I WILL TRY AND MAKE THIS SHORT,IN THE BEGINNING WHEN WE WENT TO PURCHASE THE CAR THAT MY MOM LIKED AND LOOKED UP ON THE INTERNET,THE CAR WASNT DETAIL AND THE MAIN THING THE SEATBELTS WAS MOLDED OUT, WELL AFTER THEY TOLD US THE CAR WASNT SELLABLE CAUSE THEY COULDNT GET NO ONE TO DETAIL THE CAR,WE DECIDED TO LEAVE WITH NO VEHICLE, AFTER 2 WEEKS MY MOM WAS CALLED BY THE SALESPERSON AT DRIVETIME TELLING HER THE CAR WAS DETAIL,SO WE WENT TO PURCHASE THE CAR ON MY MOM BIRTHDAY 9/11/2021 ON A SATURDAY, THE PASSENGER SEATBELT STILL HAD MOLE,MY MOM DECIDED SHE STILL WOULDVE LEFT WITH THE CAR,WELL MONDAY MY MOM DECIDED SHE WOULDVE WIPE DOWN THE CAR INSIDE HERSELF AND LOW AND BEHOLD THIS IS WHAT SHE FOUND N THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT,NOW I CAN GO ON AND ON ESPECIALLY DUE TO THE FACT THAT WHEN MY MOM CALL UP TO DRIVETIME 2 DIFFERENT TIMES,THEY IGNORE HER ON BOTH CALLS, SO I SAID I WOULD DO A REVIEW CAUSE THATS WHAT I LOVE DOING ANYWAY...

Got rear ended yesterday. Pretty sure total loss. After leaving the hospital today I walked across the street to drive time. Not only was I not acknowledged while walking the lot I came inside for someone to say can I help you? I responded and said yes Id like to see a car. There was only one on the lot I liked. He proceeded to ask if Ive done anything online. I said no. He said ok... Go ahead and go on there and do the credit application..... Now... Let me ask.... Why would I do a credit application if I dont know if I like the car once I get in it? He then told me that there wasnt anyone who could help me. Really?? So you just want to run my credit when theres no one to help?? I sell cars for a living. That is not customer service and that gentleman literally let a 10k+ down payment walk out the door in a 27k car. I think i need to work at drivetime. I would sell all the cars because I know how to treat people.. Theres no drive at drivetime.

Omg where do I began!!!! Well this has been an amazing journey going through this process of purchasing a vehicle with Drive Time. Everyone who helped me with this process was so friendly, kind, and genuine especially my sale representative Latoya Gilbert, I would recommend her to my family and friends anytime! She helped me from the time I started looking for a vehicle on day one until the day I purchased 3 days later. Jazmine was so wonderful. I went with my mom to get her a car. This is the first time either one of us had to buy a car because my dad always did it. Unfortunately he passed away. Jazmine was so nice and so helpful. She is not like the typical car saleman She will definately be the person we go to everytime we need a car in the future.

All I can say is don’t buy a car from DriveTime. If you do make sure you look at everything on and inside the car very closely. And you can’t trade the car because you will be upside down in the loan cause you are paying much more than the car is actually worth. It will cost you triple than what it’s worth and the interest is sky high.

Well I wanted to buy a car from drive time and I did everything they wanted online I got approved so I wint in but when I got there they did have none of my paper work together so I had to do all my paper work that I did online over. The lady sends me outside to look at what kind of cars are out there that I might like so I pick 3 cars that look good to me I tell the lady so she car get keys but when she comes back she tells me that 1 car has no key the other car can no be test driven and the third car had a sign on the seat that says pleas dont start.know if you have a car lot why would you have cars on the lot and they dont work why would they ask me to go look at cars that dont run nore drive just doesnt make sense to me but ok. The most crazy part was when the lady ask me do I want to come back to look at other cars why would I do that if the first experience was NOT GOOD

This actually would have been one star of it was not for LaToya. My appointment was for 10am didnt get seen til 11 by a salesman that was trying to take care 3-4 people at one time. After speaking loudly on phone about how irritated I was they got LaToya to come take care of me. I couldnt be more please with everything she did.

I purchased my 2014 Ford Escape from Drivetime nd the first day I test drove the truck, there was a knocking sound coming from the rear, so I ask the sales woman that was in the vehicle with me do you know what that noise is and she said, no maam I dont, but I will find out what that noise is. So we made back to the building and the sales woman went and ask about the noise on the truck, the sales guy said he didnt know about the noise on that 2014 ford escape, so remind you these vehicles are inspected before they make it to the Drivetime lot. So as I wanting to purchase the truck, I ask the sales woman, are you going to have the truck fix before I come back and purchase it she said to me Yes maam we will have it fix. So about a month later I came back to purchase the 2014 Ford Escape, I ask them did they get knocking noise from the back of the truck fixed out and she saidYes maam we did, so I go to test drive the truck again to ma kn e sure and behold the noise was not fixed, so I look at the sales woman and say to her I thought you said the noise was fix, she said I thought they sent the truck to the shop too. So we get back to the building again and she goes back to the same sales guy and ask about the truck noise, he say we sent to the all the mechanic shops and they couldnt find out where the noise was coming from and what the noise was, so I said dont worry about it Im going to take the truck to the dealer and they will find out where the noise coming from and what the noise is. So I took the truck to J.C. Lewis and they got my truck in the shop the same day and found out whats wrong with my truck, the rear gear shaft was messed up and the Labor guy said if you would have drove that truck for about 2 more days, your gear shaft would have came apart and I would have been in a bad accident, so he said we got to get in touch with your warranty company and let them know about whats going on with your truck. To make along story short, my truck been in the shop several times for major problems to my truck and Drivetime knew about all the issues to my truck. So I know all these people that giving Drivetime 5 stars, they are lying and trying to make Drivetime look good with selling those vehicles. Their lot is full with a bunch of FRENCH LEMONS. So I will never never never again recommend nobody to go purchase a vehicle from DRIVETIME.....

Worst car experience of my life. I purchased a vehicle may 15th, 2020. The car started driving weird May 18th,2020. My car has been at the shop since May 21st,2020. The car has transmission problems, fluid was extremely dirty, and they found metal shavings in the fluid. My car has been in the shop for a month because a part is on back order. They have no date on when they part will arrive so my car is just sitting there. I will never purchase another car from drive-time and i will never recommend anyone to buy a car from here.

Original down payment was $195.00. Turned into $2000. Walked out.

I do not recommend this place. Unprofessional to say the least. You get approved online for one down payment you go in to get a vehicle they bring out what vehicle they want you to get and say this is the only option you have and its a compact vehicle. After a few attemps. The guy finally brings out another vehicle and says I worked hard for you and was told I can let you get thisattempts. And its the same vehicle but different color. REALLY. Oh and by the way the down payment will be 400 dollars more than what you was approved for. They try and make you sign papers extremely fast and then slap a paper in their saying Interest rate is 30% a car that is worth 12,000 is now a total of 29,799. Which this is not the original paper that i seen then go through final paper work and then see it is a different amount all the way around. Employees trying to do two different car sales at the same time is being greedy and sneaky dealings.
