Every time I go I always get greeted by the staff. Adam who has also been with the staff for years knows me by name and always makes sure I have excellent service. Hes been there since I bought my car years ago. Acura Savannah is my go to for service. 100% recommend!
Excellent service. Water spots on my black car after wash. Made right by waxing car. Could not wash again because of having a wheel painted.
Took my car for its oil change. Employees were nice. They answered all questions I had. There was a nice, quiet waiting area with beverages and snacks offered as well. Service was quick and my car ran great afterwards. Highly recommend.
I always get great service when I go to Acura. I wont let anyone else work on my car. It might be a little more expensive but thats the price you pay when you own a luxury vehicle.

My experience with Southern Motors Acura has been a great one! Ive been a customer for several years now and the service staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.My parents are also long-term customers and theyve never had an issue and at times it felt like they would roll out the red carpet for them LOL. So when I bought my car from Southern Motors Acura I figured I would experience the same and so far so good!!My only complaint is... I wish they had more loaner cars available but I came in with a last minute appointment so I really cant expect them to have one in that circumstance.Overall great experience!

Shareen was a great experience. My estimated finish time was 5pm. She told me I was gonna be out earlier and she made sure i got out before 5. 3:30pm to be exact. I’ll be requesting her next time when I’m servicing my car.

I had the most pleasant experience at Southern Motors Acura. I came in to look at a 2018 Acura RDX on a very busy Saturday. Scott in Finance was so gracious to help us while our salesman Mike was finishing up with a previous customer. By the time we were finished with our test drive Mike was ready and waiting for us. The buying process was the easiest I have ever experienced. Mike answered all of our questions and made the transition to finance a breeze! Everyone was so helpful and courteous which is something you rarely find at a dealership. Scott in finance was so nice and answered all of our questions and was so helpful in explaining everything. Im so happy we made the choice to drive an hour from Brunswick to purchase our new ride! You guys are top notch!

What a fabulous dealership!! Brought my ILX in on a recall issue. The staff was highly efficient and courteous. The waiting area was most comfortable with nice snacks. AND, they did a great job washing my car to boot.

Everyone was very polite but when I arrived I handed the Maintenance Record book to the rep and asked to have it updated. The book was left on the floor of the passenger side and not updated.The maintenance required included tire rotation. I assumed the air pressure in each tire would be checked especially after I told the rep I previously had to add air to one of the tires. This service was not performed.The car was not vacuumed and windows were not cleaned. Again I assumed these services would have been provided.I will return for future service but will not assume .
During my most recent trip to SM Acura’s Service Department, I worked mostly with Shareen. As always, she was great. I also had a call with Travis and he too was fantastic. In the past, I have also worked with Norm. He too is great to work with. The entire staff at Southern Motors Acura is a pleasure to work with.
I buy a lot of cars and this was the worst experience I have ever had. These guys act as if they dont care of they sell a car or not. it took 24 + hours to even give me a price and tried to act as if extended warranty purchase was mandatory. Be careful!
Typical auto dealer experience. High price with an attempt to upsell more services. No real guarantee on their service but will do the next one for free is the exact same problem was not solved.
I had to come back and change my rating from a 5 Star to a 1 star. My sales associate, Mike who no longer works there, was the cause for 5 stars. This place does very bad business. The day I purchased my vehicle it came with one key. No biggie because I purchased the wheel protection warranty and it covers keys. I was told by Jim B. that if I call and report my key lost I will receive a replacement. Well you guys I’m here to tell you I should not have went with that suggestion. I should have told them no if you can not provide two keys I will not sign saying I received two. This is where the nightmare started. I called the warranty place and told them exactly what was told to me to say and they denied my claim. After going to express my disappointment to Jim he states for me to only work with him and we will take care of it. Well people him taking care of it turned into me getting a key that is not programmed and writing the BBB. Turns out that I was paying Jim personally for the wheel warranty protection and they had no record of me even purchasing the warranty. The warranty people stated that I denied coverage at time of purchasing my vehicle. Thank God I kept all receipts and my contract. If I hadn’t kept my copies I will be out of $300. Be very careful when dealing with this dealership.
Recently serviced and as always awesome service! All the staff are very friendly and helpful, always efficient and respectful of my time so I can quickly get back to work. I always look forward to seeing Shereen and Adam and know I can trust their advice when servicing my vehicle. I’d highly recommend the service dept to others.

I received a letter from Acura for a recall on my tail lights first appointment on Saturday they had me come in told me like two hour job was out of there a hour and 15 minutes if they had a AWD MDX available I would have looked at a trade in

Could not have been happier with our experience at Southern Motors Acura! We went in this weekend after searching online for months for a vehicle. We called early, and immediately before the dealership opened received a call back to confirm that the vehicle we were interested in was indeed in stock and on the lot. Upon our arrival, we were afforded the opportunity to look inside the vehicle and browse the lot on our own. We ended up test driving three vehicles, two MDXs and an RDX. We land on the 2021 RDX. To Southern Motors Acura –We are senior citizens who were migrating from far south to far north (and in Savannah found ourselves far from home) when a trouble light came on in our Acura on Sunday. From our Savannah motel on Monday morning at just before 8 a.m. we called the dealership and got voice mail. But Shareen Johnson called us right back and gave us a 9 a.m. appointment! She welcomed us at the dealership, and Kaseem Butler (although we did not meet him) did a great job including a complete inspection report that gives us a very helpful overview of our car. We were on the road north again by noon, much relieved, and so pleased that a few hours later Shareen called again to ask if all was well (it was and is).In every way, your dealership was pleasant and helpful, and I cannot imagine a more pleasant and helpful employee than Shareen. I live in SC and purchased my new Acura from Southern Motors five years ago; since then, despite my very busy schedule, I have driven an hour and a half (both ways!) for all my service rather than utilizing my local Acura dealership because I spent my hard earned money to buy my car and I choose to only spend my money with people who aren’t looking to just bank a quick buck! Southern Motors consistently shows me that they want want to earn my business for life - and they have! I highly recommend them!

I always work with Shareen. She’s so on top of it for me. Here’s an example just from today. We were reviewing what my car code was versus what I actually needed done and without even looking at her computer, she remembered some of the services that we had just done in March. I mean that’s impressive! She remembers to ask after my family and of course, when I get my car, it has been vacuumed and washed and I just love that too. The staff there is incredibly accommodating and very kind. My car is seven years old and they treat me like I bought it just yesterday. In fact I saw Mickey, the person I bought the car from, and he came up to say hello and just check in on me as well. I really just think that the entire team there’s terrific.
Southern Motors is by far the most professional dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The service department is top notch and the service advisors are very professional and they really know ow the Acura product lines and if you have a question they can explain the problem and the solution. My Acura MDX started flashing error messages while in the midst of a 2 week vacation. After trying local repair shops I was told to bring it to an Acura dealer— southern motors of Savannah. The problem was very hard to diagnose — they ended up keeping my car for 11 days. I expressed my worries that I needed it fixed before my vacation was over and though there were snags along the way (the tests indicated a problem with the acc unit, but in reality it was a brake sensor). Southern motors was able to fix it. They were honest about the problems and expedited delivery of the required parts. Everyone was helpful — the only nitpick I had is that they should have communicated to me when a day was lost because the tech took a day off. Else I had no problem with them .
I know what professionalism is about and how to meet the customer where they are at. He failed at providing a good customer experience. I had questions and he told me that he didn’t know, and when I asked about coupons (to save some on the price of the service visit) he told me to check the Southern Motors Acura website. I was going to have a bill of a a little less than 300.00) Well, I decided to check Acura.com to see if they might have coupons. I connected by phone with a customer service representative who checked for me and found that my service was “free” as I only had 15,000 miles and that my car was under warranty. She asked me to take my phone to the service representative and put my phone on speaker. Well, long story short..my service was no cost to me. She directed the service representative to check and after checking he found that I was not to be charged! My service was no cost to me.

During a weekend getaway to Savannah for my wife and I, our 2007 Acura TL-S began making a loud, strange noise in the right rear tire. As we were down from our new home in Charleston (originally from Boston), we were a bit concerned about making the two hour drive home. My wife Googled the local Acura dealership and we went to Southern Motors - Savannah Acura on a Saturday.The service was FIRST CLASS. Attentive, responsive, engaging, friendly, timely and thorough are words that come to mind. Our service consultant was Shareen Johnson. She handled the visit like a PRO! We were in and out in 28 minutes and the matter was fully resolved. I was given one price agreed upon with a low APR and military rate. I agreed to rate but salesman didnt provide paper to lock it in, my mistake for not asking. I had them bring in another car and after it arrived the price and fees magically changed to a higher rate. I seemed to have problem after problem with salesman. I will say their service department was helpful and top notch. Helped me replace my battery and gave me a complimentary car wash. After complaining to corporate in their survey post purchase I got a token email saying basically sorry for the confusion. I should have driven to Jacksonville.
