle but didnt care about being honest about the problems

Honestly the customer service is amazing thought-out the car buying process. I will give that to them. Sam is a great salesman. I would recommend if your going to buy from this location, only deal with sam. Not only will he cater to your needs but he will make sure your comfortable the whole time. He is always moving. He will be dealing with multiple customers at a time. But the best part about it he always checking on you to make sure your ok. Whether it’s bring you a bottle of water or updating you on the wait time or any information you need to know. NOW!!!!!. Im actually disgusted with my whole experience after I purchased the vehicle. The customer service had fully disappeared. All the caring and customer value had flown out the window. I had my car for 3 days. I drove it for two only to find out it had a blown head gasket. This was on 9/3/2021 it’s 9/20/21 and I’m still without a vehicle. I made a decision to go with USA Auto because they claim to stand by their cars. They say their cars went through a inspection prior to reaching their car lot. In my situation I must say this is a lie. I had a blown head gasket. Day after day after day I’m calling to get some kind of clarity on what’s going on with them fixing or replacing my vehicle. But just like every day I just keep getting transferred from department to department. Being without this car has cost me so much more money and time. I honestly wouldn’t recommend going to a USA AUTO DEALERSHIPS. Save your money and go to a major dealership. At least you know they will take care of you as a valued customer. Not just a business that wants to make a quick dollar. I would write more in detail, but unfortunately I have to go call USA AUTO SALE and see if I will ever see my car again this year! We have a Ford Taurus 2013 car broke down a week later. Muffler literally fell out on the hwy. we had to have the vehicle towed and had to fix this out of pocket. Our sales person literally told us it was our problem contact warranty and we literally got no help as they are always closed. Would not recommend this place if your looking for a reliable car.

I started my review wrong, I was reviewing the wrong company.Good luck getting approved here, they require a lot of paperwork and approvals if you dont have great credit.They will track your vehicle, and they instal Engine Disabling Tech, so when you miss payments, they shut your car off. Be forewarned

Would not recommend. Got the car March 1, March 7th the air didn’t work on a $20,000 car. They told me to pay a $150 deductible for a warranty which I never heard of. Lesson learned, low miles does not mean the car is in good condition!!!! Do NOT go to Ray!!
